Classic Limousine

This is the worst limo service you will encounter. they canceled our trip from Huntley lodge to the Bozeman airport 30 minutes before our booked trip with them. they did not offer us any list of other chauffeur services or offer an apology for their cancelation. we spent over an hour to arrange another driver till a young man from another limo service came to help us. This company should not be Limousine Services as they do not offer anything related with the standers limousine services offers. I do not recommend this services

Classic Limo Service or Bozeman Limo is an excellent service that was both timely and professional! Arrived early for pick up and got us to our destination in time. The drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Company always picked up the phone and answered questions promptly, rare in this era.

Both of our drivers on the way there and the way back we're awesome! Communicated and interacted with us about the surrounding areas of any other questions that we had regarding our trip from Bozeman to Yellowstone. It was like having a tour guide. We learned a ton! They should hire drivers that actually have a valid crivers license and know how to drive. They think a stop sign means everyone stops for them. Almost had an accident because the driver, with passengers, ran a stop sign and nearly hit me. Back at the owner: your driver knowing the sudden braking would cause the camera to activate, just kept going.

I had to LOCK UP my brakes to prevent the accident because your dip-defication driver ran a stop sign. 630pm on the airport 8/1/19. After slamming on my brakes, the cooler on my seat went flying an broke the dishes I had in it.

After reading the reviews, I decided to use classic limo to get from Bozeman airport to Big Sky. It worked out well! They were very responsive to my initial inquiry, and their quote was comparable if not better than the other transport services (without the potential issues in the reviews of the other places). Our SUV driver was waiting for us in the terminal and we had a pleasant drive to Big Sky. I would happily go with them again!

When I was in a bind due to no answers from a previous company, I called up Classic Limo for a trip home from a wedding and the fit me in! with great rates, they arrived right on time- had patience with us as the party went a little later than expected, and got us back to town safely. The bus was clean, comfortable, and the driver was great! Thank you Classic Limo for being the icing on the cake for our wedding day!

I have been using classic limo for many years. Both of our children's proms. Birthday celebrations. The wine classic many times. And we have used them just for airport shuttle service. Professionals all the way. I have ALWAYS been quoted and charged the quoted amount. The service. The owners. Hands down best service in the valley.

I booked a limo for 6 hours for a bachelorette party for 15 girls. The limo picked us up from Big Sky and drove us to downtown Bozeman. When I booked the reservation I asked for 6 hours total and I clarified that meant 2 hours of drive time plus 4 hours at the bar which the booking agent confirmed was correct. However, once we were at the bar the driver casually mentions that we actually had to pay for the driver's trip to come get us and we also must pay for his return trip to drop us off meaning we only got 2 hours at the bar, not 4 (even though my confirmation says 6 hours starting at 8 pm).

When I found this out I called the company right away (while I should have been having a good time with my best friend who is getting married) and got Jesse and he told me that this information was told to me when I booked it. I told him it wasn't and I asked him to play back our recorded conversation, which he refused to do. Jesse insisted it was my fault even though THEIR booking agent confirmed what I had told her to be correct and never mentioned the cost for both ways of the trip.

So in a nut shell we had to leave 2 hours earlier than we wanted AND Jesse still insisted they were going to charge us an additional $130 on top of the $1020 I had already paid for the limo and tipped the driver $180! Instead of admitting the agent's mistake they fought and argued with me over $130 after the $1200 that I already spent. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and reported their dishonesty and deceitful company policies.

Apparently they need that $130 way more than I do. I wish I would have gone with Karst Stage instead of this company and had they not been booked up, I could have avoided being scammed by Classic Limo. If you have no other choices and you must book them- know that you've been warned! And do your best to avoid talking to Jesse. He is rude, he will berate you with insults and will call you a liar if you bring an issue to his attention. Hard to believe you've been in business for 30 years with that kind of service Classic Limo- I can't imagine you'll get another 30 that way. What a joke.

Recently used Classic Limo for an International Association who were in Bozeman, MT for part of their yearly conference. There was a small group of 13 people that needed service to/from their hotel to several points in and around Bozeman and then one site visit that was an hour away. Over the course of 3 days my group used Classic Limo's service from dawn to dusk.

Everyday their Mercedes van was loaded with bottles of cold water for everyone. Their longer trips were very comfortable as everyone had room to stretch a bit. They enjoyed the same driver and they chatted amicably with my clients on the longer rides. Overall my clients trip was a success because of the service they received by Classic Limo. As a Travel Agent their service, professionalism and vehicle made my clients comfortable & safe - that is the very best I can ask for when using this type of vendor. I highly recommend Classic Limo and will use them again if I have more clients visiting Bozeman, MT in the future.
