BEWARE: this company steals your credit card info after you provide it and fraudulently and continually charges unauthorized amounts. I gave them one star because zero isn't possible. DO NOT USE THEM.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This company is nothing but a scam! They double charged us what they said our total amount would be and have not refunded our money. I have emailed and left voicemails, but no one will return my messages. I got ahold of the guy and he said 3-5 days we will have our refund.it's been 3 months and we've yet to see a dime.

We booked this limo service for our October 2014 wedding. Mike, the owner, was initially very nice and gave us what seemed to be a great rate for our big day. Our card was charged for the service several months in advance, on August 4th, which didn't strike us as odd - we felt we were all booked and ready to go. Several days before our wedding, we look at our accounts and find that Mike, the owner, had charged us AGAIN. Mike incorrectly CHARGED US TWICE.

We immediately brought this to his attention. He apologized and assured us he would refund us the money that week. Here I sit, four months. FOUR MONTHS after our wedding, still waiting in vain to receive that money. Both I and my husband have contacted Mike via e-mail, phone, and text numerous times to discuss the issue. Mike at first assured us he was reviewing the billing error and would get us the money. Mike always "promises" to call us back to fill us in, but he never does.

We always end up contacting him and after several rounds of this, Mike says that the check was sent and he isn't sure why we didn't receive it. What this exchange eventually came to was Mike, THE OWNER, blaming US for secretly receiving this check and cashing it at an "undisclosed currency exchange." What a load. Since we knew this was not correct, we persisted.

After several other attempts to contact him, Mike ADMITTED he was incorrect and stated that was not the correct check. He again "promised" to send us the money via registered mail wouldn't that have made sense to do that in the first place? You know, to make sure the large amount of money you sent actually made it to it's intended owner? After STILL not receiving that money following that final conversation, Mike and I had a heated conversation because I then knew he was just stringing us along.

I've come to accept that we will NEVER receive this money. After reading several other social media reviews on this company's service, it became apparent that this is NOT the first time and surely won't be the last time he pulls this on a customer. I would not recommend M&M Chauffeur to anyone. Ever.
