Kon Limousine Service

Kon provided us with a driver for a Sunday afternoon airport pick up on only one day's notice. The driver was very professional and we were happy with the service. Except the price was pretty high. Including the required gratuity it was $450. I am new to the cape and asked around if this was typical, others thought that was high also. Maybe a function of the one day's notice? But I will look around a bit more next time. Except for the price, they were excellent and I would recommend.

This limo service has excellent, well maintained vehicles that are comfortable and clean. The drivers are excellent too. We recently used the service twice and found both men amiable, reliable gentlemen. One was older and one younger. Both had extensive local knowledge and knew the roads and the area in good detail. I felt very safe with their driving and was pleased with their ability to anticipate issues ahead and take action to mitigate any effects on our journey. We will definitely use the service next time we fly into or out of Logan.

I have used this service in the past and would highly recommend. Getting to and from Logan airport can be stressful, to say the least. Let one of Kon's drivers remove that stress and deliver you safely to your destination.

I've been using KON limousines since 2008 for everything from senior prom, events, 30th birthday, and regularly as a ride to and from the airport. Stretch limo, bus, van, town car. I've used them all! I live out of state now and still booked them for my wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the service I've received. If me being loyal to them for the last 14 years doesn't say enough, you're looking for something wrong!

Great service. Timely, efficient and polite. Made a number of adjustments for us without any problems. I will say-- We used the 12-14 passenger Sprinter for 13 men and two had to end up driving instead. That was disappointing, but more on Mercedes for calling it that than a 10-12 passenger. In the future, I would suggest KON asks who is riding so they can make suggestions as we would have booked an additional car. Over all, fun experience for the group though!

Randy arrived ahead of time and loaded our luggage. Also, he was quick to make sure we didn't forget important things; phone and ID. Uneventful trip to Logan; he is a great driver! We've used KON for years and they never disappoint! TY for your great service!

KON Limousine service is very professional. I highly recommend any of their drivers as they are all great guys, but if you want a great guy to speak with on the ride, request Jimmy. He is a very smart and interesting guy who has worked with and for many interesting people. He is a great guy as well as being very entertaining. He won't say a word if you want privacy, if you want to converse he is an excellent person with whom to dialogue.

Not only was the lovely woman who helped with the booking an absolute doll, but the entire ride- from pick up to drop off went without a hitch. Our driver was friendly, and legitimately fun to talk with, & an EXCELLENT driver. What was a rather stressful beginning of a holiday that was 2 years in the making became a completely relaxing and smile inducing experience. We were honestly sad to say goodbye.

I hired Kon limo to take a friend and her 101 year old dad to the airport going to Hawaii for the Pearl Harbor anniversary her dad is a PH Survivor so we wanted it to be a special surprise they were thrilled they told me the driver was so nice and extremely helpful and made the dad feel very special even telling him it was an honor driving them. The driver who I'm sorry I forgot his name had to pick up At 4am and was there right on time and got them to the airport in plenty of time for their flight, I highly recommend Kon Limo for any car service limo or sedan the staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was so fair for the service they got. I love KON. They are the best limo company ever! I travel 3/4/5 in the am and these guys are spot on. Midnight again right there. I wouldn't use anyone else. Five stars KON.

I used KON limo for a tour of Cape Cod on August 2nd 2021, and was extremely happy with the experience. Our driver, Tom, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He picked us up on time, drove conscientiously and comfortably, and was a highly pleasant person. He did his homework and took us on a fabulous journey from Hyannis, Sandwich, Falmouth, as well as many other areas, stopping by popular locations such as the Kennedy museum and memorial, some of the beaches and cranberry bogs, and other popular tourist sites, giving us short, very well researched vignettes at each location and along the way as well. We were extremely happy with our decision, and you will be as well.

We hired Kon Limo service to provide transportation for all our guests to and from our Cape Cod home wedding. While the logistics of the pick ups and drop offs were not simple, Kon provided seamless service and helped the wedding day run smoothly. The staff is reliable and easy to work with. Great limo company! We used their 14 person party bus for our wedding a few weekends ago and they were perfect, arriving early and were very accommodating when things were taking a little longer than planned. The driver was very friendly and nice and the bus was clean and comfy with complimentary champagne and candies. Highly recommend!

Book with Tom. Stand up guy and easy to work with. He executed flawlessly day off. Really enjoyed working with this company and they offered solid rates.

This would have been a 5 Star review except the music hookup was not working so we had to listen to Cape Cod radio for a Bachelorette party. Otherwise, the service was good.

I use KON Limousine's service because I know that they will get me to my destination safely and in a timely fashion. Every driver has always been courteous and attentive. Any anxiety of driving to Logan, negotiating through traffic, and where to park once I arrive is totally eliminated because I can just sit back and relax and leave the driving to KON. The office staff has also been equally courteous and responsive whenever I have needed to get in touch with them. I highly recommend KON to anyone.

Not much to say. 100% easy experience. Called and booked Cape Cod to. BOS. Showed up 15 minutes early nice driver, nice car. Stoped once at my request. Price as quoted. All good, do it again.

A Big Disappointment! On August 3, 2018 I reserved a stretch limo for 3 couples to head from Falmouth to Newport for dinner and an evening at the Tennis Hall of Fame for the Jazz Festival. The limo was totally on time to the two pick up spots with my house being the second. When we got in the limo and got going it immediately became apparent something was very wrong with the air conditioning.

