I needed a taxi to JFK and all was booked at a generous fee only to discover on the day of the pickup: no one arrived! No calls, messages and no admin on the emergency helpline from Starlight. Something is wrong with this firm. I would be calling them again.

Do not use starlight! Horrible service. Tried to book a car service for myself and family coming back from a vacation.landed in the airport with NO driver to be found. Called Ed at starlight. He told me they messed up and will have a car in a half hour. Didn't try to make things right. Used this service many times prior. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.You want a professional car service, look elsewhere. If I could have left negative stars I would have. They will leave you stranded at the airport.

I used this service to travel from Rockland County to JFK Airport in NY and return. I highly recommend this car service because of their professionalism and courtesy. From the time you call you are treated courteously and professionally. The drivers are knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend Starlight's service.

We have used Starlight Limo for 4 years to take my Son and his family to JFK from Nyack, early in the morning, a few days after Christmas. Angelo is our driver, and he is terrific. He arrives a half an hour early, and waits patiently with a warmed up car, and loads all the luggage. They always get to the airport on time. PERFECT!

Excellent service. We did a roundtrip to JFK and each driver was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Limos we had were Lincolns and were in fine condition and comfortable. Both chauffeurs arrived in plenty of time to pick us up instilling great confidence in us for future trips. We will call Starlight again for our future trips needs. This is not a consistent service. Sometimes it's just fine, but when it's bad, it's awful. Although the driver is supposed to be waiting at the terminal when you arrive, often it is me who is waiting endlessly for the driver. More than once he has been at the wrong terminal. One time they arrived a night early, and sent endless texts to my phone trying to figure out where I was. Drivers often have no clue how to get where they are going.

Even with a GPS. The owner is nasty and it's never their fault. Our company uses them so I have no choice for business trips, but if you are contemplating using this company for your personal needs: DON'T.

I had a client come in and needed transportation to pick them up in and bring them to their hotel. Starlight limo sent a limo to pick them up and transported to their hotel for me. It was perfect. They really helped me show class and professionalism to my client. The office staff are the best, friendly and helpful. I also had to call them the next day to pick up my client on shorts notice and bring them to my office and back.

They did this effortlessly. And lastly brought my client back to the airport for their flight. My client was more than pleased and thus I am super happy with their service. This is the type of service that turns costumers to clients. I can't thank you enough Starlight limo's.

Amazing. I had George as a driver. He was Amazing and super nice and gentleman like plus he made us laugh. I had went to several location and everytime great service open doors and all. would most definitely recommend to anyone and the price wasnt bad at all for 7 hours. Would use anytime i need a car or limo!

I actually tried starlight limousine for my bachelor party this past June. They had everything accommodated to what I wanted for the night to go great with my best men. The driver even showed up 15 minutes early, and was cool, calm, and professional. Everything about the service was leading up to the event went awesome. I'd recommend starlight to anyone who wants to have their special occasion go smoothly and most importantly professionally.

Last month, we got a spontaneous visit from one of our largest customers in Japan. They were coming to visit us at work as well as some of their other colleagues. Since they host us when we visit their headquarters in Japan, we like to return the favor when they come to see us in NYC. They needed transportation to and from JFK to the Pennsylvania Hotel as well as the ability to travel around the city for 2 days.

The arrival of beautiful late June weather has also brought in hordes of tourists, making it quite difficult to secure transportation on the fly. We have corporate accounts with several well known limo services here in the city and sadly, they left us out there to hang, this time around. Fortunately, a friend recommended Starlight. I immediately went to their website to make arrangements.

Their website is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I created an account for my firm and set up the parameters and time frame for our needs. What relief I felt when it all went through without a hitch! The next day, Vinny reached out to me just to make sure everything went smoothly. He was such a doll. The services here never reach out to confirm - they just assume everything went well until you have to call them to complain.

I really appreciated that personal touch. The driver was perfect in every way. I must admit - I was a little apprehensive with them being located north of the city, but I soon found out I had absolutely no reason to fret. He showed up well in advance which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The car was equipped with amenities galore and very comfortable and clean.

I have nothing negative or even neutral to say about my experience. It was top-notch, from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. My boss and the clients were extremely happy. Starlight will replace all of my other limo service accounts from hereon in.

I decided to hit up New York City for my big 27th birthday. It was amazing! Starlight Limousine is the company my friends hired as a surprise for me. We got to have the services all day going anywhere we wanted to go. I love the Limousine it was gorgeous and in my favorite color :black. They keep their vehicles clean, we got to eat in it, and be as loud as we wanted.

