I am so happy with the incredible service I received from AZ Town Car for a recent corporate event in Scottsdale. I had a dozen or so Airport pick-ups + group transportation for excursions and dinners and they were so communicative and accommodating and truly saved me when I had a last minute cancellation from a different transportation company. Absolutely 5-star service from this stellar team, especially DD who is the absolute BEST! Thank you all so much!

I was in Scottsdale for a meeting and needed a car service for pick up. I found Az town car online and booked appt for pickup. I arrived earlier then expected and my driver was already at the airport waiting. She help me with luggage, had cold water waiting in the car and we had a wonderful conversation to my hotel. I enjoyed the experience so much that I booked for my return to the airport after my mtging concluded.
I needed to add a additional passenger to the reservation and had no problem with the change. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again next time I'm in Arizona.

Needed a car service for a night out and a concert in town. Found them on-line and made reservations. I was a bit concerned because I knew nothing about the company. The driver DD was prompt, courteous and efficient. Gave great service, the car was spotless and the price was much better than the others that I tried to look up. A definite keeper in my contact list for anytime I need a car service in Phoenix/Scottsdale

I've used AZ Town Car a number of times since moving to Arizona earlier this year. They picked up my wife at the airport when she flew over from the east coast on the day of the move. Everything went according to plan. The driver was there as scheduled, with the requested child seat and took them to the destination without problems. My wife said the driver was very friendly and went out of her way to help my wife get safely to the destination, assisting with luggage, providing thoughts on dining options etc.
I travel about 100k miles per year for work and since moving here in May, I've used their services a number of times to take my to Sky Harbor for early morning flights. Every time it goes without any problems. Drivers are always at my door step on time or before the scheduled time and provide a hassle free ride to the airport or back home. They also have no problem with putting the gratuity for the driver on the card so I don't need to do anything but get in and out of the car which is excellent and what I want. Based on my experiences, I can do nothing but highly recommend them to anyone looking for car services in the PHX area.

Horrible Service. The car was ordered for my mother to take her to the airport. The driver was rude, and did not help with baggages. He talked on the phone the entire way to the airport. At the drop off, he pulled up at the first spot, took out the bags and left. My mom is 67 years old and she had two check in bags and a carry on. REALLY! I received my receipt an hour later and they added a $25 wait charge.
It was absolutely absurd. When I called to talk to the owner, he was extremely rude. Yelling at me and telling me it was too bad, there was nothing I can do about it. He basically thought he could take advantage of my mom. Horrible service, and rude people that try to scam you out of more money. Find another company.

Is this place a joke? I have doing some research on getting transportation for my wedding party in April. I emailed AZ Towncar after I did a quote online and found out it was very cheap! I got an email back that was just a couple short words confirming it was the right price. There was no "thank you for choosing us" "let me know If i can help". I disregarded this unprofessional email and my fiance and I decided to check the place out normally transportation companies let you do this. Anyways, the directions took us to what looked like apartments.
We then called to get directions to make sure we were in the area. The lady would answer was very rude and extremely unprofessional. I thought that for a minute I mis-dialed and got someone's cell. I asked for cross streets, and I kid you not she replied "why!?" And refused to give them to me. So I hung up. Maybe she works out of her home and has no vehicles to show? Regardless it was unprofessional. Too bad because you lost out on our business. You might want to invest in some customer service

AZ town car told me to call them when I arrived at AZ airport and they would pick me up at whatever baggage claim door I gave them. I had an honest mix up at the airport where I wound up with the incorrect town car company. This was my fault but was also an honest mistake on my part. However, .the AZ Towncar driver coordinator called me and was unbelievably rude and immediately told me he was going to charge me for the no-show.
He was much more interested in collecting this one time fare then allowing me to explain the mix up to him. I called him back a few days later and he wound up hanging up on me. Instead of providing a credit towards a future ride he simply wanted his fare and to move on. I would never do business with such unprofessional company as this again.
