Paid for 4 hours the driver got my kids back to the house 2 hours early and told us our night is over and left. The driver said, "did you just want me to sit there for 2 hours"? Yes you are getting paid! Called the owner he said he would refund our money for the 2 hours we had not used. Well the owner is not a man of his word and he did not refund our money! Really bad business he ruined my 13 year old sons birthday party and stole money from us!

UPDATE. Warning if anyone is deciding to do business with this company, I am advising to only pay with Credit Card and here is why. After months of going back & fourth with the owner Michael and all of his lies, Discover finally credited the amount of $776.55 back onto my Credit Card. If I had paid by check, I can guarantee this still would not be resolved. Should pay attention to all the reviews and notice that back a couple of years ago, they seemed to have good reviews, but lately not good at all.

Warning to never do business with this company! Everything went ok. for our daughters' wedding with the bus and limo we rented for October 15th, 2021. The day before the wedding, I got an email for both were completely paid up with a zero balance. The day after the wedding, I found (3) different charges in my Credit card totaling up to $776.55. When I called there, I was told that there were many people that had duplicate charges with a problem in their system.

After several calls to Michael (the owner) and others at this place of business, need less to say as of March 25th 2022 we still have not received the check that had been promised so many times. The reason they wanted to send us a check was that they had a problem crediting my Credit Card back after they had no problem taking the money! Michael always has some crazy excuses including the last phone conversation he said he sent it, but he forgot to put postage in it so it came back. Lol he plays alot of games. Gave me his cell phone number to call but now he does not even answer his cell or at the business.

Don't know what kind of business they think they are running, but I hope to never experience another company such as this. Respectfully from me to any person considering this company.

Do not use! No A/C. Obviously from previous comment it's been broken for some time, clear neglect. Got lost and had to drop the groomsmen off so they could Uber the rest of the way to allow enough time to get the rest of the bridal party. Bus broke down outside of church and then again when pick up guests from the hotel. Ended up having to order numerous Uber rides. Not returning phone calls. Awful customer service and unprofessional business operations.

Absolutely horrible. My best friend used for her wedding. What horrible service. Late for pick up, late for drop off & the limo broke down twice the day of even out front of the church. Now they're ducking their calls Unprofessional to say the least!

The limo bus would not start outside of the church on my wedding day last week (10/2), then on the way to pick up my guests from the hotel. My guests had to find an alternative ride and were all late to the wedding. The company still has not returned our phone calls regarding this matter.

Hired for my son's wedding and the bus was blowing extremely hot air so we had no AC. Driver was rude to the bridesmaids and photographer. The bus then proceeded to break down and had to be towed. No cold water or ice on board. Horrible experience. I called to speak to the owner and left a very detailed message and have yet to hear back.

Horrible experience. They knowingly sent a party bus from Newtown to Blue Bell with NO a/c on a 96 degree day. For a WEDDING! The first trip was to escort bridesmaids to church. One of the ladies got a stain on the dress, the bud was so dirty. We called after they arrived and was told a new bus would be sent but that was a lie. They did absolutely nothing during the ceremony to help make this wedding day better. Absolutely horrible company that is only after you're money.

They cancelled our bus service 3 hours before they had to pick us up for an event. We were very accommodating in the cancellation and were told that we would be fully refunded and given additional compensation for our patience. After 2 weeks, I noticed we were still not refunded and had to make numerous calls and emails (which nobody responded to).

It took over a month, with many phone calls and pressure, to just receive my refund. The additional compensation was not included. This company is extremely unprofessional and not reliable. Please save yourself the anxiety and trouble.

Don't be duped by these frauds. If want want a 50/50 chance they show up with a working vehicle then go for it.

All I have to say is they sent a party bus for a wedding party on the hottest day of the summer with no AC. Driver drove from Newton to Blue bell to do first pickup and knew he had no AC. When we called to get it fixed for after the ceremony to the reception we were told they would get a new bus. Instead the driver sat there for a hour and nothing happened. Horrible excuse for a company

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do NOT use this company, they are nothing but a scam! Wedding bus had no AC, 92 degrees outside, bridesmaids makeup and hair were ruined, driver was driving VERY aggressively that someone fell. off their seat. Was told they would give us a new bus and never did. Bus was NOT CLEANED. purple got on a bridesmaid dress from the seat.

