At Rhoads, we have two full-time reservationists and dispatchers on staff, as well as two additional employees to help with any overflow on-demand services. Every time you call our office, you will get someone to talk to during regular business hours. An answering service will connect you with the "on-call" person outside of our office hours, to help with any emergencies or last minute reservations.

I have had the pleasure of using this limo service twice. Once with a limo for my husbands birthday dinner and recently this summer for a wine tour in a Mercedes' coup (van). The staff are courteous, friendly and professional. Kevin is such a nice guy to talk to and will work with you with whatever you need. I had rented a Hummer 2 for my daughters sweet sixteen on June 10, 2017 the owner was very nice the only thing that I had a problem with is the air conditioning didn't work well from what the kids mentioned but service was wonderful the driver was very nice respectful and was safe with the kids. I'm planning on renting for my daughters Prom of May 2020 hopefully I get even better service thank you

The drivers are rude, and blame their mistakes on the children. One year the driver had my brother on the bus for three hours and failed to stop at his stop several times. Everything goes wrong when going with new Rhodes.

This was my first use of this company. The driver "Sam" was on time and very enthusiastic. Sam help me to to car and made sure I was comfortable. I ask for a small detour as I wasn't able to get lunch during my layover. We went to a great local sandwich shop. It was quick and delicious. His driving style was attentive and controlled. What you expect from a limo service, but rarely get since most drive like taxi drivers. Sam was top notch driver using Waze to get me to my destination quickly. I will use this company every time I'm in town.

Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK. There are plenty of other options out there. Their trolley is a rip off and waste of money. Their service is rude and not helpful. Everything that went wrong with their terrible product and service they blamed on my bride and I. Imagine being in the service industry and blaming a bride for your broken product! Booking them for our wedding was the single worst thing that could have happened to us. Our entire wedding party was uncomfortable. They refused to remedy the situation. Instead they assigned blame. Terrible. Use anyone but these thieves.
