Fun Municipal course. Lots of quirky holes to keep you entertained. It would be nice if some effort was made to keep the facility and carts clean. Overall solid B.

The course is nice but the Marshall was terrible. If you want to be harassed and disrespected and accused of drinking this is the place to go. We accidentally pulled up beside the tee box on hole 10 and he started yelling and screaming at us saying it'sy last warning and that's the fist time I talked to him that day, after I politely explained that I didnt know I wasn't supposed to go there, it was an honest mistake. That was the closest I've come to a full on fist fight since I was a kid. Needless to say we will never be back!

Extremely disappointed. First experience and I would be hard pressed to recommend the course or return. The course was reasonably well maintained for the price point, the tee sheet was on-time, and the couple I played with were good company. Unfortunately, after a very slow front nine I decided to call it a day and upon notifying the proshop was told that unless it was raining I was not entitled to a rain check for the 9 holes I was unable to continue.

As someone who has and continues to work in the golf industry I couldn't help but feel extremely disappointed and a little bit confused as to why a rain check wouldn't be issued. At least in that case i wouldn't have left this review and would have returned to play the course again in the future. Safe to say I won't be back nor will I be passing along the good word. Unfortunate first Toronto municipal golf experience.

Absolutely love this course. Maybe it's because I played it so much this summer but it seems like every time I play it I learn something new about the course and my game. An underratedly complex course good for all players.

A little bit more expensive than Humber and challenging in a very different way. The par 5s are long but relatively easy. The biggest challenge is that there are many holes that start or end hitting over water and a few with very difficult elevation to green. It was a very fun course to play! We will be back!

Beautiful public golf course. I'm not a golfer so cannot vouch for the facilities but it was a great place to walk during COVID-19. Unfortunately it's now closed to non-golfers. Highly recommended if you're still around for the next pandemic.

Located conveniently at Hwy 401 & Yonge Street the Don Valley Golf Course is a beautiful City owned Golf Course that will not disappoint. Well kept grounds, challenging holes and multiple elevations will challenge every golfer regardless of skill level. Playing either 9 or 18 holes are options. Easily accessible in the heart of North York and 2 minutes from Hwy 401 this course is one of them hidden gems that you would know was there if passing by on Yonge or when travelling on Hwy 401.

This golf course is in impeccable condition for a City run course. It is challenging and fair. I am just amazed by how well it is maintained. I did not know there was a nature reserve under the 401. If you walk this course, you will also endure a healthy hike with tons of undulations.

Beware - the customer service makes misrepresentations, engages in cover up of own employees, refuses to work on a solution, even if options are available, and you may end without a ride. A family friend needed a shuttle from Reno airport to Tahoe. When booking a ride to Tahoe, representative refused to book a return ride to Reno and told us to call a day before departure.

When we called a day prior, we we're denied a ride - apparently because we needed to call 24 hours prior to the shuttle departure time (vs a day before as we were told), and we called 23 hours 45 minutes instead. No one else booked that shuttle so the company could not make the reservation available to us because "the system would not allow it" - despite the shuttle, obviously, having all spaces available. Talking to a manager did not make a dent as she supported her employer's misrepresentations and blamed the situation entirely on us. This is the company to avoid unless you want to be left out in cold by a company which does not give a damn about you or a quality of their service.

I was a little worried to book with Bell when I read the reviews. But I decided to go ahead bc their rates were so fair. I'm glad I did bc I had a fantastic experience! I spoke/emailed several times with Diedtra- I was planning a 15 yo bday party and plans changed. Bell was very accommodating. Mark, the driver was very pleasant and arrived right on time.

He took good care of the girls and they had a blast! Mark gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving. He also texted me afterwards and said how lovely the girls were. I will definitely use Bell again & highly recommend them.

NO LIMO.if you want to be stood up and want to fight with people this is the company for you.if I could I would give zero stars, the customer service is the worst! I had booked my limo 6 months in advance for my daughters wedding the first wedding in our family so we went all out and I wanted to be prepared. the day of the wedding we were on a schedule and after 15 mins late I call they say to me "we can't get ahold of the driver" I'm like well send another one she tells me "well you have to pay for it" I'm like WHAT!she then tells me it's on its way.waiting for the limo 1 hour late calling to find out where the limo is the rude ass biotch tells me still it's on its way I told her if it's not here in 5 mins we are leaving I get a call from the venue the limo showed up there! I called asked for a manager 5 DAYS later they call I had to fight and demand my money back! We took AN UBER

This is the worst limo service i have ever experienced. this was for my sisters wedding and not only were they late, but they went to the wedding location instead of the pick up location. already being an hour late. the supervisor is incompetent and does not know how to run a business. rude attitude. ending up sending 3 limos that never showed up. what kind of business is this!? on a damn wedding day! almost over 2 hours late! ended up having to take an uber. do not use this company. the worst in reno. anybody but these people. your going to get fucked over. *if i could give them no stars as a rating i would*

We hired Bell Limo to drive our high school-er and his friends around for Prom. At the beginning of the night, we gave Victor, the driver, a 25% tip to make sure he kept the kids safe. At the end of the night our son mistakenly gave him another 25% tip not knowing that we had already tipped him. Victor gladly took the tip when he should have said, I've already been tipped thank you!

