Affordable MBEG Limousine Service

I have forgotten my driver's name but he was great. Give great service and a very good trip. Great night for my ole lady she really enjoyed it. Thanks MBEG. I will be back. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes lack of communication but all round great experience.

The driver showed up over 45 minutes late. She was dressed unprofessionally. During the drive she stopped multiple times to use the restroom and buy herself chips and drinks from the gas station. Due to her tardiness we missed our opportunity to take pictures before my wife's law school graduation. The driver then dropped us off 30 minutes early at our house afterwards without asking if we wanted to make up some time for her being late.

We scheduled a stretch Lincoln limo butwe're provided a party bus instead. The bus was disgusting. There was trash left from previous riders and the bus had clearly not been cleaned recently. The window coverings were broken and torn. Half of the lights in the bus did not work. The flooring was all torn up and caused high heels to get stuck in the floor and tripping. Worst. Service ever. Booked 20 passenger party bus. Bus we got barely sat the 11 people we had. Ac was a window ac that barely worked. Shocks horrible. No bar a regular cooler with ice. No room to move around. Very rough ride. Do not let the online pictures and good reviews fool you, company vehicles are crap. We booked for 3hrs after about a hour we told driver to take us back home. We took a L on this one. We will never use this company again

What a fun experience. They were amazing! They knew where to go to look at the lights. It was definitely a night the kids will remember. What great service!

Very disappointing experience. The entire night started out with our driver showing up with a dirty and smoke filled bus. We tried to make the best of it but this was just the beginning of the nightmare. Our driver kept taking her mask off and on top of that she was texting while driving us. This is just completely unacceptable. If you think it stopped there. it did not.

Around 9:30 pm when we were given a pick up time at 10:30 the owner called us the threatened to charge us more if we didn't get on the bus that second. He was completely unprofessional. After an eventful night of issues we arrive back at our destination and the driver informs us that we must clean the bus even though the only thing was a trash bag they supplied with 5 cups in it. If I could give this zero stars I would.

First I will say Bobby our driver was great. That is where anything positive about this company ends. We rented the Hummer to take the family to see Christmas lights. When we got in I never knew that someone could put that many smudge marks on the windows, the ceiling and everything else that was shiny. The windows had so much grime on them that when looking at the Christmas lights through them, the lights looked like they were in a bad fog storm.

The water bottles in the "melted" ice bins were half full. The rest of the inside would have made a Petri dish look more inviting to sit inside than this vehicle. DO NOT WASTE your money with this company.

Our driver, Bobby was a good driver and very nice/helpful. The limo? Awful. Looked like it had been in a demolition derby. No heat, no radio, no ice even though I had requested it. Bobby offered to stop but we said No. And an overwhelmingly awful air freshener that permeated the car. Like some almond scent. AWFUL. So many other limos out there; rent ANY other one that looks the part! **I also prepaid the tip and really hope that Bobby received it. I kind of doubt it, as I heard zero response from the company after the trip.

I paid for a Hummer limo, they showed up in a beat up party bus, never notified me. Paid for their services for a quinceanera so they picked up over 15 kids. Bus breaks down in this heat and kids standing outside all dressed up while another POS bus shows up, they never notified me of this either. 2 months later now and they've charged my card $400!

I had already changed my card after giving them deposit because there was fraud on my account and I thought it could be them, now I'm sure it was them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, BAD COMMUNICATION, OLD VEHICLES THAT BREAK DOWN, AND THEY COMMIT FRAUD!

I love this company! They made my daughter's Prom night the absolute Best! They're also extremely affordable! I even received a free upgrade!

Terrible Service! Reserved bus for 3 hours for my daughters Quinceanera. The bus picked the kids up dropped them off to get an ice cream. The kids called the driver to pick them up in 30 mins later. Driver never came back. After calling the driver several times he told them the bus broke down! They called another bus and it came to pick up the kids.

The new driver told the group of kids that he had to drop them off early because he had another even to get to! The kids only got 1 hour and 30 mins out of the 3 hours I PAID FOR! When i contacted the manager he assured me he would refund ONLY $150 back to my debit card. WHICH I NEVER GOT! This is the worse company I have ever did business with! They wont return my phone calls and will not refund me my $.

Also in the fee was a gratitude of $30 that the driver got and he did nothing but drive to the ice cream place! I would never recommend this company to anyone! BEWARE EVERYONE!

