At Your Service was founded by 3rd generation business owner James V. Carvalho Jr. upon graduating from college in 1993. Jay had previously worked with a small limousine company in his hometown from 1985-1989 and was open to the possibility to do so again. With a business loan and the suggestion of a new name from his parents, At Your Service got the wheels rolling in April of 1993.This one limousine part-time venture quickly grew into full-time with multiple vehicles. Growing up, Jay saw first hand the dedication his family showed towards their clients.

Prior to being invited to join the Professional Chauffeurs team of At Your Service, candidates are required to provide a valid license, RMV driving record and submit to a background check.

Jay has been driving me for work and for personal travel for over 15 years. His company is professional, reliable and their prices are lower than most companies. Their drivers have been working for the company for years. Before finding At Your Service I had dealt with some not so reliable limo companies, often not feeling safe. With At Your Service Limo I feel safe and taken care of. I know that their drivers are professional and qualified. In today's world you never know who you can trust. I know I can trust and depend on Jay.

You will not find a more professional and curtious car service than "At Your Service". Jay and his employees are second to none in providing prompt and reliable transportation to wherever you need to go. My family and I have used them for more than a decade. Nights out in Boston to vacation airport trips out of Logan or TF Green, always on time, always aproachable, always there to help you with a bag or in and out of the car. Cars are always impeccable and driver's are always friendly and professionally dressed. Makes you feel like a rock star!

I have been using At Your Service numerous times a year for more than 15 years. Jay and all of his staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They go out of their way to make their customers comfortable and happy. They are always on time. And they know ways to circumvent traffic on the way to the airport that I would need a trail of breadcrumbs to find on my own. Their vehicles are roomy, comfortable and in excellent condition. Fantastic service every time.
