We rented a limo for a day in wine country. The guy called before pickup and wanted to give us a free upgrade to something he called "a van." At first I was curious how a van was an upgrade to a limo, then dude pulls up in a brand new Benz RV-Van converted into a limo. The vertical clearance was amazing, much easier to move around in than a limo car. Great service too.

On time, professional, fun and festive. We used this service for the Christmas light tour and the the driver, Christopher, was dressed festively with Christmas light necklace and didn't seem to be phased by the rowdy group of 9 children. Stopped at a house and he snapped some pictures for us. Definitely recommend. Service: Group tours

We had a bast doing a light tour our driver was echo and she was amazing! She was training another driver and I could tell when she took her job seriously and made sure things were communicated clearly to us at all time. Also she is amazing with kiddos of every background. I'm a foster parent and she made sure to include my foster kiddo even when I needed him out of some of the photos for social media she made it no big deal and had him take the photo so he was still included. Amazing all around

I called and spoke with, Whit and from there on what a great experience. Whit was so nice and professional. He set me up with a Christmas Light tour. Our Driver showed up right on Time. Dave Tussing was the nicest guy. Showed us how to use all the lights in the Limmo. He was very professional. Super friendly. I would recommend Sunshine Limo too anyone looking for a great time. I've never personally used this service but having worked with many of the drivers in the past while working within the wine industry I cannot say that I have ever had a positive experience with this tour group. Today my partner and I were driving home to Portland, leaving Eugene when their white limo, plates "Sun 13", honked at us repeatedly while we and others waited for a police cruiser whose lights and sirens were on to pass us getting onto the interstate.
The driver then proceeded to speed up and pass us on the right, all the while swerving dangerously between all three lanes. I understand COVID-19 has put several different stresses on every business within the service industry but reckless behavior is inexcusable. Do better.

For my daughter's college Graduation procession, I rented the really nice Mercedes Benz, 14 pax, Sprinter Limo Van. What I got was a very old former school bus with ripped seats and bad suspension (don't let the online photos fool you). No reason was given at the time of arrival. When I contacted the owner post-event, I was given several different excuses. Veronica, the driver, was fabulous and joined in our celebration (cheering with us, dealt with the procession instructions, and our loud music). She is the only reason I'm giving the review 3*.

Above and beyond excellent service. My elderly mother needed to fly to Eugene and can't see or walk well. We arranged for Sunshine to meet her at the airport and get her to her destination. They checked in to let me know they were there early, treated her wonderfully and even helped her with check in and getting her bags to her room as she was not capable. Truly excellent caring service!

Horrendous lack of concern for customer service. They never showed for our airport transfer and we nearly missed our flight after scrambling to make alternative arrangements. My credit card was charged $126.60 in advance the day before (no problem.). I was sent a text message by the company at 3:14 in the morning stating that my driver Garrett was scheduled to arrive on time, and the message gave Garrett's phone number. 15 minutes after his expected arrival we tried to phone him and text him but never got a response. 45 minutes past the expected arrival time we tried to call the office but got voicemail.
We scrambled to make other arrangements to get to the airport and barely arrived at the airport in time for the flight. I left a message with the office of Sunshine Limo to please call me but no one ever did. I got an email NINE HOURS LATER notifying me that the charge was refunded but there was never an apology or explanation. UPDATE: Within two hours of posting this review, Marian from Sunshine called and left me a message to call her back. Mickey helped with our wine country excursion booking and was fantastic. He even looked into availability at wineries and was very knowledgeable about the places we chose. There was clear communication via email and it couldn't have gone smoother. Mike was our driver, and he was amazing. Our Sprinter was well stocked with waters, etc. and he was very professional, friendly and kept us on time between wineries. I can't recommend him enough. A good time was had by all of us on our wine country excursion!

Very effecient system for booking with text updates/emails and driver information. Driver Mike was super helpful and flexible. Showed up early, made my kids feel special and accommodated changes to the itinerary. There was an issue with the heating system however when I addressed it with the company they immediately responded and credited me for it. I would definitely use this company again.

