Great time and I can't say enough good things about our driver he's an excellent driver and very polite and helpful he is truly an asset to your company!

Driver did not arrive at the scheduled place and time to pick me up. Dispatch was helpful to a degree, but I'd already called an Uber by the time a resolution was proposed. Some elaborate explanation of the issue was provided but the end result as a customer was I didn't have a ride and had to find my own which isn't acceptable. Unfortunately can't recommend the business and would suggest finding another service that won't leave you stranded.

The standard for customer service has hit a new low with this company. Gary Cardiff was unresponsive to changes I wanted to make my original confirmation and insulted me on the phone. He also has a personal vendetta again Chapman University? The drivers are great, fortunately they still get paid if you cancel your reservation. I'd recommend renting your own car if possible.

Great service! The team was so easy to work with and very detailed. They made sure we got it right in advance so there were be no issues on the day of the event, and there were none! Thank you to the team.

Jill is fantastic to work with - we hired a charter bus and "getaway" limo for wedding guests and bride/groom. Never a worry, Jill was very proactive on making contact and ensuring we were taken care of!

Had an INCREDIBLE experience with Cardiff! We used one of their 54 passenger buses to get my wedding guests from Palm Springs up to Oak Glen and back, as well as providing our "getaway car" at the end of the night when my husband and I left. The attention to detail and clear communication with Jill was excellent throughout the entire experience. The pricing was incredibly fair compared to some of the outrageous quotes we were getting from other transportation vendors.

They also were gracious enough to touch base with our venue to confirm they had the best way of coming up to our spot as well as where to park. It made everything seamless and the guests said the bus itself was very high end and very comfortable. THANK YOU SO MUCH! It was such a relief knowing so many of my guests were in your very capable hands!

When I 1st spoke to Jill she was beyond nice and helpful when it came getting a service for my sisters 16th. the driver was professional and the limo was perfect for my sister and the court. Thank you again Jill for the amazing customer service we appreciated it

Friends and I used Cardiff Limousine for a 30th birthday event, and had an absolute blast! We all agreed it was the best part of the trip. Our driver David was extremely friendly and accommodating. Not only this, but he arrived 20 minutes early, and we had no issues with communication. I did lots of research across other limousine companies, and this one exceeded expectations. Would recommend!

Such a great experience! Our driver, Dave, was nothing but professional. The limo itself was clean and we all felt safe. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we all had an amazing time! Looking forward to enjoying it again sometime!

Definitely recommend! Everything went so smoothly and the entire process exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 10 take a sprinter van to Joshua Tree for the day, and our driver Matt was super friendly and professional. Great experience with Cardiff! Renee is AMAZINGGG! She was patient and communicative. I did not feel rushed when giving her the details of the bachelorette trip I was hosting. She was so kind, she even gave me some food/hot spots in the greater palm springs area. I recommend them 1000%. They were by far, the BEST price compared to the other sprinter vans, and I inquired from 4 other limo services.

The Sprinter Van came very clean and ready to seat all of the girls. It was a seamless process from the beginning to the end. Thank you, Renee and team! I would DEFINITELY recommend them and use them going forward when possible.
