49% deposit is required on all Super Bowl bookings. Deposit is not refundable. 49% deposit is forfeited for any booking canceled after placing a reservation, no exceptions. Remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to the date of service. Due to the extreme demand of this event any bookings made within 1 month of the Super Bowl will require 100% payment of the service amount. You will receive a written contract for the exact limousine you book and it will not be canceled unless you request for it to be canceled.
Discounted rates for chartered services are available Sundays through Thursdays. Weekends and holidays slightly higher. When you only have one destination that you need to get to, Club Chi Town Limousine also provides flat rates to and from your destination. For all your special occasions we have your special limo.

Shady business! Chris is a scam artist! Please save your money and go with a well known limo company. He will try and give you a deal but it will only end up hurting you but ruining whatever you have going on. Thank goodness the event we had was only a birthday party but imagine if this was a wedding or we needed to catch a flight. Just a nightmare

Please beware! This man isn't a legitimate business he doesn't even have his own limos, he's a scam artist using other limo companies and trying to not pay them and pocket the money. Because of his actions he ruined my whole event. We got stuck in the city for hours because he was refusing to pay the company. It was a nightmare. Please be careful and don't use this shady business. He changed the name of the business because we left bad reviews for the other company but his number and website are still the same.

VERY VERY SHADY BUSINESS.Chris at Club Chi Town Limo, had a windshield replaced with Aaron Auto Glass, and for no apparent reason, decided to stop payment on the credit card. When we called him, to ask why he stopped the payment, he said that he never called for a replacement. The picture below is proof, that he placed the call, and the number is answered by none other, than Chris at Club Chi Town Limo. He no longer picks up our phone call. I would be very wary, of doing business with someone who stops payment on their credit card BECAUSE HE IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF A BILL.

We're so happy to choose club chitown limo. We had such of incredible time last night going to wirgley field to watch the Cubs game on party bus in Chicago. The bus was waiting for us before time, very neat, new model bus, with full packge. Our driver was very professional with excellent costumers service, such of great man. And their cost was very resonable. We been really impressed how great was the service difinitely we will use it next time

Amazing! We had a professional driver that was funny, but more importantly, very attentive. We ordered a 20 passenger stretch limo for the Bulls game and it came stocked with beverages and the decor was nice. The driver was on time and waited for us an additional 30 minutes. I'll definitely recommend this company to anyone and they worked with our budget. We had a wonderful time!

I got the livingsocial deal too, and share the same sentiment as Matt G. Emailed them 4 weeks prior to my intended pick-up date, never got a response. Called, left a voicemail, nothing. Called again, went to voicemail again. Finally I contacted living social and they refunded me in the form of dealbucks. My advice is to skip this particular deal and this company.

I too would give negative stars if I could. I bought the Living Social deal for $37 to the airport. After I called to make a reservation the guy said, email me. I did, and he responded with a confirmaiton with so many errors and spelling mistakes that I was doubtful he would actually show up. He did show up, 5 minutes late, and let us know when we arrived that on top of the LS voucher, there was a $22 tax. $22 on $37? Ridiculous. I could have gotten a ride from a legit company for $59.

This outfit is a joke. It's as slimy and fly-by-night as they come, second only to Living Social for promoting them. I would have never heard of them or tried using them except for Living Social. Like many others, I bought the deal because I had a trip planned. Never reached them in a timely fashion before I left. Thought OK. I'll use them for my return. Called them repeatedly over 5 days.
Only reached a human once, about 11am. He sounded like he was rolling over in bed answering the phone like I just woke him up. I was incredulous? Do I have the right number? Is this a business? Sure didn't answer the phone like one. "Yes you have the right number." I need to be picked up, coming in on flight #134 from Miami - he asks, oh can you email us the info?
Sure I say. Emailed. Lots more calls from me unanswered. Emails unanswered. Never an answer or response. These guys aren't legit and Living Social sucks too. I can't believe that they put their imprimatur on such a sleazy operation. No due diligence whatsoever. Took my money fast enough, but when I called enraged to demand a refund they denied it. "Sorry sir, our terms are posted on our site.
You have 3 days to get a refund. After that, tough luck. So tell me how am I supposed to know this outfit is sleaze central if I didn't try to use the voucher within the 3 days, because of course I presumed they were legit if you promoted them? Was very skeptical due to the reviews. Got the living social deal. They aren't the very best at communicating, it took me a few attempts to get the confirmation email from them once I booked my pickup times. This may be because they had a huge influx of requests from the living social deal so its somewhat understandable. The first car we got was real nice, one of the new Lincolns.
The driver was great and was 15 minutes early. As for the return, the car was not as nice and they were 5 min late. The driver was very apologetic and very personable. I would consider using them again for sure.

Tried to use this company after seeing them on Livingsocial. I called and they said I was out of their distance range but could do it for 65 dollars. I wanted to talk it over with my fiance before we decided. When I tried to call and confirm it noone answered the phone. It took another week until someone answered and then he said the price would be 106 for the trip.
When I told him the last guy quoted me at 65 he said he would check with him and call me back. Needless to say I never received that call. I called back and he said he would have the guy call me right back.never happened. I called today and got ahold of Yani. He said he was shocked that Sunny never called me back because he saw him dialing my number. Yani promised to call me back as soon as he got off the expressway.9 hours later still no phone call. Needless to say even with the deal I will not be using them. They do not sound trustworthy at all.

Beginning to spot a trend. Got the livingsocial and booked it. Called to confirm a couple days before and they didn't have my reservation. No big deal, they took my info again. They then mentioned as they were getting off the phone that in addition to the 37 dollar voucher, I would only need 26 dollars in cash for "early pick up, tax and gratuity." The early pick up fee was nowhere on the livingsocial voucher (or the company website, for that matter), and the 6 dollar 'tax' was clearly an arbitrary number.
Of course, gratuity would be at my discretion, but he happily included 10 bucks as if it was mandatory and only admitted the extras included his 'estimated' gratuity when I pressed him on it. I hung up with him, called livingsocial and cancelled. So slimy. stay away!

I mean zero stars. I saw their deal on living social on feb 24 and i was flying out on feb 26, great this will be my cheap ride! I called them to make sure they have availability before I bought the deal. The guy offered me the same $37 deal on the spot without buying from living social. He took my information, credit card number and scheduled the car pick up. Well, you probably know how this ends.
The scheduled car did not come. When I called them Saturday morning repeatedly, no answer. I almost didnt make my flight, and had to scramble for a ride. If you are going to use them, think twice.