They sent a Party Bus to a Funeral. The driver was confused and embarrassed and left to exchange it for an actual limo, was gone for 45 minutes while we held up the procession. The called and needed another hour to switch vehicles so we asked for them to just send the bus back. It was devastating in a very sensitive time for our family. The worst is they blamed us for the mistake and charged us full price, not even deducting the time they were gone.
Apparently they call it a Sprinter. Nobody grieving should know what models of limos are, or know to ask. The limo company should be delicate and capable to handle a funeral if they take the reservation, and ready to send the appropriate limo. They blame us because we didn't have them clarify. I spoke to the owner, Michael G., who said the driver was new and that is why he would have called it a party bus.
He couldn't explain why the funeral home, or everyone else, called it a party bus. He claims WE sent the driver away, which is why WE had to pay for him to go drive, but I was right there. the driver was embarrassed and left to go get the other limo on his own. WE did not tell him to leave. But Michael G. still stands that it is completely our fault, regardless of facts.
When Michael G. asked what he could do to make it right, I told him a full refund would have been appropriate and that I shouldn't have even had to call to escalate to ask for any type of reimbursement. He said he wouldn't offer anything. I told him that I will make sure to leave the appropriate reviews and he yelled at me claiming I was trying to extort him. Extortion?!
I merely let him know that if the end result was us paying full price for a party bus at a funeral that held up a procession (and gone 45 minutes of the two hours we paid) then he deserved a bad review. Overall I had an okay experience with Sunshine Limo Service. I broke down my experience into a few categories: Booking: I found it easy to book the limo and the staff in the office was very friendly. I received several emails ahead of time helping me feel prepared. I also received a text the morning of the event with the driver's name and number. Limo: our limo had a power failure.
We wine tasted on a 100 degree day and with no AC in half the limo- it made things pretty uncomfortable. Mike from Sunshine did call me the day before to give me other options (reschedule or receive a full refund). I didn't find those acceptable options as we had out of town guests that were here to wine taste. I received a significant discount so that was nice.
I still paid $500 for a very hot limo. Driver: our driver (Bob) was rude and not helpful. He was sold as someone that could help us set up our lunch and provide guidance on wine related topics. He did not do either of those things. His attire left a lot to be desired and he did not interact with us at all. He didn't help set up our food and told each tasting room we went to that we were in a hurry.
We felt rushed the whole time and did not enjoy Bob. Overall, even with the AC working it would not have been worth $950 for the day. Totally over priced for what we got. The staff was nice so that is what got them a 3 star review.

I booked the 20 passenger limo for a day of wine tasting this past weekend for Moms weekend at OSU. We had boys and moms (and one dad) and had a fabulous time. The company was a dream to work with. They guided me to two fabulous wineries, helped me pick out lunch and appetizers which were fabulous and supplied us with a fantastic driver. The limo was beautiful and stocked, our driver was very accommodating and went at our schedule. Everyone had the best time and we cannot wait to do it again. You were all A++

Recently went on a limo winery tour in the Eugene area for my wife's birthday and could not have been happier with the overall service and professionalism of Sunshine. They were on time, organized, provided great winery suggestions, and also catered a fantastic picnic lunch. Our driver (William) kept us on schedule - but in the nicest way - and had an easy going style with a group that was clearly having a fun time. Would highly recommend and can't wait to utilize them again.

Our Bridesmaids Wine Country Tour was a delight because of Bob our limo driver. His sense of humor, and his amazing 10-point turn on a narrow, gravel road was beyond a doubt a wonderful conclusion to our little "lost in the woods." We used Sunshine Limos for my best friend's wine tasting bachelorette party. Our driver Whit was so professional and flexible, he made our day absolutely wonderful! He was on time to all of our scheduled tastings and made sure there was plenty of beverages to keep hydrated and 'happy'. Whit also volunteered to take pictures of our group at every location. Financially, they are well-priced and easy to work with.
They also confirmed all our scheduled tastings for us. I would absolutely use Sunshine Limos again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Willamette Valley area! (& ask for Whit!)
