We used this party bus company to go from our wedding reception to our house for an after party in October 2021 and it was an awful experience! I would highly recommend you look for a different party bus rental! I am just now writing this review because people keep bringing it up to us about how awful the bus driver was, which just reminded me of it and made me think to write this review to prevent others from using this company and ruining their night!
This bus driver was the rudest man we have ever met. He was rude from the second he got there. All we'd asked him to do was drive from our wedding venue to our house which was about a 30 minute drive. He did not listen to any of our instructions and did not help put music on in the bus at all. He was rude to everybody who got on and got off of the bus and I know none of us were ever rude to him to have caused him to behave in such a manner.
We even tipped him well at the end of the night and wish that we had not! It is honestly hilarious how poorly he behaved and this topic comes up in conversation all the time when we are talking with our friends who were on the bus with us. Choose a different rental company!

If I could choose a "negative star" I would. After multiple detailed conversations via phone and email prior to the event we thought we were on the same page. The assignment was simple. 1) 2:45p to 4:45p: time block to pick up our guests from 2 hotels (right next door to each other) and take to our wedding venue in a loop. 2) 8:45p to 10:45p: time block to pick up our guests from our wedding venue and take to the 2 hotels (right next door to each other) in a loop.
According to the map, the loop is a 15-minute interval so we timed the trips for guests to wait. Pretty simple right? I think so. Well at 2:45p, my wife received a message saying that he was getting gas, while my guests waited so long, they decided to drive, or use other travel services At 3:15p, I find out there is still no shuttle, so I looked on the contract to call the shuttle service, guess what, no contact information. Fortunately, for us, there was google and even then, the numbers we found went directly to voicemail. Eventually, we got in touch with the driver, and gave him the specific instructions. all was well, (so we thought).
By this time, we reached out to the owner again reiterating the assignment for the second time block and instead of informing the 2nd driver (yes, a whole new driver), he gave us the driver's number. Keep in mind we're in the middle of our wedding. The last thing we want to do is do the owner's job. So, during our first dance we were hit with a bunch of calls and voicemails from the new driver, (that we didn't see til the next day) not having a clue what he's supposed to be doing.
He was trying to figure which HOTEL we were located at (Please see assignment #2). If I had the time, I would sue them for every cent of our money back. (I still might). But if you are in a bind and ALL the other shuttle services in this area were booked. I would tell your guests to start walking because if you book this service, your guest would be walking anyway, and you'd waste the money you paid them for services. and just incase you can't find our contract information (like your responses to the other negative reviews) our contract # is 25390. We were part of a wedding group that used the bus to shuttle to and from the reception. The bus was hot, both there and back. We were sweating through our clothes it was so hot even with the air "on". The bus also was dirty and had debris in the storage departments over the seats. Drivers were courteous and pleasant.

After sending them this email, they gave me a 20% refund. I asked for a full refund. Hello, I just had to send an email regarding the car ride I had today. I know I booked last minute but I still paid $250 and this was honestly the worst town car service ride I've EVER taken. A list of why: 1. The driver was 30 minutes late. When I called you the first time (when he was 4 minutes late), you told me it would be just "a few minutes" - being late is one thing, but an honest response would have been appreciated. 2.
The car smelled like cigarettes. 3. The first thing the driver did was drive 10 minutes (one way) out of the way to go to a convenience store to buy an iPhone charger. Had he just asked I would have given him mine - this put us an additional twenty minutes behind schedule. 4. The driver was texting while driving, in traffic, off and on the entire ride.
I attached two videos - the first video is after he had been doing this for a bit already, I was incredulous so I started recording at the end. He eventually switched to the other hand. I stopped recording after the second time. 5. He was vaping in the car - he tried to hide it by turning his face away but the water vapor was easily visible. Not professional or okay.
I asked him to stop after he had done it a few times. 6. An hour and a half into the ride, he got off the freeway because he needed to use the restroom, but there were no services and no reentry to the freeway, so we had to take back roads to get back to the freeway. In the meantime, he took his seatbelt off to drive. This added an additional ten minutes to our ride. 7.
Just in general, I did not feel very safe on this ride. From driving 85-89MPH in the rain, to slamming on his brakes in traffic because he was distracted by his phone, to driving 10mph on a freeway on-ramp (after we had finally found a place for him to use the restroom) because he was trying to put his seatbelt on, this driver (who never gave me his name) was just not safe.
Your service was about ten dollars cheaper than the other options, and you called me directly instead of emailing so I decided to go with your company. I thought I'd send you an email here first before I left a review so hopefully, you can make it right. I'd like to discuss a refund - this was a scary and incredibly frustrating experience.