We asked for our money back and he made some lame excuse that the kids insisted on double tipping him. We got no where with the manager - Igor - either. What happened to customer service and the customer is always right? Victor also left 1/2 hour earlier than was contracted. We will NEVER use Bell Limo again - please pass this review on.

We hired Bell Limo for our daughter's wedding this weekend (Memorial Day Weekend). The wedding was on Mt Rose at the Winters Creek Lodge and the guests were all staying at the Hyatt in Incline. The drivers arrived at the Hyatt on time and safely shuttled everyone up the mountain to the venue & then safely brought a bunch of tipsy wedding guests back home at the end of the evening (with one shuttle round in between for those that wanted to leave early.) Exactly as we asked, and even worked with us that night (short notice) to bring the larger bus in 30 minutes earlier. We wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again. Thank you Bell Limo!

Bell Limousine is AWESOME! Not only were our shuttles right on time, did I get all my questions answered in super fast time, and had the best time working with them, they even called me to help me save money and figure out the best possible arrangement for my wedding! I am astounded by how great they were to work with! 100% recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely horrible service and they steal your belongings. My wedding was 2 weeks ago, we had a photographer and a videographer capturing our grand exit from the venue into the limo and it all came to a sudden stop because the driver was hiding behind the limo. Don't know if she was camera shy or what but we had to practically beg her to open the door for us; I've never seen anyone walk so slow.

I then left an item in the limo. I expected a courtesy call the next day letting me know where to pick up my belongings but nothing. I emailed asking about my stuff, they gave me a phone number to call that didn't work, I emailed them and they "forwarded my concern to the appropriate department", STILL haven't heard from anyone. I called and was given a different phone number, left a message and STILL haven't heard from anyone. Save your money, keep what you belong, and use a different company.

I had booked four reservations for our Tahoe weekend and everything was easy and pleasant leading up to the trip. The first two rides were seamless and then when I called with a flight cancelation situation for the third reservation and the dispatch employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She misinterpreted my ask and took the liberty of canceling the two remaining reservations without authorization, told me they were being refunded.

I was surprised and a little confused because I did not ask her to do this, but I went with it because she said they were refunded. Not only did she fully charge both of unauthorized canceled rides, there was a mysterious extra charge of $20 with no detail listed. I was frustrated because we had spent over $400 in ubers/taxis on top of these charges, since she had proactively canceled without me knowing - we paid double for transportation.

I had to call over five times the following week to get answers. I finally got to the GM, he was so rude I have no idea how he is still in business. He lectured me and took no responsibility for the the mistakes of his employees (there were a few other discrepancies I am not even including because they were small but add up for the bigger situation).

He refunded one of the rides, without any apology and gave me no reassurance that he would follow up or look into the extra charge. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or lack of follow up on his / his staff's part. He actually laughed at me on the phone. DO NOT BOOK WITH BELL LIMO if you want an easy experience without mistakes. The staff is unapologetic, rude and has no sense of customer service.

Very disappointing experience attempting to book shuttle service through Bell Limo. Reached out in January to book shuttle service for my wedding in August, was told by their rep Cheyenne that, "While I would love to provide this quote for you, please be advised that we can only take reservations up to three months in advance. At this point, our prices may have changed." I reach out to them just over three months ahead of the wedding date per their request and was told that they no longer had availability, as "It seems to be a very popular date for weddings, as we are currently already servicing 4 weddings on that date." (hence why I reached out in January, thanks).

Apparently these weddings were "approved by our general manager" despite the brusque initial email letting me know that they cannot accept my earlier inquiry. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service here and complete lack of consideration. Would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are hoping to book service in advance.

We are from New Orleans. we flew to Phoenix than to Reno and had ordered a limo 2 weeks prior to pick us up a the Reno airport and take me and my family to Harrah hotel. I called a week ahead to make sure it was all set, the said got it. They even said they hold a sign with my last name on it, I thought that was neat. We land and we walk out. NO LIMO, I called and they the said we don't have a reservation for you so I said but I know you have my credit card number because it was charged.