We were forced to find rinds to venue for bridal party. Owner will not return my calls. they DO NOT live up to the expectations and professionalism they say. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and save yourself the headache from the terrible company. Picture below speaks for its self. Owner mike Chereisky only cares about you cutting a check to him.

They never showed up to bring the guests to my wedding and 1/2 of the guests missed the ceremony. I learned about this from my wedding coordinator who asked where the rest of the guests were 5 minutes before the ceremony. I called the owner, who said he was not sure but would call me back. I waited 10 minutes and had to call him again and he said, "sorry the shuttle got into an accident, " even though the first shuttle should have taken the guests over an hour before I had to call him. (Why wasn't I noticed about this when it happened?) The owner stated that day he would refund me and apologized for services not being rendered.

I called and emailed over 5 times in the past two months and was always told "someone would get back to me" and none of my emails were even replied to. I spoke with the owner yesterday and demanded a refund by Monday or else I would have to dispute the transaction to get my money back and he told me to go ahead and do it and they will fight the dispute. I just wanted to publicly share our experience with this company.

It took a year to get money back from the company when they accidentally charged me twice fir one service. When the bus come to the hotel to pick up the wedding party the bus was broke. I found out the bus has been this way fir a couple weeks. Then the driver fixed the bus and drive the wedding party to the venue without air conditioning. It was 95 degrees that day.

When called to get another bus for pick up the company said this is all we have and it should be cooler when the bus comes after the wedding. Never use them. So unprofessional!

Horrible dangerous experience. Driver was speeding, weaving in and out on the road, jamming on brakes; you had to find something to hold onto so you didn't fall off your seat. No AC, 90 degrees outside, didn't open windows, claimed there was ice and water on the van but wouldn't let people take it. I booked 2 specific vans in my contract but did. not receive them, got smaller capacity vehicles. Vehicles have no sign or logo on them, multiple wedding parties at our hotel, confusion as to whose vehicles were whose.

Emergency exit on the 14 seat van was screwed shut. I could go on. don't waste your non refundable money, or risk your life with this company. Wedding venue is removing them from their preferred vendor list.

Andy was such a super nice man. Andy arrived on time and was an extremely safe and cautious driver - nice conversation and very pleased with the service we received!

We rented a party bus limo from them last week for my husband's birthday. More than once I requested that we not receive any of the buses with forward facing seats and requested the party limo bus we reserved back in August 2017. They confirmed that specific bus was available and even sent another confirmation with pictures to confirm with us. So imagine our surprise when the driver shows up in the wrong bus.

We paid over $1000 for the same vehicle that we specifically said we DID NOT want.the bus with forward facing seats and a table, like in an RV. I conveyed my anger and frustration with the driver, who just shrugged it off. I contacted them the next day and was met with no apologies whatsoever or any reasons to why we received the incorrect vehicle.

The office manager just said, "the driver said there were no complaints" which was a flat out lie. Can you believe that was her professional answer as to why we were given the wrong vehicle? I have never left a bad review for a company, nor have I have lodged a complaint with the BBB, but I feel like we were completely ripped off and taken advantage of. Shame on them for running a business based on falsehoods. I have all the email communications to back up this review and complaint.

We had an excellent experience with Advanced Limousine Services. I would definitely use them again, and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Our driver was very professional. The limo was nice and clean. The driver loaded our luggage and unloaded our luggage. Great service - they arrived early and the entire process was perfect. Will definitely use them again!

We used Advanced Limo for my wedding transportation, and despite a few minor hiccups they were great to work with, and by far the most reasonably priced of the various vendors I got quotes from. We needed bridal party transportation as well as guest transportation to/from the hotels and venue, and they were able to provide one-way transport instead of the "2-hour window" a lot of places require. (Note, I did the 2-hour window for one of the vehicles, and they were cool with me adding an additional stop for the end of night party).

I ended up with 3 runs on the limo, a small shuttle (2 hours beginning/ end of the night), and a large shuttle (2 runs). My guests were transported nearly seamlessly (apparently one of the drivers missed the venue entrance, but to be fair I missed it my 2nd time seeing the venue). They made sure no guests were left behind! Also, major bonus, one of our guests got sick on the way TO our wedding, and they didn't charge me anything extra for the cleanup.

