When it comes to dealing with me and my staff. Excellent party-rental service run by the very sweet and attentive Mr. Kirk Yates---always a pleasure to deal with them and their talented and professional staff. I've been using their services since 2002 and have yet to be disappointed; they always come through and offer the best prices and the most variety!
Casino Parties are for entertainment only real money is not allowed on the tables, guest are given a certain amount of play money at the beginning of the evening! The play money will be converted to chips by the dealers at the tables. The guest will begin to play as if in a Las Vegas Casino. If any guest needs assistance with the rules of the games the dealers will be more than willing to assist in anyway, this is all for fun so you don't need to be an experienced gambler.At the end of the evening, the guest will trade in the chips for vouchers.
We accept money orders, cashier checks, electronic bank transfers, Company Checks (NO PERSONAL CHECKS), direct deposit into our account and major credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Debit Cards). The earlier you contact us, the better we can serve you. We prefer a notice of 1 week, but we will make every effort to accommodate "last minute" requests.

If you're in Nashville and need a bus, THIS IS YOUR COMPANY! Kirk was absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment we spoke, Kirk was so polite and willing to find the best bus for our needs. He was able to work within our budget and had the most friendly bus drivers as well. I had a couple other companies we used or (tried to use) during this 3 day corporate event and all of them backed out last minute and Kirk was able to save the day every time. Hands down, would recommend Kirk and his amazing team to anyone needing transportation!

I cannot tell you how impressed we are with Pro Entertainment. They were able, and kind enough, to find the exact inflatables that we wanted even though the ones they had were booked. They literally found them from another company! Who does that anymore! We will definitely use this company in the future. Super professional!

Not happy with my experience here. Just be ready to pay half of your deposit when you sign your agreement and if you need to cancel for any reason you don't get that money back.even if you cancelled 2 months in advance of just a kids pony ride. I understand signing an agreement to not have people cancel on you last minute.because that hurts a business; but the fact that I was asking out of something two months in advance when I had just booked it a couple of weeks prior felt a little wrong in my book.
I was hoping they would be more understanding, but that wasn't the case. Hopefully this helps someone else from making the same mistake I did or at least more cautious when signing the agreement. Note-the reason I wanted to cancel was because I had concerns about the care of the ponies and when I asked about it I couldn't get a straight answer and I also heard from someone else to be cautious, which is why I did not wish to reschedule.

Unprofessional and rude- do not recommend Pro Entertainment. Hired Pro Entertainment for a holiday community event for children. We called a day prior to the event to confirm their arrival and setup time. Although they had the wrong event time listed (first red flag), we shared the correct event start time and gave them the benefit of our doubts. We asked several times what time we should expect them.
The owner, Kirk, insisted everything would delivered in time for our start time - while never wanting to share an actual delivery time (second red flag). Pro Entertainment arrived late- after our event started and after we had already put an alternative plan into action. When they finally arrived, we told them we no longer needed their services as it was impossible with attendees already at our event. Moments later, our event planner got an angry phone call from the owner of Pro Entertainment.
He boldly stated they were not late (even though we have several witnesses to their late arrival PLUS photo evidence AND security surveillance of their late arrival, he insisted we were all "lying"). Further he made a point to let us know there would be absolute no refund because he was "early" and we "turned services away" for other made up reasons.
The owner was rude, aggressive and obviously a crook as he made no attempt to correct THEIR mistake. Would never do business with them, told our client to a massive shopping center to never hire them for future events and I don't recommend this business to anyone else.

Kirk made the entire planning process super easy. Was always available when I had questions. Team showed up the day of our casino party and got everything set up and ready to go. The casino dealers were a blast! They helped the players learn each game and kept things interesting and fun! Can't wait to use Kirk again! Casino equipment was super nice as well.

First off- I wish "0" stars were an option. DO NOT use this company. They are the most rude, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I booked entertainers through this company for a 900 person event. I signed a contract and paid the deposit for my event. A week ahead of time, Kirk calls to tell me there was a typo in the time for the event.
When signing the contract, I was under the impression that was the time artists were available. My entire event was based upon this time line. Kirk refuses to honor the contract and is threatening to cancel my event entirely! He claims that the time listed in the contract is more than what I have paid for. His exact quote was "I will refund your money and cancel your event before I come out of pocket for that." As a business owner, that is exactly what he should do.
I have never been spoken to more rudely. I plan events and use rental companies all over Nashville. This is the first bad review I have ever posted because they are that terrible!
