This was my first time using a limo service and this company did not disappoint. we had to change our pick up time from our hotel and they had no problem with it. I was given updates when the driver would be there and he had no problem waiting for us. The car was very clean. Even though the drive was just from downtown SLC to the airport it still was great. Love the service. No hidden fees. The price is what they set. it was perfect. I will gladly use them again

I've used ALC several times in the past 3-5 year for limos and car service around Salt Lake City and drivers are ALWAYS professional, fast and good service, and the prices were at or below what I was paying in the past. They are always on time picking me up at the airport and getting me there on time also. Their SUVs, limos, and towncars have been some of the best I have traveled in. I highly recommend A Limousine Connection!

This resembled a limousine on the outside but once inside we soon realized this bucket of bolts was meant to torture it's inhabitants with a breath from hell! The AC did not work at all but that's okay because it was only a cool 95 degrees. We were told it was on the high setting however this was ironic considering there was no draft whatsoever coming out any vents.
On top of the AC issues, the inside resembled a halfway house. We felt dirty just being in there. After enough complaining and several calls to the owner Marlin, we arranged a replacement to meet us an hour away. We waited outside for 15 minutes for him to show. Ahhhhh an upgrade arrives or so we thought. This limo was cooler if you like 80 degrees and no lights inside at night.
The owner personally drove this one up with his scowling eyes and all. After his inspection of the first fumble of a limo, we were permitted to leave. At the end of the night the bill was only $290 over the stated price. Epic failure on their part. I highly recommend you stay away from this obviously failure of a company.

I will list the issues. No a/c.90 degrees outside. Replaced limo after 45-60 mins. New limo.no radio, no lights inside, no shocks so when u went over bumps it felt like the wheels were ripping apart, dirty and smelled like urine. Overcharged from quoted rate. Double what was quoted. Still in shock from the night.oh and late to dinner and late to event. Do not RISK it! Waiting for a reply from the owner.