Worst experience ever! Ruined my sons 11th birthday! Car was filthy. Falling apart. Air didn't work at all, Diver was beyond rude, cussed us, at one point tried to refuse to take us home, when we called him out on his behavior he threatened to call the police. Let several messages for the manager to call us back and received no call!

My husband and I we're very happy with their service. They kept and honor their contract. We hired them for Prom for my daughter. The driver was awesome, Mr. Omar was the bomb.he kept us informed of they day schedule as they arrived and left a location and even called us when he arrived at the drop off location, Mr. Omar your the best driver, I appreciate everything you did for us

Please never rent from MBEG. NEVER. I rented a 30 passenger party bus with leather seats and lights. I got a 30 passenger shuttle bus from the 1980's the air wasn't working and they gave me 2 hours instead of 3. This was my second time using them so I thought it would be messed up my daughter bday!

I used this service for my 29th birthday the party bus was awesome the driver was great! I would definitely recommend this service for any occasion.

This company does not deserve any rating whatsoever. We ordered this limo for my daughters 13th birthday party and when he arrived I almost told them to just leave. The car had scratches and dents and It just looked like something you find at the junk yard. So My neighbor rides with the girls and I follow the thing. On the way I saw smoke coming from the pipes. then my friend calls and says there is no air in here, so I call the owner and he apologizes.blah blah blah.and he says the previous folks from last night complained it was hot and I had it in the shop this morning and the gentleman said it was fixed trying to throw the blame on someone else.

So he offered to refund half our money. which was a no go, no sir I want all my money back this is a disgrace and shame to me and my family and friends in that crap. So when they get to six flags my daughter says mom my head hurts just as we arrived at six flags we enter the gates and then we spent the next hour with my daughter the( birthday girl )in the restroom throwing up from the heat in the car.

I should have read the reviews on this company beforehand then I would have known better. This was a lesson learned by me. always read the reviews first before you purchase any service. So if you are reading this PLEASE BELIEVE ME I have no reason to lie, DO NOT RENT ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR PICTURES ONLINE ARE NOT THEIR ACTUAL CARS.

VERY disappointing service from the Limo Company. Something that a bride and groom should never have to deal with on their special day. especially because a schedule was given to this Limo Company before the day of. telling the limo driver where to be at what times and even had numbers on who to reach. it was obvious that this paper schedule was never given to the driver as he was unaware of what was supposed to happen throughout the day and kept calling the brides phone with issues of him being late. ON the WEDDING day the driver calls to say that this company overlapped his bookings and he knew when he got his schedule that day he knew he was going to be late for the first pick up time that we had booked, scheduled and paid for. we had to wait around for the driver to get there who had no excuse other than that his other job was not finished in time to meet our requested time.

Already overwhelmed and set back by him being late to get us to the church, we told him going into the church to be there at 7:30 to take the bride, groom and wedding party to the reception. we walked out at 7:45 and the Limo are nowhere to be found. We call him to see where he is at and his response is "oh I was waiting for someone to call me" WE SPECIALLY TOLD HIM BEFORE GOING INTO THE CHURCH TO BE THERE AT 7:30.

I am confused on why he was waiting for a call when we had given him a time. he said he was around the corner and would be right there. we were left out in the cold waiting for the limo to arrive when 15-20 min went by it was obvious that he was once again extremely late! We then all had to call Ubers and people had to ride over to the reception with the priest. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Find a company that is going to take your day seriously and that has good communication with their limo drivers and clients.

The black party bus they sended me for my 15 was old and dirty not what the pictures show but over all the people were very nice

PLEASE DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY! I rented a Hummer Limo to surprise a friend for her birthday. A group of 12 of us were going to a concert at AAC. We were supposed to be picked up at 5:30. I received a call at 5:10 that the car wouldn't start and the driver was stuck in a Walmart parking lot. He was going to go in and buy a wrench so he could fix the car.

I called the limo company and they strung me along for about an hour saying they would send another car. They never sent another car and we had to Uber. I talked to the owner who promised he would refund my money for the first leg of the trip. They did promise that they would send a Hummer limo to pick us up. WHY DID I BELIEVE THEM?! They were supposed to pick us up at 11:30.

I started getting text messages from the driver at 10:30. He said he was in another car. A Lincoln. It was a piece of crap limo that didn't even fit the 12 girls we had to transport home. 3 of us sat on the floor. I have called the company numerous times. I have left message after message for someone to call me back. No one has. The owner I spoke to the night of the fiasco blocked my number from his phone, and he never refunded my money for the first half of the trip.

