This company is the absolute best. I have been planning a group event for a couple weeks now and have probably called and talked to over 20 party bus and limo companies in LA. This company by far has the best customer service, the nicest party buses and options, and I will 100% reach back out to them for future events and parties. We used Crown Limousine LA the weekend of October 23, 2021 for our daughter's wedding at Wayfarer's Chapel. We had a total of 4 different limousines over the course of the day and all the drivers were amazing. They were personable, accommodating and the entire wedding party had a blast. We would absolutely use this service again. Special shout out to Marc - who was easy to reach - and helped us sort out logistics.

I'd give them 5 stars but only because of an error I could've caught. I told them the pick up place over the phone and texted the address. I did not read a small error on the contract after paying my deposit. Bummer that happened. But Toby was the man, he rolled with the punches. We got picked up, had a blast in the back of a beautiful party limo, made it to the venue, stopped on our way home for more drinks. Toby even helped to ensure we got a lost phone back by calling and texting. Toby even offered to bring the phone back himself if we couldn't go get it. The price and service was great! Will use again.

We had such a great experience with Arturo picking us up from the Antelope Valley and driving us to the Pantages Theater! He was super friendly and willing to help us get dinner after the show but let us know if we'd be charged more if we did. Highly recommend and appreciated his great communication with us throughout the trip.

Great experience. I booked my ride last minute before my flight from Boston and the dispatcher was friendly, accommodating and professional. My professional and friendly driver was on time as he met me at the baggage claim with 2 luggage carts. The ride home was smooth and the SUV was clean and new. I would recommend Crown to anyone looking for a ride from LAX or anywhere else.

I have used Crown Limo 4 times now-- twice for parties for my kids where we needed to transport a big group of kids from one venue to another, and twice for airport transfer-- both to and from the airport. Every time I have used them, the drivers have been super professional and have arrived earlier than the time they were supposed to be there, so I never had to spend a minute stressing about if they were coming or not.
The communication from them has been impeccable-- I always receive a text ahead of their arrival confirming that they will be there and supplying me with the name of the driver and their cell phone number. Most recently, we used them for transport to the airport during Covid time and the SUVs they sent were fitted with plexiglass partitions between the driver and the passengers and the drivers wore gloves and a mask the entire time.
When we arrived at LAX from our trip, we got a message to call our driver when we were in baggage claim. I did and told him where we were and he was there to pick us up within a few minutes. Excellent service all around and they alleviated a lot of my fears around taking a car during a pandemic with their adherence to proper social distancing. Traveling is stressful but thanks to Crown, getting to and from the airport can be completely relaxing. I recommend Crown wholeheartedly!

Hired a limo for 6 hours for a personalised tour of LA. My wife and daughter loved it. Staff were excellent and very helpful, our driver (Ron) was professional and full of local knowledge. Car was immaculate and well stocked with sodas and Ice. We brought our own champagne. We paid about $500 for 6 hours