The driver was completely cool, and made jokes with us and was extremely laid back. It was one of my best experiences of my life when I went to NYC. The driver always waited up for us, no problems or anything. If we changed our minds about a place we wanted to go, he didn't even sweat it. Amazing services, thank you!

It's not everyday that I get to celebrate my birthday, but for this year I decided to do so. I browsed plenty limousine services in the city and didn't find one that met my needs. So I figured to try the rest of the tri-state area, it couldn't hurt, and that's how I came across Starlight Limousine. Judging by their high rated reviews and reading the words of some very satisfied customers I decided to give them a call.

I spoken with a lovely representative who explained everything thoroughly to me, while I browsed their site, as this was the first time I've ever used a limo service. I briefly explained that I wanted something that would be a great fit seating up to 6 people comfortably, they recommended a choice between their Chevy Suburban and Cadillac Escalade.

I opted for the Cadillac Escalade after viewing great pictures they have on their website. After booking one for a couple hours, I was just so excited to get chauffeured around the city for my birthday. The driver was wonderful and very patient when one of my party stop locations fell through. Overall, that was one of the best birthdays I had ever had, and I will be booking with them for my mother's birthday that's coming up this fall. Excel service, highly skilled drivers, and an all-around great company. Thanks Starlight Limousine for making it a birthday I will remember for the rest of my life!

I've been with starlight limo zeros for 10 years or so now. They are in excellent company with on-time performance and very reliable drivers. I wouldn't think of using any other company when it really matters.

I was in charge of a last minute excursion for my job outing and naturally I go right to Yelp to find a stretch Escalade. I needed someone last minute and everyone was booked, so I checked out Starlight, with the good and bad reviews I was skeptical. I decided to call anyway and I got Vinny who I believe was the owner or manager. He made everything really simple and saved the day. Will use them again.

First time using this service and After multiple bad experiences with other car services I am so excited to have found starlight! Car arrived early, was very clean and the driver was extremely professional! I will definitely be using this service going forward!

I just called to request information on party buses and limos. I was unaware they do not do party buses or limo's anymore, but that is besides the point. I was rudely hung up on mid sentence and completely disregarded. It was the worst customer service I ever experienced. The way I was spoken to and dealt with was unnecessary and uncalled-for. I would never recommend Starlight to anyone.

My daughter has her senior prom so after being unable to find a price I had called them. When I called the man on the phone told me they no longer offer prom packages. Which is fine so I kinda said your website must be old I think it needs to updated and he immediately had a snippy attitude and hung up. I didn't realize a simple suggestion to help future customers would end like this. Very disappointed.

My husband and i have used Starlight Limo service both professionally and personally for over 20 years. To say that I am disappointed and angry would be an understatement. I had scheduled pick up for an 8 AM pick up at JFK. My flight from California was cancelled and then rescheduled to 6AM arrival at JFK. When I called to reschedule I was told that the weather was going to be iffy and 6AM was too early for them to get someone to pick me up.

I had to take a shuttle to Grand Central, a train to Westchester, a bus back to Rockland and then walk home in the snow and ice from the bus stop. Thank you Starlight for leaving me stranded - JetBlue was the only company that didn't screw me over because of the weather.

I was never picked up at airport & needed to take a taxi home from Newark airport. Starlight told me the driver was there but I wasn't. They wanted to charge me for trip. I called credit card company and put in a dispute. The drivers were always late. Not reliable!

Hard to imagine a limo company that does not have limos.well that's what we were told when we called to ask about service for our wedding! The guy was weird on the phone and told my fiance that they do not have limo OR bus service. We were waiting outside the place to speak with someone (during business hours), but nobody answered the door. I didn't like the way the whole thing went down so we definitely wont be giving them our business! Oh and while in the parking lot we saw vans that would have been perfect for transportation after the wedding.so confused as to how this place does their business.

I have been working with Starlight Limo on a frequent basis (multiple times a week) for the past 3 years. I have nothing to but good things to say about the owners Ed and Dan. They have always been able to help me with my sometimes difficult itineraries and the drivers are always on time and courteous. I have yet to be let down and have had no problems with my dealings thus far. I highly recommend them to anybody seeking service in the NY NJ area.

I have used starlight for over 10 years, there service and drivers are 5 star. There is no reason to ever settle for less.

Terrible experience after the fact. Was charged double the quoted price and have been fighting with them and the better buisness bureau to resolve the situation. The service was fine but headaches after the fact have been absolutley atrocious. I would go somewhere else the next time

I have used Starlight for over 10 years, as recently as Sept 22 2011 The drivers are always early for pick up no matter what time of day. I have never had a billing issue with rates quoted vs.actual billing amounts. I recommend them to everyone
