A great ride today. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a stretch limo which was a sensational start to our anniversary celebrations. A big thanks to David for his great personal service today.

Late and unprofessional. Hired this company for a honeymoon transfer after my wedding and a limo for an hour to transfer guests to accommodation. I had to call after our reception finished to try and find out where the cars were. Booking was an issue, when I emailed directly I was given a higher quote than the website "to get people to use the website" but I just needed a bit more information before I booked.

There was no confirmation in the lead up to the event and I emailed to confirm and got two words back - not even an email signature - "All good" The drivers were extremely unprofessional, for both the transfer and the limo. As a limo driver you should not be dropping f bombs and making guests feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Pay a bit more and book someone nicer. I'm glad I booked a different limousine service for the drop off to the beginning of the wedding.

If there were more stars, I'd gladly give them. It was my mum's 90th birthday and My Gold Coast Limo service helped to make her day very special. I will use this company again.

We were so happy with this service. Our driver was punctual, the limo exceeded our expectations and it was very competitively priced. The ride made the evening more special and I would happily use them again.

I wanted to compliment my driver Dwayne, he was an absolute joy to be around. He made my trip to Santa Barbara so much fun. Dwayne was on time, has a great disposition, told great stories that had us laughing. Being in a wheelchair and traveling isn't always easy. However Dwayne was sensitive to all my needs, making sure I was comfortable. If I come back to Santa Barbara I would use Gold Coast Limousines, and ask for Dwayne, of course. I use a lot of driving services and your company is on the top of my list!

The level of service and customer empathy that Gold Coast provided us was really impressive. Working with Phil was easy. He was always timely in responses and happy to jump on a call or send an email response when we had questions. It was a pleasure working with this company.

Booked for a Hens night on Saturday. The limo was amazing and our driver was so lovely. She was very friendly and courteous, it really made our night.

I was most impressed with Gold Coast Limousine service and our driver Mark. On our way to the airport to catch a flight home after a party at the Biltmore, I noticed one of the gold earrings I had been wearing had fallen off. We did not have time to go back. Mark said he would return to the hotel after he dropped us off at the airport to look for it.

Despite our insistence that we didn't want him to go to the trouble, he did it anyway. We got a call about an hour later from him telling us the earring had been found. He certainly went the extra mile and refused any type of payment for his efforts!

We used Gold Coast for our Santa Ynez wedding (about 50 guests) and it worked out perfectly. We were so impressed with the drivers as they were courteous and professional, and the reservation process was fairly easy. I'd recommend them, for sure.

Had a good experience with this company last Saturday morning. We did an approx 4 hour tour of local wineries that we had previously picked out. Our tour guide was Mark and he was prompt at our hotel waiting for us in a very nice comfortable, clean & spacious Sedan limo. He was quite knowledgable about the area and the wineries and easy to talk to.

We just told him where we wanted to go and he got us there with no problems. We were able to do 5 different tastings in the allotted time then head back towards our hotel. Top notch no issues, prices pretty comp, I had an old credit from a previously purchased and expired Travel Zoo, they gave me the paid value with no issues. Overall, I'd give them a good recommendation for anyone needing this service in the area.

I could not have been happier with this service. The owner called me to arrange, after they were referred to me for an event at San Ysidro Ranch. They were professional and promt. Also, the driver called me with questions on the 1st pick-up and just to let me know he was running on schedule. I would highly recommend them.

Love, love, love this company! It was my friend's birthday, so we did a wine tasting tour in Santa Ynez. Our limo driver, Jonathan, was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, The limos are very up to date, well stocked, and comfy. Did I mention how great Jonathan was? Had my birthday celebration this past Friday visiting the wineries in Santa Ynez Valley. Jonathan was amazing as our driver! He picked us up at our hotel in Santa Barbara and was friendly and accommodating from the start. We had a great time drinking champagne and listening to great music in our limo without worrying about having to drive since Jonathan got us to all our destinations safely!

I love this business! They were easy to contact, professional, and fun! We went wine tasting and it was raining that day and the driver made sure to park close to the entrances and avoid puddles for us. Small, but so nice! This is just an honest and easy company to work with. Great prices, and VERY knowledgeable about the area and wineries as well. It's nice to go on a trip and not have to worry about the transportation. I highly recommend this company : See you again, Gold Coast!

Very smooth process getting info and securing a reservation. Jonathan was very helpful, personable and professional. Our particular vehicle had some mechanical issues a day prior and he called me to notify me, as well as offer a solution at a discounted rate. Our driver, Edward, was on time and very courteous. Give them a whirl!

I bought a voucher from travelzoo for a wine tasting limo tour and I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Our driver Jonathan was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the wineries we visited. We had a wonderful day with a great group of people. I will most definitely use their services again and again!

Reliable, arrangements were handled efficiently even though I forgot to put my flight info. We were flying in from US so unreachable, but Lisa figured out what flight we would have been on and had the driver there for us on time, even though we only requested 1 day before we left. Driver was courteous and knowledgeable, and I found their rate to be lower than most other services. Above and beyond was the fact that I forgot my camera in the car, and the driver dropped it off for us back at our hotel. Top notch!

One of my girlfriends found a great Travelzoo deal for a winery limo tour in the Santa Ynez area. We met Gold Coast Limo's at 10.15am and were ferried around to 4 different wineries, with a picnic lunch at one. Leading up to this FAB day, my friend found communicaiton with Phil to be easy, fast & efficient. The day of we were delighted with Edward, our limo driver, who provided outstanding service - it made the whole day so so enjoyable.

As soon as we arrived back in L A one of the group realized she'd left a sweater in the limo. She was immediately able to reach Phil and, the next day, provided him with her FedEx number. The sweater was promptly returned as well as the as-promised tracking number as soon as it was sent. We were a group of 7 and all highly recommend Gold Coast!

Best ever! I am beyond satisfied with gold coast! I was looking for a cool 21st birthday surprise for my brother and gold coast did it above and beyond. - First- I called a couple different limo/party bus places to get price quotes gold coast was the best price and the most flexible they didn't mind coming at the half hour and didn't have a time minimum during the week. - Second - I was probably a very annoying customer but Jonathan over the phone was SUPER accommodating.

I swear I called almost everyday to change something times days this and that and every time he was so friendly! -Third- I don't live in the same area as my brother so I didn't go on the bus but he was super surprised and said this was the most fun he had ever had. Judging from the pictures it looks like everyone had an absolute blast. They couldn't stop talking about how cool their driver was too!

He came on time and really added to the whole experience! My brother said the bus itself was awesome striped pole and champagne included! And from the pictures I saw it looks like they had a lot of fun using the pole! I wouldn't call any other place and can't wait to visit my brother and go wine tasting! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
