Booked JACO Limo Service a week prior to needing for a Senior Prom - no hassle reservations for a stretched Navigator and very courteous through the entire event. Last minute changes were no issue - as we had to move the pickup location 15 minutes before the driver's arrival. I received a text message 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup indicating the limo was already at the new location and ready for service.
The driver treated the group of teens as if they were royalty - very polite, understanding, patient, and professional. Hands down an experience that the prom-goers will NEVER forget. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their service.

I don't care what other reviews say. I called William late at night, told him our situation and he was hard at work to help us. Being out of state from our client, within 2 hours he picked him up and had Kofi drive him back to Chicago that night. Kofi is the best driver and could not have had any better. For the level of service in the emergency situation we were Jaco was there. We are forever grateful.

Do not use this company if you need transportation during your stay in Kentucky. We had a horrible experiance I hope another person doesnt have to deal with! I first called this company to try to set up an entire bourbon tour with them, including distillery tours and transport. Rightfully so, William could not secure any distilleries as they are booked months out. However, despite saying he'd reach out with an update, he never did.
I should have seen that red flag. I was able to secure three tours myself and called back to schedule all day private transportation for day 1. I worked with William again. He took all my information, details of the day's needs, I secured a black Cadallic Escalade because the purpose of this trip was to host some VIP clients and wanted to ensure we traveled comfortably.
I paid $677 in full for 5 hours of service and hung up with William expecting an email confirmation and receipt. I did not receive either so I called back 4 days before the trip and left a voicemail. Three days before the trip I called and spoke to someone who said they would pass on my message and concern to William. Still nothing! The morning of the trip arrived and when I called to get my receipt, I was advised by a very unconcerned and slow drawling William that there was not a reservation and nothing had been set up with dispatch. William did not try to secure another car, try to fix the mistake, or even apologize.
He even hung up on me! I tried repeatedly to call back and it went to voicemail for 15 minutes! No one seemed to care that they had just screwed over a customer and left them high and dry. I was told that the sales manager Nick Lopez would be notified and call me back. Ultimately I had to book an Uber to drive us to the distillery, run 30 minutes late, and wait another 30 minutes to secure another Uber for the drive back to Louisville.
Three days later, I had not heard from anyone! Two more days later, I still hadn't received so much as a text, call or email. It is now two more days and I have conclusively determined this company is being run by a team of incompetent and unconcerned individuals who could care less about their success and reputation, but will take your money! All I can do now is warn others in order to help them avoid the same disgusting experience.

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this experience was. I was called on the day of and told the "party bus" we selected three weeks prior was not available, and they could "upgrade" us to a different vehicle that was not what we wanted. When I asked for a discount, considering there was now zero time to contact another party bus company and we were not provided with the vehicle we contracted for, we were told no. Having no other choice we had to use whatever transportation they provided.
Even trying to simply pay took multiple phone calls and an hour of my time. We were also told (and I confirmed with the booking company) that the driver's tip was included in our overall fee. At the end the driver told me he had not been tipped. Not sure if the company is keeping the tip money or I was being duped into extra money by the driver. Regardless, RUN do not walk away from this company's services. Zero stars if possible

My husband reserved a limo for our 10th anniversary. Jason E. Was our chauffeur and he was extremely professional, on time and kept in communication with us while we were at dinner to ensure we didn't have to wait on him when we finished dinner. I would recommend this company and Jason for bookings!

This was the absolute worst service I've ever seen. They wouldn't come up the road to pick up our wedding party (40 people) and made them walk up and down a mountain 1 mile. It was just an absolute mess. Then I tried to call and get the charges right because they had over charged me on several occasions. Then they let out the name of Nick and I called for a straight week to get him to fix it and they would just tell me he was in a meeting.
He texted me a picture and wouldn't answer any text back. I hope this post stays and they don't delete it so you can see how awful they are and to use someone else. Because it was a headache! Even our wedding venue was shocked at how awful the service was!

The first sign was that we had to call multiple time to make sure the reservation was done with the type of party bus /limo correct. The day of the wedding the party bus sent was not the one we requested when calling them they said they send the presidential one but it was Not the one requested. In addition one of the seats was broken and one of the groomsman pants was ripped.
And to top it all of we paid from 2:30 pm - 7:30 and when the group return after pictures at 6 the driver left without asking and we were going to have him Pick up some guests at a local hotel When calling to complain they offer a $35 credit even when we paid 1 1/2 hrs without them Being there.

I have used this service two times now and have enjoyed our experience both times. After reading some of the reviews below I can say I didn't experience any billing issues the first time. I haven't checked my credit card at the time of this review but at this moment I feel like I was billed and received what I paid for. The only recommendation I have that would make this a five star experience would be to have the driver trained on how to work the radio. It took a few minutes to figure out on our own. We had to do this both times we used their service.

This company is ran by some of the most crooked people to exist! After working 40 hours in time days for the 2019 Kentucky derby running shuttles for them, they are refusing to pay me and 4 other people! They owe me approximately $600 for service rendered. Upon reading other reviews on here and Google, I can see that people have been receiving negative services from this company for quite sometime! I DO NOT SUGGEST USING THIS COMPANY. You will end up late to your own funeral, if you even make it!

Be aware of the terrible reviews from previous clients AND past employees of Jaco. They got their start by stealing clients from companies that actually helped them get started. Which puts mistrust in the minds of all who approach the idea of using this type of service to the community. They promote their company by using high end clientele they somehow were able to get and post it as if they are an excellent company. It's all deceptive trick to the public They will double charge clients hoping it won't be caught and if it does.
They won't answer their phone calls. The employees are a revolving door. After they get fed up with jaco not disclosing the pay for the vehicles they drive and the very deceptive forked tongue of the manager they are left with how can a company treat their employees like dirt. They just wipe off the dirt and find new drivers that are coaxed into driving for them with no experience. Don't be a victim for Jaco, use a well established company like Ambassador Capital limousine and R&R Limousine you won't have the headache and have your joy stolen.

We had a very disappointing experience with Jaco Limousine. We were double billed for part of the services and they refuse to respond to any emails or return any calls regarding the charges. We got picked up in one city and dropped off in another, and had to pay a charge for this upon booking online, and then Jaco also billed us for this portion of the trip afterward.
The driver also misled us by saying we had extra time on our booking (due to late pick up) and that we could continue to use the limo for longer than we had originally booked. Jaco then billed for this extra time! We have trying to get someone to explain these charges (totaling $800!) and they will not respond at all. I am surprised that they have they have such a high rating on here given the experience that we have had dealing with them. Very unprofessional and frustrating. This has been going on for months with no resolution.

We used this service through Diamond Tours last week for a trip to Savannah. I was not pleased at all with this company nor the driver, Ron Jeffries. He got hung up in a parking area that he pulled into by mistake. It took a large wrecker to get him going. This made our agenda go off complete scheduling. The driver hit a motel sign and broke out a window with passengers aboard.
His GPS system through his phone kept rerouting us so we were continually late. I finally had to give him step by step instructions I had from Diamond Tours to help him navigate. He, by the way, had this info and for some reason could not follow it. He parked in some odd places to unload passengers. This was a hardship for some passengers to handle. I would not recommend this driver at all.