It was a hot evening and the system was blowing hot air into our area. The driver area was fine so we had to ask him to keep the glass open to get us some cool air. On a very busy Rt. 195 the driver pulled over to try to fix the system, literally in the breakdown lane with vehicles blasting past us and rocking the vehicle. We finally got him to get back to drive.

There was no solution to the A/C and we were all literally soaked in sweat with the ladies all in nice dresses. I had called ahead to be sure we brought the right plug to stream music in the vehicle to listen to the artist we would be hearing while we headed there. There was no attachment and no music at all. We played my IPhone! When we got to dinner the driver asked us how long we would be because he was hungry and needed to drive about 20 minutes one way to get to a Chick-fil-a. What?

Rest of evening went fine with windows open way home and no music. Very disappointing. I never heard anything from the office even though they were called that night about the a/c. I then called them a couple of weeks later, explained the entire situation and told them I wasn't complaining because I wanted anything, just to let him know and let him make his own decisions as a fellow business owner.

I happen to own a lodging business as well and have used this company for three years in a row for this type of evening with friends and recommended it through the years for weddings and special events. I never heard anything back. I was never offered even much of an apology. I have been utilizing limos for many years now a couple times a year for special evenings with friends as noted.

I will not again call Kon simply because I don't really believe they care. Things happen in operations and it's how you handle those issues that can influence how the consumer views a business. In this case, you fail. I'm done! Anyone got any limo company ideas?

Super reliable and professional. I've been using KON for many years and wouldn't consider using another company. Best on Cape Cod.

In short: Awful. Background: these guys were 45 minutes late to pick us up for our wedding. When I called to inquire they had the totally wrong schedule and butchered the entire process. They then proceeded to argue with me and asked me who I spoke with. I told them that it didn't matter who took the reservation, I had the confirmation email outlining the entire itinerary AND called twice one week prior to confirm and review.

In the end, they were only able to make 2/4 stops in order to get the bride to the wedding (she was still 20 minutes late because of KON). I paid $600 for an awful experience - should have just called UBER black cars for 1/3 of the price.

We had the good fortune of having the same driver, Vinny, to & from Logan airport for a recent vacation. Vinny was on time, informative, offered bottled water & was extremely polite, courteous & above all else, drove us safely to Logan. We were MORE THAN THRILLED when Vinny was the driver waiting for us 1 week later upon our return. He waited patiently as our luggage took FOREVER to be brought to the baggage return area.

We watched the PATS beat the Steelers on our flight home & he made sure we could listen to the post game chatter on the radio. Again, he drove us safely home & carried our bags right up to the front stairs after several inches of snow had fallen during our absence. We hope to have Vinny again for future travel plans. We would highly recommend KON as a limo service for any event you have planned!

We had two Limos for our wedding party. One was to be 1/2 hour earlier to get the two older nephews to the Church to escort people into the Church. The other was for the wedding party. BOTH were late. We had no one escorting people to their seats a the Church, the Mother of the Bride was in the first limo and having to sit on a torn seat that was patched and late to make sure all was going smoothly.

The Bride and all were also late of course. Then they had to get to Onset on Fourth of July weekend they knew traffic or so we thought but everyone, got there before them despite we all leaving after them. it was not ideal. We all survived but it did make a large faux pas to our well planned wedding. I would not go with them ever again, you also may want to have a serious talk to them before you book. Diane July 2016

Took this car service to and from the airport. Drivers were courteous and polite. Biggest issue is with the car seat we requested. First, it was not installed- every seat is different and some are difficult to install quickly. On our way back the car seat looked really worn - I saw the manufacture date was 2006, which makes the car seat 10 years old- way past the expiration date. This particular model car seat is $54 on Amazon. There is no excuse for not having a car seat that isn't expired.

Over priced town car with over 500 k miles on it. Smelled like a dirty locker room- not luxurious at all. I'd try another car service like pro limo or white tie.

Needed a van with a trailer to go from Centerville/Boston to carry riders and their bikes after the Best Buddies Bike Ride. From the day of booking with Laurie to the driver. Richard, everything went smoothly. The booking person was easy to deal with and Richard was a knowledgeable driver, Kon was always in contact with us. I would recommend Kon highly!

You would think with all the limo companies in and around the cape/plymouth area that Kon would not charge excessively. NOT THE CASE. I ordered a car for my daughter from Pinehills to Logan. I usually use Pro Limo, but they were booked.should have driven her myself! Charged me $174 (including tip) which is over $50 more than Pro Limo and others.ridiculous.

I could see if i was in mid cape but not Plymouth. Save yourself some money and use Pro Limo.great service and certainly a heck of a lot less expensive.don't get RIPPED OFF!

I use KON frequently to get to Logan airport. Always polite and always on time! Love them. I have even used them for my sisters wedding festivities including a rowdy bachelorette party and they were nothing but professional! :

We had Nick as our driver for a bachelorette. Not only was the booking process easy and quick but the evening went off with out a hitch! Nick was so knowledgeable of the area and made all the girls feel comfortable. He was so flexible with our last minute deciding on extending our time to stay until the bars closed! It was a great time and i definitely would recommend this company! They even held on to one of our bags that we left in the limo. :

I was quoted a price then they re quoted me $10 more. I agreed to that price then when I got home from my trip they charged me $40 more than the second quote and I also gave a $40 tip. When I called to ask why they told me they miss quoted me sending me $30 not the full amount driver was vinny he was good car was old

Drivers are always punctual, polite, and know where they are going. I have been driven in limos & sedans in very neat and excelent condition. Drivers are mostly seniors but can still handle some heavy luggage.
