Azalea Limousine Service

I had a problem with my limo and the owner called me back. He was very kind and explained everything to me listened to my concern which alot of businesses don't do. He fixed the issue and you can tell he really cares about his company and clients. If for some reason you run into a problem call the owner and speak with him, he is very, very nice. I will definitely do business again with Azalea.

Our experience with this company was not the best. We were loading our birthday party on to the bus and mentioned to the driver that one of the rails was loose/not securely installed prior to the ride even starting. He acknowledged it but did not say anything about us being held liable. A week later I get charged $100 for this. They claim they called and sent emails but my girlfriend never received either as she was the one who booked the service. Speaking with the owner he said "I was on that bus that morning and the rail was fine." He threatened to charge my card $250 but said he only charged $100 as he was not trying to make money on it.

I understand his point of view as a business owner, and not wanting to be charged $250 for something that was not our fault I had to deescalate and eat the $100 charge. I would not recommend this company strictly due to the claims of contacting us over this issue but never truly did. Possibly due to incorrect phone # entered on their end. Lady who picks up the phone when you call is not friendly whatsoever, was extremely rude. Attached are photos I took of the rail.

Reading other 1 star reviews, it seems their claims of contacting people regarding issues but never truly doing it is a recurring issue. Charging peoples cards without their acknowledgment is a horrible business practice and reflects poorly on the company.

We had the best experience with Azalea Limo and our driver Tee yesterday! They went above and beyond volunteering to help us with our event (Autism Takes Flight at ILM). Tee was a smiling, welcoming face to each family and participant. He was patient, accommodating, and overall made our day and event better! We are beyond thankful to Azalea Limo and Tee, and we cannot recommend them enough! We will absolutely be working with them again in the future! Thank you!

I would give zero stars if I could. Never ever again will I use this company. They sent an old shuttle that had a broken speaker system, no air conditioning (on an 80 degree day), the seats were torn up and there were AC vents missing. One actually popped out and hit me in the head. We rented it to drive around for two hours and play music for my daughters birthday.

We were so hot the girls cheeks were bright red and we were all sweating by the time we got home, we had to bring our own Bluetooth speaker, which kept losing connection and there was no ice for our water in the coolers but there was a beer bottle cap from the last customers. The bus was dirty and looked like it should have been retired. We were SO disappointed with the whole day.

A fun birthday party turned into "when will we be home so we can get some air conditioning & some cold water!" I spoke with the manager the following week and she was full of excuses. They ended up refunding our money except for $100 to pay the driver. Sadly a refund doesn't change the extremely poor experience we had instead of a fun day. Awful experience. They should be embarrassed that this bus was still in their fleet. Don't believe the videos on the website. I wish I hadn't.

We got a trolley to take guests from our wedding to an after party and were SO glad we did! Pricing was so reasonable and the driver was so fun and sweet. We loved having a safe and fun way for all our guests to keep the party going!

We had a wonderful experience and our driver Raymond was awesome! He was early, but no worries. The van was spotless. The lights and the sound system were over the top. We had a special request, it was my husband's 55th birthday. Raymond didn't disappoint! He took photos for us and picked us up right on time at the end of the night. He suggested a few places for us to visit in Downtown Wilmington. It was a night for the memory book! Thank you!

Azalea picked us up after our wedding and dropped us at the hotel. They were on time and waited for us while we changed in the hotel and took us downtown after that. They have very nice cars and the driver was extremely courteous and professional. He carried our bags upstairs and waited for us to change. Highly recommend their services. They were easy to work with and affordable.

I surprised my wife with a 40 year anniversary celebration. The folks at Azalea cooperated every step of the way. Due to bad weather pending, we had to change the date, but they immediately scrambled and made everything work perfectly. Mr. Grady could not have been more professional or friendlier. We had a great time, and are already planning another event this summer, asking for the same driver.

This company has no empathy for its customers. They demanded payment for a service that wasn't even rendered and was cancelled over a month in advance due to the coronavirus pandemic. Not only did he hold the 50% of the total balance due, but he demanded the remaining 50% be paid even though no services were rendered.

We paid a 50% deposit for a Trolley for my sons May wedding which we had to cancel due to Covid-19. I sent an email last night to cancel a month out from the date.and was told not only are they not returning my $375 deposit but I also owe the balance! I do not at all recommend a business that would do this!

Azalea was very easy to communicate with and coordinate for my group of 10 using the sprinter Mercedes to an from a beer-fest. After our event we had some time to kill before our reservation was over and the driver was nice enough to take us around so we could enjoy more time on the "party bus". The van was clean and comfortable with a great sound system. Our driver was polite and very cooperating. Overall the rates were affordable and with such excellent service I wouldn't hesitate to use Azalea again.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Azalea for our wedding this past November. We were supposed to have a trolley pickup the wedding party at 2:00pm and they never showed. An hour later at 3:00pm we finally get in touch with them and even though our contract had all the right timing the driver didn't think they were supposed to come and pickup until 4:00pm. Still to this day I have no received my refund for the mix up. Not a great experience for me.

Used for a bachelorette party and could not be happier. Ms. Doreen was right on time and was super sweet the whole night. Very knowledgeable of the area. She was able to recommend places for us out of town people. Price was very reasonable and the limo was spotless and in great condition. Bluetooth to play your own playlist as well as other radio options. Would highly recommend!

We had a limo booked for September 14th, the day hurricane Florence hit. The owner of this company kept a $700 deposit of ours saying their cancellation policy is 7 days out. I called very upset about this and was told by the owner that he wasn't going to talk to me because I was so upset. Of course I'm upset! I'm being told $700 is being kept for a service we didn't use! It's so disheartening that a business owner would pull something like this have so little empathy and then be completely condescending to customers.

Awesome company! Russell was amazing getting us set up, and the price was incredible! We took the party bus to Raleigh for a show. The bus was very clean, and obviously extremely comfortable. Our driver, Kevin, was on time, a great driver, and incredibly courteous. Can not say enough great things about Azalea Limo, Russell and Kevin- definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic time!

They saved our life! We had a large wedding party and last minute had to rearrange transportation. We needed to be picked up at 4:20pm, and I called at 2:00pm in a panic asking what they could do for us. Russell wasn't in the office but still answered the phone anyway. He made some calls to drivers and had the party bus at our door at 4:20! Absolutely amazing and will use them next time we need transportation!

Paid $400 for a bachelor party out for my brother. We walked out of the club DT Wilmington, called my limo driver around 20 times and never got an answer. The guys I was with called also. Not sure if he lost service or fell asleep, who knows. Had to call the owner of the company several times, in which he told me the driver wouldn't respond to his calls either, all he could tell me was the location of the driver, which he was a half a mile away from where we were.

We had no clue where we were, so we finally got a f'ing taxi which we paid $20 for because he had no damn clue where he was going either. We finally got to the location to where the driver was and our driver atleast gave us 30 extra minutes, on him, but when I spend damn $400 on a limo, I expect to have the limo there and I sure as hell don't expect to have to rent a damn taxi.

No words can ever explain how furious this made me. I would never ever ever refer anyone to this company. Please save your money and go to a place where you will actually have a limo there waiting for you, don't take the chance.

Thank you for the great service. You helped to make our girl's trip a memorable experience. We had so much fun on board the party bus listening to music with party lights and dancing in our seats. We arrived on time to our destinations. Our driver was kind to video and take group photos upon request. I highly recommend your service.

What a great service to use. This is the 3rd time we have used Azalea and last night we had Carl as our driver. He was personable, nice and funny! Made the night out that much enjoyable! AVOID. Unprofessional and rude. MUCH better services available in the area without the headache of dealing with this guy.
