Called on April 29th to see if they had a party bus or limo available for May 11th in 2 weeks. They said yes they did. Then i asked if there would be charge for getting picked up in Canton, Oh they said no. So we booked it for May 11th. I get called on May 7th that my order was cancelled because it wasnt paid three weeks before date and that there would be a charge for picking up in canton. Called 2 weeks before my date and said everything was good to go and there was no charge for picking up in Canton.
So now i have no ride to my bachelor party because everything they told me was a lie and they cancel a week after i called. How terrible to cancel on someone because a person at our company made a mistake.

Gold Cross Limousine provides excellent Limo service. I used them previously to hire a limo to take my niece and her friends to prom last year. My niece had a blast. The driver was great, arrived on time, and was very professional (which was impressive since he had to deal with a limo full of teenagers). The rates were also very reasonable in comparison to other similar companies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good limo service for their next special event.
