A really great service! They won me over last year when to my surprise, they upgraded my family to a luxury sprinter van for a trip to the airport. Instead of packing us into a Van, they got all of us there in comfort. I use them for regular trips to various airports and they respond to my email request in minutes and always have nice vehicles. Never a problem!

I booked AAA in January for my October wedding. I booked 2 stretch limos and a hummer limo. The day before the wedding (18 hours before), they called me to tell me they couldn't provide me one of the limos I booked 9 months ahead of time and the best they could offer to replace it was a bus - which I still had to pay for! Very bad customer service from the main office.

I've used them numerous time but never again. Very unhappy and disappointed that this happened - especially a day before my wedding when I was so proactive in booking them months in advance. Don't use!

As an Event Planner it is crucial that you hire a Transportation Company that you can count on! I recently contracted AAA Worldwide to transport guests to and from the venue in a 14 passenger van. The guest complimented on the excellent service, clean and beautiful vehicle, and enjoyed the ride! They felt safe and certain they would arrive on time! I would highly recommend them for all your transportation needs.

I made a very last minute call to AAA.less than 3 hours before I wanted to go to the U.S.Open tennis Center in Queens with 2 friends. Pickups in 2 different place. They called me back in less than 3 minutes & said No Problem. I have used AAA for years since moving to High Bridge, mostly to & from Newark Airport. Always beautiful clean, new cars, friendly & smart drivers. Got us to & from the Open early despite my last minute call. I will never use any other limo service, ever. The very best anywhere is AAA.
