This is one of the most charitable limousine companies I know they always go out of their way for gold star children which are children who've lost her parents in combat. Drivers are courteous and clean knowledgeable of their location vehicles are comfortable money well spent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We used Starr for our wedding in the Champaign area. The experience with Starr started out really poorly when the first bus we had scheduled for the day to take family from the ceremony to the reception was late without any communication to give us a heads up. This was really frustrating since we were trying to get pictures started as soon as possible.
The rest of the evening was just fine, with school buses arriving early and leaving as scheduled. We also appreciated their flexibility in the final week as plans changed leading up to the date.

Have been using this car service for 4 years about 6-8 times per year. HD has always responded quickly and with the utmost of courtesy. Since I am in California, it is great to know there is a car service from Midway to Champaign that I can rely on 100%. Starr Limo has never been late. Mandy is one of the best drivers, but they are all very good! I highly recommend this car service!

HD quoted me a discounted rate for 10 hours of service, but when I checked my credit card statement I saw that he charged me full price. When I called him he said that my company wasn't giving him enough business, so he charged me full price. (I had used his service for 2 trips totaling nearly 20 hrs of service in two months!) Congratulations Starr Limousine, you took my money but you lost my business.

I always heard good things about Starr, so I called them for my wedding. Well, it was then I realized I should have called someone else. We rented the party bus, the driver was 30 minutes late picking us up after the ceremony. The air didnt work, the radio didnt work or the driver didnt have it on. We paid for the minimum which was 3 hours. After pictures we took a little ride with our bridal party, well, that turned into a total disaster.
The driver took us pretty far out of the way and was flying around on these back country roads. It was horrible. I called "HD" at Starr to let him know I was a bit upset because we paid a good deal for this, he promised me he would call me back within the week. That was 3 weeks ago. I have left messages for him as well, and have heard nothing back. Do yourself a favor and call Larrys.

We used Starr for my sister's wedding this summer. It was close to 100 degrees that day and the A/C did not work in either of the two limos. One of the limos had A/C when the car was moving which didn't do much good, while the other one had no A/C at all. When my sister called to complain after the wedding they said that no limos have A/C when they are running, and then told us that the both us and the driver were wrong about the one limo having no A/C at all.
We were suppose to have a bus from them that would have had A/C but it was not working. They did not refund any of the money that was paid for the two ovens on wheels. Starr Limousine clearly does not care about costumer service and we will be making a point to let everyone we know to never use their services.
