Not being from the San Mateo area it's nerve wrecking to wonder IF a car service will be waiting for a total stranger coming off an airplane in the middle of nowhere. Several times that I've used this service they have always showed up as expected.

We've hired Noble several times to get back and forth to SFO. They're prompt and professional and the rates are reasonable. In our experience, everything is confirmed and transparent up front. We've always had good service from Noble and so will continue to use them.

Worst customer service that I've experienced in a long time. I needed a stretched white Hummer Limo for my wedding party of 14, so I called this place to get a quote. They charged me an extra $100 to secure the white colored limo, but I was fine with that. They offered me a decent rate and I was ready to book it, however, this is where it got nasty.

I gave them all the details as well as the itinerary and asked them to send a contract to me so that I could review all of the terms and agreements. Instead, they said they won't send a contract until I give them my credit card information. This sounded shady, so I told them that I need to see what I'm paying for before giving out credit card information.

They refused to do so, and after several emails, they wrote back and told me that after this process of emailing back and forth, they went ahead and gave the white hummer to another party. Needless to say, I was pretty upset, but it turned out for the better. I found a better deal at SFO Limousine and they didn't charge extra to secure the white Hummer Limo. Don't do business with these people, they are shady!