The service we got from Arch Express was amazing. I actually scheduled our pickup for the wrong day. When I called they sent someone out immediately. The next morning we realized that my wife's bag that had her medication in it was missing and assumed we left it in the van. We were concerned because we had an early flight. They got the bag and brought it to us at the airport before 8:00am!

Do not use this service! I have had consistently poor experience with this company. On one occasion, the driver showed up with a filthy van instead of the sedan that had already been charged to my credit card. Most recently, the car for a trip to the airport NEVER showed up at all. The service here is completely unreliable.

Arch Express did a great job for our wedding! I recommend the 30 passenger party bus. They were on time and very friendly. Our driver Emmanuel dressed very sharp with a tie and was very professional. I told them I would write a good review for them if they did a good job. and they completely earned it. Well done guys! I would recommend this company to anybody. Also compared to other companies in Central Ohio, you definitely get the most bang for your buck with Arch Express. 5 stars!

I ordered a shuttle to the airport for a Monday morning pick up. When I called I was asked, "how much did you pay last time we took you?" Should they have standard rates from locations around the city. Rates were not an issue since there was NO pick up, no call to cancel or inform me that the driver was not coming and no follow up. Fortunately, yellow cab managed to get me to the airport just in time to make the flight. I will not be using Arch again nor would I recommend them or their services.

I went on Arch Express's website two days before my desired service and reserved a shuttle from Port Columbus International Airport to the Renaissance Downtown Columbus Hotel. I received an e-mail confirmation with my pre-arranged rate and pick-up information. However, my flight was delayed coming in by about 15 minutes, and when I got to the shuttle area there was no shuttle to be found.
I waited about 15 minutes and then called the number I was given in the e-mail confirmation. The phone was answered by someone who had apparently been woken up by my call, and when I told him the situation he said he was off the clock and that I should try calling the office number. I called the office number and there was no answer. I ended up taking a cab instead, which was fine, but it put me at my hotel right as the kitchen was closing for the night.
The delay almost caused me to miss dinner which as we all know is very frustrating after a 10-hour travel day. You'd be well served choosing another shuttle service if you're flying into Columbus.

The website doesn't give you a price. I had to make a reservation and then call to get the price. It took them a few days to call me back with a price and to get my credit card information. At the airport, I waited 15 minutes and then called them to be sure that I was in the right place. They asked me when I'd made the reservation and if I'd paid for it (yes) and then put me on hold.
When they came back they said that the driver had been caught in a storm and was running late. An HOUR later, the driver showed up and said that she had been at the grocery store when they called her for an 'emergency' pick up. Then, I had to use the GPS on my own phone to tell her how to get to my destination because she couldn't find it on hers.(Otherwise, the driver was very nice.) They were difficult to make a reservation with, and then they lost my reservation and lied about it. Take a cab. It's worth the extra $10.

Nothing says "Go with another company!" than the clause in their contract that allows them to charge your credit card $150 for any complaint you alledge against them via the internet, BBB, atty general, or otherwise. Oh, and they send you this contract after the cc authorization form. you have to ASK for the contract.

We signed up for a round trip from home to the airport and back. The van was over an hour late picking us up from the airport. Even after it picked us up, the van went to a hotel, picked up another passenger, and took him back to the airport. Then, the driver had to take a detour to get gas before he could take us home. The driver told us the company has contract with hotels, and they have to give the hotels priority over all other customers.
So unless you are a guest at a hotel with a contract, you can't count on this company. They offered us a voucher for money off our next Arch Express trip, but we will never use them again.

Paid $270 for RT transportation for my son from the Columbus airport to Muskingum College. I sent the company an email with his flight information to which Arch Express said "they would update the file". Long story short, Arch Express was at the airport at the departure time from our hometown and not the arrival time in Columbus. My son called the phone number left on his cell by the driver who was in the shower when he returned the call and had to wait over an hour for Arch Express to show up.
When I contacted the office, they denied getting my email with the flight information in it (despite the fact that they responded to the same email with the copy of it saying they received it) This is definitely not what I paid for.
