This company was very accommodating for me and was able to get me a VERY last minute ride to the airport so that I could make my flight! My driver was safe, kind, and a pleasure to chat with on the long drive.

They bring my son back and forth from school. He's 10 and says the driver makes him sick to his stomach how rude and nasty she is. Today during a snow storm on a main rd my son so upset gets out and starts walking ( main road, snow storm ) she did nothing left him and drove on Wow Her name is Meg

I have had the pleasure to work with Margret Regan who is a driver for this company. The driver let out a 10 year old on a busy road, and in a snow storm and allowed him to walk home. The driver would yell at the three children that she was transporting everyday. She would pick favorites. The driver also was rude and disrespectfully even to adults.

The driver yelled at the kids for clearing their throats in the car. The children where not allowed to communicate. It took three calls to get in touch with her manager to let him know about the driver and what she has done. The SAU60 school district has hired this company and her to transport child, who she has never worked with children with behavioral problems.

We hosted a wedding over Labor Day weekend @ Cobb Hill Estate (Harrisville NH). We hired Thomas Transportation to shuttle guests from two hotels in Keene NH. There were over 80 people that needed to be transported. Thomas Transportation handled it flawlessly, they were one of the most professional vendors we have worked with in 30 yrs. My wife and I organize multiple events for our businesses annually and understand the difficulties in finding the right vendor. Frank the Sales Manager was a joy to work with in the planning stage. Kelly & Freddy two of the chauffeurs were a pleasure to work with the day of the Wedding. We also had them Friday evening for a Rehearsal Dinner transporting 25 guests. The weekend was a huge success and Thomas Transport was a major factor.

Under new 'ownership'. They don't treat their existing employees well, at all. I took maternity leave and then was told I was replaced by there sons girlfriend. I was promised a job when I returned. They're not fair and they have no values or remorse. I have plenty more I could say but I won't because I have more professionalism then they do. I will forever be extremely hurt.

Worst experience! I just tried to get shuttle information back and forth from Keene airport to Logan airport in Boston for my mother for this weekend. They don't actually want you using their cheaper shuttle service for $85 and want to force you to pay for a private car one way for $249. The person via email was rude and inconsiderate! They clearly just want to get as much money out of people instead of helping you get to and from the airport.

Especially when my grandmother just passed away last night and we are trying to book all of this short notice. I will never use this service or refer them to anyone! Horrible customer service

All contact with Thomas Transportation has been poor. When I first called the woman I spoke to was not very friendly, had a bit of an attitude. Arrived at Logan, no driver waiting holding a sign, had to walk around the parking lot in the rain with suitcases & hand carry. Called the office twice to locate driver, once again person answering call was not polite & had an attitude.

Finally drenched found driver. No apology, nothing. He could care less how difficult it had been to find him. He then plays horrible country music all the way home! I called Thomas to complain, no one would return my calls or emails. Thomas clearly does not care about customer service. If your only task is to pick someone up from an airport & I am paying 270,00. the least you can do is make it clear where to find the driver! Lose the attitude. I will never use Thomas again!

Long overdue review from our wedding in Vermont last year. Thomas was by far the most professional transportation company we spoke with during our planning process. Prompt and professional replies, extremely friendly and courteous drivers, just top notch and well run company all around.

This Company has been AMAZING. My son is transported to and from school by this company and they have been great. I would like to especially point out Les. Les is Justin's driver 99% of the time. He has been so amazing to my son and he LOVES to have Les at his driver. Could not ask for a better transport company and a better driver for my child. Thank you and thank you LES!