The only issue I had was that the person I'd been communicating with was no longer at the company, and he'd give me some info about when certain amounts would be due that was incorrect, so we suddenly were requested to pay a larger deposit. It was annoying, but they worked with me to more or less honor what I was originally told. The quality of the vehicles was great as well - I was mainly in the limo, which came with multiple light settings, ability to plug in music, and an iced bar/cupholder area so we could have champagne on the ride! The shuttle I hopped in to the afterparty was extremely comfortable, I assume the other one was too!

Thanks, I highly recommend Advanced Limousine Services, it's the best way to start and finish your trip with them. They take all the hassle out of getting around and our drivers were amazing; they know this city inside out. Their cars are in immaculate condition. Great experience!

A wonderful company! I had a last minute request for a wedding which was accommodated. I was kept informed with email, and when I called there I was treated with professionalism. The driver was so nice too. He arrived promptly and was right there when we exited all three places he took us to. The car was clean inside and out. I highly recommend this company!

Great service at a fair price. No hidden costs, price even includes gratuity. Airport pick up and drop off were on time and made our travel plans so easy. Thank you Advanced Limo!

Someone suggested Advanced Limousine Services to me and first explained to me how reasonable their prices were. Limo services hike up their prices so easily, but this place was not expensive. I worked with Dan from the beginning and he was so helpful, answered all of my questions and was very professional. The entire planning process went so smoothly because of his help.

A couple weeks before my wedding, I had asked for a quick change, from a smaller bus for driving 4 ways, to a larger bus for 1 way. There was no additional fee and he was so flexible. Without a doubt, they were able to accommodate and made my life so much easier regardless of all of the other stressful wedding planning I was doing at the time. I will certainly come back here when I need to reserve a limo(s) in the future. Thank you again!

Best day ever! That is what my son said when I had Advance Limo Service pick him up at school along with a few friends for his 16th birthday. Prompt service, took them to 2 different places and we were so relaxed with our driver, Steve. He was a genuine gentleman who made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the day. He took pictures of us all with the beautiful stretch limo and on a special request by my son, he even had his picture taken with my son.

Advanced Limo even let me change the date at the last minute due to snow. They confirmed the date and time and called me to say not to worry about the weather and that we could just change the date. Best Limo Company! One more great reason to use Advanced limo, since it was a weekday there was no minimum of 4 hours. I can't say enough how pleased I was with Advanced Limo Service.

We used Advanced Limo for our wedding on 7.9.17. The staff from the very beginning with the booking, until the very end were super helpful and professional! They made an already stressful time, way less stressful! Rob Reed, made sure that our reservation was all set and secured; ensuring all details were perfect. Dave the driver, was early and ensured the wedding party was well taken care of the whole time. We will be sure to recommend Advanced Limo to everyone we know! What wonderful service! From the moment I called for our reservation (last minute I might add) I was treated professionally and with the utmost attention for our needs. We had a party of six going to the Mann Music Center for a concert. Within minutes of booking, I received an email confirmation and the day of our event, I received a reminder confirmation.

Their fees were reasonable and the service was. excellent. Our driver, Rich, was the best. He helped make our evening more enjoyable. Our Lincoln Stretch Sedan was loaded with everything we needed and more!. Advanced Limo will be used by us again and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and professionalism. Thanks Mark and Rich!

Although the driver himself was a great guy and none of this was his fault, I couldn't recommend this company to anybody. I hired them for my wedding in Doylestown, PA. The plan was to pick up myself and my groomsmen at the hotel, drive us to the venue, then the limo would return to the hotel and pick up the bridal party Even after contracts were signed 3 months in advance, deposits paid, and confirmation phone calls were made as recent as 2 weeks prior to the event, they STILL somehow had down the WRONG pick-up time!

The pick up time they had listed for us was 1 1/2 hours after the agreed upon time, which would have nearly ruined the wedding had it happened that way. We only avoided disaster after a series of frantic and increasingly angry phone calls to their office to get the limo dispatched earlier. When the limo finally arrived, there was only time for one trip, so I had the driver just take the bridal party to the venue.

My groomsmen and I ended up having to jump into our cars and drive separately to the wedding. On an already hectic and stressful day, this was the last thing we needed. In the end, everything turned out just fine but thanks only to our own flexibility. I wouldn't recommend hiring this company but if you do, have a Plan B in mind.