We been traveling for 7 hour and I just about lost it. I go the the counter and she said she can have one in 30 minuets. About 30 minuets later he shows up blasting his thug music from the limo and my kids are about to board. I told the driver there better not be anymore problems he said no sir. he did not help with anything so I did not leave him an additional tip as I usually would over the $30 that's included. My best advice is to find anyone else to serve your transportation needs. This is not the place and I wish I would of read the other reviews on here first.

Rented a limo for Christmas eve to drive us around to see the Christmas lights. Our driver was nice but didn't know where she was going. Most of the time she was looking up directions to the houses. The escalade that picked us up only had cold air, you can imagine how cold it was, Xmas eve. She dropped us off 4 houses down from our location. Look elsewhere

I booked a party bus to pick up my wedding party after my wedding and these guys sent the bus to the Peppermill Casino. The confirmation email they sent me had the correct pickup address and everything. Fortunately I rented a large charter bus for the rest of the guests and we had extra room for some of my people. I had all of my groomsmen and their wife's waiting for a hour and thirty minutes for the party bus to pick them up.

Now it is over 2 weeks and the General manager will not return my phone call to refund me the $438 for their screw up. Oh and to top it off I rented 2 limos to drop all of the wedding party off and one of the limos was 20 mins late! My only good experience was with their driver Victor or Vince, can't remember his name now. I would highly recommend that you DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Apparently they are so busy they don't have time to help their callers or notice reservation requests (that were entered through their site). I guess they don't need any business, you better look elsewhere if you want service

We hired Bell Limo to shuttle our guests from the GSR to our Venue at Mount Rose. We shopped around at other companies but this was the best "bang for our buck." Their communication skills were a bit lacking as sometimes asking questions took a little time for their response (via email, I'm sure if we called them we would have gotten an answer right away).

On the day of our wedding the shuttles showed up as promised, and there were no hiccups on the ride to our venue. When the shuttles started running after the reception, there was one driver who did not abide by our schedule and we were left with a few guests without transportation back to the GSR. Luckily a couple of our guests drove up and were able to take those guests back into town.

While we were riding in the town car we rented, we saw that shuttle driving up to the venue, we were worried we would be charged extra because the shuttle was running over what we originally booked, but we weren't. All things considered, it wasn't terrible service and we were satisfied that most of our guests got from A to Z.

The quote was accurate, good price, and we feel like the company overall is a good one, but I really hope they retrain their drivers on etiquette. For our wedding in June, our limo driver literally drove **3 people** back to their hotel (we had a small wedding) and she asked me flat out for a tip while I was standing there in *my wedding dress* and even let her go early because I was in such a good mood.

I told her we would be tipping people later. because we didn't want to be thinking about tips on our wedding night while drinking alcohol. She stormed off, said "ughhhhh" and walked away without saying goodbye. We are mailing tips out soon and she will definitely not be getting one. How do you do such little work, not congratulate the bride, and then ask for a tip?

I said I wasn't going to leave a review, but she was literally the last person I spoke with that evening and it was such a horrible thing to do to a person on their wedding day. Karma. I hope she feels like crap for doing that to me.

We had a corporate event in Incline Village and used Bell to transport us from the Reno Airport to the hotel. With all of the rides scheduled in advance, they were very late, did not have the right people's names on the signs even though I explicitly told them who was on each. Upon arrival they told us the driver was in traffic and would be 15 minutes. After waiting an hour we cancelled our reservation and got a taxi. Overall unimpressed.

Overall, a great experience using both a limo and a mini-bus in the same day for a wedding. I called about three days out to book a limo on the way to and a mini-bus on the way back from the event venue on Mt Rose Highway. Got a confirmation call the day prior, and both of the drivers showed up a few minutes early. Both of the drivers were friendly and good to communicate with.

We added-on some time to the limo ride, opting to show some out-of-town guests the view of Lake Tahoe since it was their first time; driver was really cool about making sure we had a good experience. I would definitely use Bell Limo again.

Fantastic find for me! Our driver was awesome and we enjoyed every minute of the ride. We rented it for a few hours to sight see and ended up in Virginia city. Planning on it again when we return! :

The limo was absolutely gorgeous, we got a huge kick out of the light show on the ceiling. There were 8 of us in an 8-10 person limo and we were comfortable, I wouldn't have tried to get anyone else in there. Everyone was impressed with the quality, and cleanliness of the limo as well. I found Bell to be the most reasonable when getting quotes and of course there is always a reason why.

Travel time starts when the driver leaves Bell with the limo and ends when they return, not when they pick you up and drop you off! We lost a good 45+ minutes of our time to travel.

Bell Limo is so wonderful, easy to work with, and I am SO grateful they are there at the airport. I had arrived in Reno and my plans for car rental had fallen through. All my contacts were in another town, and not available by phone! I went to the Bell Limo counter at the airport, and in just a few minutes they had set me up with a ride to my destination, at a very -comfortable- price. Thank you Bell!
