I was abruptly rejected when I asked if its possible to have a drive who is vaccinated against Covid-19 as some of the guests are older and vulnerable. I don't think this is an unreasonable request for a 15-minute round trip drive in a closed vehicle these days.

We rented this service for our wedding day on June 5th from 11 AM - 11 PM. The company had a timeline of our day for where/when the shuttle needed to be. The shuttle driver dropped off all of the bridesmaids at the venue at 2:50 PM and was supposed to go STRAIGHT to the hotel, which was 10 minutes away, to pick up the guests and leave by 3:40 PM. We had numerous guests call to tell us the shuttle never showed up.

My parents called and called Gary to let him know the shuttle never arrived. 4:30 PM, which was the start time for our wedding, the driver had still not arrived. The hotel had to send their much smaller shuttle to try and get the remaining guests to the venue. We weren't able to start our wedding until after 5 PM. We never received an apology or an explanation as to where the driver went. This is unacceptable, as he was our driver for the entire day.
