I totally apologize for my previous review. I am deleting and re-doing it. This was not the company that cancelled me. Actually, Mandi was always so profesional and nice trying to help us out after we got cancelled twice by some other limo services. I did not get the service by Moonbeams, but I absolutely would trust you guys over any other limo service. I felt like you guys cared for my business, even though you were unable to help us, you tried. Thank you so much! You deserve 5 stars

I've used Moonbeam in the past- but THIS TIME- Ugh, I Called 3 times to arrange transportation from Cumby to DFW. Left messages on two calls. The third call, I actually got a "real man." I explain I was trying to set up car service from cumby to DFW for a flight to Denver. I was told, "yes I got your messages but forgot to call you back." He said he needed to speak to his driver, and "I will call you back after 10 AM this morning." It's been two days now, and no call back. I guess he forgot again I booked a car service outta RockwalI instead- this guy is super flaky! Unreliable and can't even remember to return telephone calls.
