We had a Golden Limo as a surprise from our husbands for Mother's Day. Nick, the driver, was exceptional and made the day because of how professional, kind and friendly he was. From beginning to end he went above and and beyond to make our day special. Would definitely recommend the service but would even more so recommend Nick specifically!

This company provides MedExpress shuttles for University of Michigan. The drivers are always so wonderful and polite. They greet you, wish you a good day, they don't throw you all over the shuttle like the busses can. They will almost always stop if they see you rushing towards the stop. One driver will stop if he sees you in the Glazier parking lot at your car. I will always opt for the shuttle from Golden Limo over the city bus.

They have a contract with AAATA to operate the Flex Ride services. I have been using the service for a couple of months after returning to work. The drivers are very friendly and professional. I have had a few issues with the office. When I schedule rides for the next day I get texts anywhere from midnight to 5:00 AM telling me who the drivers will be.
A good part of the time it's not the driver or the vehicle I was told. A couple of weeks ago I scheduled a ride for 9:00 PM. I received a text confirming the time. Around 6:00 AM I received a text telling me the ride was confirmed for 8:30 PM. I called the office and was rudely told that 8:30 is the latest a ride can be scheduled. I asked for a supervisor and was told a supervisor would be in at 9:00.
I called around 9:15, asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. I called back and was told a supervisor would be in at 10:30. I received a call at 11:30 and was told that I was misinformed and 9:00 is an acceptable time. At 1:30 I received a call from dispatch telling me that 8:45 is the latest time to get a ride. When I mentioned that the supervisor told me 9:00 I was rudely told "We'll do it for you THIS time!" Today I saw on the AAATA website that they take standing orders.
I scheduled for the next two weeks. When I tried to schedule rides home later in the day Flex Ride wasn't an option. Suddenly I received 9 texts canceling all but one ride. I sent a message to the company and received a message saying that standing orders aren't offered even though the AAATA website says so. The person sending the message didn't really seem to care about talking to AAATA and removing the option from the website.
She also said that the Flex Ride initially accepts rides for several days out even though it's not available. They could easily adjust the program to notify people that standing orders aren't available. She also never answered why the Flex Ride isn't an option for return rides. I fully understand the program is operated under a contract with AAATA but don't mislead people with inaccurate information about how to schedule rides.
The fact that they know AAATA is offering standing orders and you don't offer them why not contact AAATA and have them remove the offer from the website? This makes both AAATA and Golden Limousine look bad. Offering a service that doesn't exist. I was contacted by the supervisor and my issue was resolved. Overall the Flex Ride is a good service to use. My complaints were all resolved. The communication is definitely improved.

Golden Limousine was great to work with for our wedding. We used them as a shuttle from the hotel to the venue. They were very timely and got all guests safely to and from the hotel. They even went above and beyond and picked up our late night snack of Taco Bell for the wedding. Thanks Golden Limousine.

This is my first, and last, use of Golden Limo. I had a confirmed reservation for $139. Then, two hours before scheduled departure, they tried to switch to a different vehicle and charge $210. "For my comfort." Bunk. This was the old bait and switch. Some time later. So, the guy showed up, exactly on time, charged me the lower fee despite bringing a larger vehicle. Got me to the airport exactly on time, helped me with my 93 yo. mother. Guess I will use them again after all.

We use Golden Limousine for all our car service needs and are always so impressed. Highly recommend their service. Last night we used a car to attend a Red Wings game at Little Caesars. James was our driver and he was very professional. He met us after the game, standing in the cold just outside the doors of the stadium, so he could escort us to the car.

We have had the privilege to use Golden Limousine several times and they have always been on time and amazingly courteous. The last time we had to use the service for an upcoming trip the driver was late, apparently there had been a mistake in scheduling. Even with the mistake they sent a driver out right away and we made it on time for our flight!.
Today I picked up my mail and was surprised to find a hand written card apologizing for the mistake. In today's day and age with technology and all the hustle and bustle of life it is very rare to see anyone in business or anywhere take the time out to hand write a note - let alone an apology. This small gesture was kind, gracious and will not be forgotten. This company while large is still small enough to make you feel comfortable and cared about.

I've been using Golden Limo since moving to MI back in 1998 and they are consistently excellent. Just last night, I had a driver named Monty pick me up after we got a foot of snow. He was professional, very nice and most important of all, was completely safe in bad road conditions. I have the choice to use other livery companies, but as long as I live in Michigan, it's Golden Limo every time.

This is a fantastic company they are very dependable and the cars/buses are clean and updated. Ive been working with them for about 6 months and have been extremly impressed. The buses I've driven are all leather seating with pergo floors most which are forward facing seating, good for long distances or just a short transfer as in a wedding or a type of corporate events.
For something with a need of a wet bar we have a Mercedes Sprinter with wood trim and wraparound seating which fits about 10 people. I attached a few pics I've taken while on the job. These guys were great the first time I used them but let me down horribly this morning. When I called the driver at the scheduled pick up time, he did not answer his cell. When I called the dispatch, all he had to say was "oh yeah I was just going to call you. The driver had a little problem and is going to be a little late - maybe 15 minutes?" "Maybe" 15 minutes meant I had to drive myself to the airport. Cancelled pick up. Not impressed.

I have used Golden Limo several times, they are top notch service, professional, clean, and on time. They have been in business a long time, caring for the biggest names in business, they are highly regarded as a very professional organization with personalized service. I feel like they care about me and my young son as they are extremely safe drivers! I can travel with no worries on getting to and from my destination without headaches.

As a limousine company owner, I look out for companies with clean, respectable cars, helpful drivers, and personable customer service. I am a road warrior (always traveling on business).my trip to Ann Arbor was a success because of Golden Limousine. My flight was delayed and i wasn't going to make my appointment, but the people at Golden "calmed" me down and helped me to rearrange some things.and it worked out PERFECT! I owe Golden a world of thanks for going above and beyond. You don't find that kind of service anywhere today! I highly recommend Golden.
