Services
Share Ride Service - Share ride service is the most economical service which utilizes a fleet of vans, sedans, and maxivans to transport people to and from the airport. The share ride service requires that the customer allow us to make additional stops in route to or from the airport. Wait times at the airport are typically under an hour and travel to the airport is always scheduled to allow enough travel time to safely catch your flight. Private Sedan/SUV Service - Black Sedan service or SUV service with no stops and no waiting.
To receive the special Oglebay discount, your reservation and payment must be made at least 14 days prior to your travel date. Last minute reservations will be accepted at regular rates. The fee for one passenger is $90.00 (Pittsburgh Airport) one way, and will be posted to your credit card upon confirmation.

We had a last minute trip that needed to be picked up in Morgantown, going to Baltimore MD. What Wonderful service we experienced from Airport Limousine Service! The Driver was kind, courteous, and most important On Time! Would highly recommend using Airport Limousine Services, and we will continue to use them in the future as well! Absolutely abhorrent dispatcher, who I understand is also the owner of this fine establishment. And by fine I mean not fine at all. She's rude and crass, thinks she's right no matter the situation, and refuses to admit failure or mistake. She also refuses to see anyone else's side of what she has deemed "false information." Expects the world of others, but can't hold herself to the same incredibly high expectations, including time-sensitive deadlines and phone calls being answered. I wouldn't pay her for a song, let alone trust her company to safely transport me or my family. I'd rather walk.

The owners wife of the company was extremely obnoxious on the phone, I called due to the fact my daughter would have to wait in the airport for 2 hours before being driven back. It was not explained at the time, I paid for a shared ride and was not informed of the difference in cost if it had been for a private ride, When I asked she told me that it was a holiday and she was having dinner with her family and there was nothing that could be done and I was dismissed.
I called to complain in the manner I was treated and she sent several nasty emails to me, making it sound like it was not her but me. A apology would of prevented my decision on writing a review. Please reconsider when using this car service.,. Never Again.

If I could give it a Zero stars rating I would. Let me preface with the fact that my family has used this service for years to travel from Morgantown to the Pittsburgh airport. The drivers have always been excellent. With that being said, this last trip they were over an hour late in picking up and on the return trip they were over 30 minutes late.
When called after standing at the airport for over 30 minutes, the dispatcher was rude, abrasive, and verbally attacked my elderly mother. I wouldn't recommend this company to transport my garbage let alone a human being.

I flew into Pittsburgh and the driver was waiting for me just as advertised by Hertz desk as you come down escalators. The driver was excellent on giving me history and details of the area as we drove to Wheeling island. Apparently they also do a lot of trips to Morgantown WV. I was only passenger, so I sat up front. The Toyota Sienna Minivan was very comfortable and it was a smooth ride. I would highly recommend this business.

When making this reservation it was told to me there would be a possiblity, since I did not request a private service, that there could be more than one stop or pick up. Which I agreed to. I was also told the pick up time for the service was going to be at 10:34 p.m. I was NOT told I would have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to leave the airport. This is unacceptable avoidance of disclosure.
Not only did I have to wait, I had to call your company to find out what was going on at 11:00 p.m. since no one was there and I was never told about the delay or even the possibillity of a delay. We did not even leave the airport until 12:15 a.m. Another big part of my complaint was when I did call at 11:00 p.m. to find out where my driver was the woman I spoke with stated, "if you want to find another way home, let me know and we will not charge you." Which I find to be COMPLETLEY unacceptable customer service.
I told her, "Like I could make other arrangements at midnight from an airport in Pittsburgh. In fact, even the driver told me the last 3 persons he picked up from the airport were NOT told about the possibility of a long delay/wait. Not only did I not have help with my luggage for the $85.00 charge, I had to wait almost 2 hours. VERY poor. VERY POOR.

My wife flew into Pittsburgh International on a Sunday. The transportation we had arranged to take her to her final destination didn't pan out, and I was desperate to find her a ride. After calling numerous transportation companies looking for a rate we could afford, I called Airport Limousine Service. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful in securing a ride for my wife. I am in their debt. Great Service.
