Dugway Limousine & Sedan Service

Rick was great! Very accommodating to our schedule and even made some unscheduled stops that we threw on there at the last minute. He's polite and very knowledge of the area and wineries. Was always on time and had a super clean car. I will be calling Rick again when we return to Napa!

I just tried twice to contact this service for a quote and at the first hang up I thought it was a fluke, a dropped call, but after I called back, a Rick told me "no I hung up on you, " and promptly hung up again. That is NOT what a 5 star driver service should be like. Will not be doing business with this service and I'll see if this review stays put.

Recently had the pleasure of using Dugway for an airport transfer from Yountville to Oakland during our holiday after finding via Yelp. Great email communication when booking and best of all easy to understand pricing. Relaxed ride and arrived on time. Thanks Rick.

My elderly parents needed to fly round trip from Oakland airport. They get confused at times, and I was very concerned about how they would find their way to and from. I called Rick and he was absolutely amazing. He is reliable, punctual, and considerate. In addition, his rates are very reasonable. After driving my parents to the airport and seeing they could easily be confused, he suggested meeting them in the terminal at the arrivals hall on their return.

Their plane was early but he was already there to greet them. They were very pleased and well cared for. I am very grateful and plan on recommending him as well as calling him again.

Rick was very punctual which is the VITAL for a Limo Service. He was very professional and is a careful driver. We used him for a round trip to Oakland Airport this year. His rates are very reasonable for the area and the fact that he had to collect us late at night. We will definitely use him again.

Excellent service from Dugway. Rick was very professional from the first moment I contacted him to when he dropped me off at my house after dinner. I wanted a lovely evening out for 5 of my friends so I scheduled a dinner in Yountville at Brix restaurant. I called Dugway and Rick answered the call and immediately said he could accommodate me on the date I requested.

He showed up promptly and the car was a stretch limo that seated 8. He stocked it with ice for our champagne on the drive from Vallejo to Yountville and even had bottled water chilled for my guests. He was very patient and waited while we had our 5 hour meal and took us back efficiently to our homes. Great service and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dugway for your limousine needs. Fantastic local business!
