I had a party bus reserved for my daughter's Homecoming dance with A difference Limo/Party bus company the owner called me 3 hrs before the even cancelling the party bus. We booked the Ford for 3 hours wedding shooting rental. The whole process was smooth. Easy booking with the lady in the office and Mark contacted me one day ahead to make sure the address and time was correct. On the actual shooting day, Mark arrived at the location 30 minutes earlier. The company was very professional!

Our driver arrived a little late. She took the long way coming home. Then when we tried to give her quicker directions she didn't follow them and made several wrong turns. All of this extend our time and put us over our time allotment. She gave one set of rules on the way to our destination and a completely different set of rules for our ride home.

She didn't allow us to control anything on the way home. (Lights, windows, AC, radio). We had to ask for each thing. Rather than fuel up while we were at dinner she waited to stop on our way home. We took our 5 year old son with us. She told him he had to settle down because he was laughing to loud. One 5 year old! Not a limo full of kids. When I called to voice my concerns the lady I spoke with was so much more concerned about defending her driver than listening to me that she even lied to protect her driver.

Then later in our conversation her lie changed. If you want to have fun don't use this company. We have rented limos before and had full blown parties in them but with these people one laughing 5 year old is too much.

Byrd Limousine Service as compared to others affordable, friendly, on time and provides great service to the community and valued as necessity for transportation when needing to go to events or to the airport. Personally had several opportunities to use service and never disappointed.

We have used this Limos service 4 times now and each time the service was exceptional and individualized. Like this last time I booked for my adult son and they provided him with Hawaiian beer! He had lived in Hawaii for 17 years! Previously my younger children were along and they did special drinks etc for them as well. Communication was excellent. They were very prompt and on time as well. Maria our driver was a sweetheart, can't say enough!

Absolutely a great experience, exactly what I was hoping for. The driver was professional and while he couldn't role out the carpet due to the rainy weather we still felt like a King and Queen. I used Byrd Limousine to shuttle my family to LAX for our two week vacation. We received a text the night before advising us who are driver would be and her contact phone number. Our driver Maria showed up on time, even was a little early. She had snacks and refreshments in the SUV for us to enjoy while going to the airport. Two weeks later, the morning of our flight home I received another text advising Maria would be our driver for the return home trip from LAX at midnight.

I received a text from her as our plane was landing advising she was in the area standing by for us. Again she had cold beverages and some snacks for our drive home. I would highly recommend Byrd Limousine service for your airport shuttle needs. Unlike a large shuttle provider we previously used, Byrd Limousines did not leave us stranded at the airport upon our return from vacation. Thank you.

Our friends got this as a wedding gift for us to transport us from the church ceremony to the reception. I've always loved classic cars and it was always my dream to be driven in one on my wedding day and I was beyond happy with the car and the service! The driver was so patient and kind! He called us Mr and Mrs and allowed the photographer plenty of time for photos.

He was so helpful and sweet and popped some champagne for us too! Anything we wanted, he was on it. The car was gorgeous and rode well too! It was a special moment I will never forget.

Byrd Limo is absolutely outstanding. The cars are beautiful and the driver (Marcos) that we've used twice in March and April has ALWAYS been prompt, very courteous and quite patient. Marcos made certain that we arrived at LAX on time. Many of our friends have used Byrd and all have been so pleased. Marcos called us when on his way to pick us up and gave us his cell number as well. Charges are very reasonable and competitive with other carriers but the service is FAR SUPERIOR. Used Byrd Limo last night to go to a concert with my friends! They were on time (even early) and had champagne to celebrate my B Day! Donald was our driver and he was very polite and professional! Will definitely use them again!

Byrd Limousine has very, very nice limousines. All different kinds and sizes. I chose the 8-10 stretched limo black. Very cool inside with awesome lights and beverages for the kids. My daughter turned 16 and I wanted to give her and her friends a night to remember. Shalonda was easy to speak with and very informative. All ways professional. She was so nice that I could see being friends with her outside our business deal.

Super nice lady, hi if your reading this. :) Mr. Hitower was very prompt and professional as well. I liked how he had the cheauffer hat the kids liked how he had gloves on. We're weird people. :P The prices are very economical compared to other limousine companies in the area. I was very unsure on the process of getting a limo. But Shalonda made me very happy and calm. I have already told people to use this company for limo services. Very happy and will return to get another limo from here when I need one. :)

My husband and I hired Byrd Limousine Service for our wedding this past January because we wanted a vintage car to go with our vintage wedding theme. We rented the 1965 Princess Rolls Royce and it was absolutely beautiful, came out great in pictures and we got so many compliments on it! I felt like royalty riding in the car to our ceremony while people honked and waved.

The inside was comfortable, clean and roomy perfect for a wedding dress. Our driver was very punctual (actually early) picking us up at our hotel. He was very nice and had great customer service, offering us water bottles and complimentary champagne. We rented the car for 3.5 hours. We went a little over the expected time during our photography session but the driver politely informed us we were approaching end of service beforehand and we made the choice to go over our time with the limo by 30 minutes. I was very happy because the charge for overtime was reasonable. Thank you Byrd Limo for making my wedding day magical!

Two great experiences in the month of August - airport pickup and concert. My auntie arranged for our airport pickup when we returned from our cruise. Hitower texted us upon arrival and was ready and waiting for us with a comfortable Suburban with COLD drinks on a hot day! We were swiftly taken home but not before I memorized Hitower's name for another trip!

A week after our first experience, I called the office myself and spoke to Shelonda to arrange a limo for my daughter and me for the Taylor Swift concert at Staples. Shelonda was super excited that this was my daughter's first concert and even arranged for a bottle of Martinelli's to be in the limo. It was my luck that Hitower was available!

I had a crisis of timing when I thought I didn't have the car coming early enough. I called Shelonda and she had Hitower arrive an hour earlier - NO PROBLEM! We had a fun ride to Staples because there is a cord in the car through which I was able to get us ready with some Taylor tunes and there were tons of Dum Dum suckers in the car! Martinelli's in champagne flutes - the kid was in heaven! Hitower gave us specific instructions upon drop off.

We were to walk just past where he dropped us off, then look for a flashing light on top of the car. At the end of the concert, we did exactly as told, easily found Hitower, the light and our limo. The place where he located us got us immediately onto the freeway and on the way home in no time at all. I thought the price per hour was totally fair (I believe it was $65/hour).

By the way, it was nice to be picked up in a car that was spotless inside and out. When I sat down to write this review, I read several of the one star reviews. Well. I can tell you that my experience was completely contrary to those reviewers and much similar to the more numerous five star reviews. We've now had two great experiences with this company, Shelonda was very sweet, Hitower is awesome and we will absolutely use this company again.
