DO NOT hire this company. My wedding planner recommended this company for our getaway car for our wedding. We took her recommendation as she said many of her clients had used this company. The day before our wedding, I got a notification from PayPal that I was refunded, and an email from this company that my reservation was cancelled. I called the number I was provided about 10 times, left voicemails, no answer.
My planner called as well, no answer. To this day they still never responded. This is SO unprofessional. I was in so much distress while I was getting my hair and makeup done for our rehearsal dinner. I understand things happening with COVID right now, and I am happy we got a refund, but to never ever get any kind of call or answer or courtesy email.
It blows my mind. During these hard times all I expect is a phone call explaining the situation. We have to be flexible. And the day before the wedding. Instead of spending time with my family I had to take a few hours of my day to deal with the situation. No one should ever have to go through this stress the day before the wedding. Luckily our planner found us a replacement.
I am still waiting for a phone call explanation. Luckily all of our other vendors were professionals. DO NOT hire this company for anything if you expect to get from one place to another.

So apparently my daughters limo for Prom was reserved with Reliable Limousine but subbed out to Amiable Limousine. I was not aware of this at all. The other company will be receiving a bad review as well since they promised me that all their drivers had background checks and every driver they knew personally. Night was off to a good start until driver got stuck on railroad tracks (on a high incline) after dinner!
Driver got out and tried to push car off tracks. In fact, several passerby's tried to push limo off incline where it was seesawing on the track. The very frightening part is the child lock was on and the driver would not let the six girls out of vehicle! They were continually asking him to open the door and he kept telling them to wait. They finally got angry and banging on window when he opened door. Did not help them out or ever check on them.
A driver passing by had to call police because driver still had not called. The police thankfully stopped all trains (in several towns) One comes on this track every twenty minutes at least. I texted driver to check on him and girls but he never apologized or ever told me girls were safe. My friend who happened to be driving by the scene stopped and took girls to their prom.
Still never heard from him except to tell me police handled situation. When I called company during situation they were completely unaware of anything and wanted to actually send same driver with other limo to prom to bring them home so I would still need to pay. I don't think so Other company (Reliable Limo) did refund full amount after I sent pictures from cities FB page and my daughters phone and explained how scary this was and I was so upset about how this was handled.

I always hesitate to write negative reviews, but our experience was incredibly poor and when I contacted the service to tell them my concerns, I was blown off. The limo was supposed to be a 10 passenger limo, but was small and the photos outline seats for 7. The heat could not be turned off and the windows were fogged unless the windows were rolled down.
The lights along the wine glasses were repaired with tape and the radio worked for the driver, which he utilized the entire time, but the radio in the back did not work at all and the driver was not interested in attempting to fix it. This was only made worse when he talked on his phone the entire time with the barrier down between us and since the child locks were on, we told him to park and sat there while he talked on the phone because no one could exit the vehicle! I had to interrupt his phone call in order to get out! Absolutely no customer service! If you're looking for a $650 taxi, this is your ride.
