Hands down easy to work with and it's nice when a owner has a sense of humor. People nowadays are waaay to serious and fun police. Our chauffeur was amazing by showing up on the dot when asked to, made sure to open the door, didn't bug us about the music but we played good music. Took us where we wanted and even threw out some spots for pictures so the parents could have photos taken of their Seniors. Provided us with an umbrella when we needed an extra. Well kept vehicle for wine tours, corporate events or any event at that. Look forward to the next adventures through Action Limousine.

Communication. From beginning to end, Steve was clear in his communication. We both knew what the other wanted, expected and needed in the way of communication. When there was a change, question or clarification needed about the experience, Steve was professional, friendly and accommodating. I will be using his services again in the future. The experience was top notch!

Steve was our stretch limo driver for our surprise socially distanced driveway birthday celebration parade for our 95 year old Gpa. It was not only grandpa's first time in a limo (and why wait until you're 95 to do so?!) it was a way to see his local family in as safe a way as we could concoct. The limo was clean. My quarantine bubble was trying to come up with new ideas of things to do and somebody mentioned taking a limo ride for a day trip. So after calling a couple of places, I got a chance to meet with Steve of Action Limo in Salem the other day. It is his business, and he is also one of the drivers. Steve is very professional - great conversationalist and someone who takes his work seriously.

He showed me part of the fleet that they have - and the vehicles are EXTREMELY well kept. I honestly couldn't believe how clean they were given the weather we have had the last few weeks.