I finally turned it over to the bank disputing the charges. These people probably don't even own a Hummer Limo. I think they take people's money then don't deliver. The customer service on the front end is very convincing that this is a reputable company. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS!

Our driver was Louis! He is wonderful. Showed up on time and was very nice. Will definitely use them again!

DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE! They failed to pick us up for our wedding. They even ignored our calls after a while. So we had all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen calling from their phones to try to get someone. When we finally did get in touch with someone, we were told that the hummer limo had broke down and they were on their way.30 minutes later still no limo.

So I try calling again and was then told that they had "contracted" it out to some other company who had forgot about us. NOT our problem. Needless to say they never came and we had to shuttle myself, the groom, and the other 14 members of our wedding party back and forth to the venue ourselves. I should have known something was up because some guy kept calling us everyday that week to ask if we wanted to switch to a party bus instead.

We kept saying NO, but he called like 4 nights (after 10:30 p.m. at that) and asking the same question Ugh. So I'm 100% sure he knew what was up and that he wouldn't have a limo there for us. We even booked 3 MONTHS in advance. What a ridiculous company! Even 1 star is too much. Go elsewhere!

My little sis just got married and we wanted to surprise her with a limo ride with her new husband back to their hotel; LUIS was awesome! He even texted me earlier in the day to confirm he was comming and then again that night to tell me he dropped off my precious sister and husband at their hotel safely! I was so impressed by this not to mention BEST DEAL IN TOWN! Thank you again LUIS for outstanding service!

The limo broke down 4 miles from my house! This company left us stranded and the office staff never answered our calls and never called us back. They didn't act like they cared at all. We had to call another limo service - Allen Limo- they were able to rescue us from this disaster. We will NEVER use MBEG Affordable Limo Service again!

I had high expectations for my daughters prom night limo. The driver was 30 minutes late in picking up the kids. The limo was dated, had obvious dents and scratches, plus an awful sound coming from the engine. My daughter told me that the sunroof in the car was in-operational. I was embarrassed for the kids pulling up to prom in this limo last night.

AWFUL. Spend your money elsewhere. Booking was of course a breeze but service was awful. Our limo driver showed up an entire late, causing us to be late to prom. He had no idea where he was going. The entire time he had to look back and ask for directions! The limo's AC was broken. And when we called about these complaints, the owner wouldn't even speak to us. Awful service, just save yourself the hassle.

WARNING! DO NOT EVER USE THEIR LIMOS! First off, so booking a limo with these people were a piece of cake. Of course, because we paid them in advance. But when the wedding day came, the limo driver was 15 minutes late picking us up. Now those of you who have planned a wedding knows the stress that comes along with it. Especially the timeline and keeping that on track.

So I was a bit angry that our limo arrived late. When the limo finally arrives to pick us up, the whole entire vehicle was burning hot during a 102 degree weather in Dallas, TX. I was by then furious, but I wanted our wedding party to arrive to our destination in one piece, so I kept that to myself.until now. The driver did not bother turning on the AC for us to cool it off for when he picked us up.

He said that the limo would cool off in no time. Our point to point destination took 30 minutes and I will tell you, we were all beyond PISSED because our makeup was melting off and the groomsmen were melting inside their suits. Needless to say, the limo did not cool off and we ran our asses inside the destination building to get some real AC. And he also did not receive a tip from neither one of us.

I then called the lady in charge, Nastashia, and left a message but never got a response back from her. They dont care about customer service, they took our money already. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THOSE OF YOU WHO NEEDS A LIMO SERVICE TO GO WITH ANOTHER SERVICE THAT HAS GOOD REVIEWS! Hope this helps!

This was the greatest limo experience I have ever had. All the other companies are put to shame by how much MBEG goes above and beyond! I will be back cuz these guys are amazing. Curtis is the best driver EVER!

Although the employees at MBEG Limousine are polite, the limo itself was awful and the experience by no means a "LIMO" experience. The car was old, dirty, smelled awful and to top it off was blasting cold air the entire time in the middle of winter! The driver, who I admit was friendly, as were all of the employees of MBEG I dealt with, "took a look" but all he said was "I'll have to report it to the shop".

He tried to act surprised, but I don't believe for a minute that they were unaware of this issue and the fact that it was brought to his attention the minute we got in but not properly dealt with is unacceptable. You don't pick up people in a freezing cold limo blasting cold air in the middle of the winter. This issue, coupled with the very poor condition of the car, made the experience miserable. I would NOT recommend this company, pay a little more and get a GOOD experience; I know I will next time.
