DO NOT USE! LIARS AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY! We booked AEX for our wedding this May. AEX was scheduled to do a single pick up at the end of the reception then bring us back to the hotel. An hour before the bus was to arrive they called to say there was a mechanical issue and the bus wouldn't make the 11:30 pick and and needed to push an hour if the venue could accommodate.

We made arrangements with the venue, booked and extra hour and called AEX back. Once we told them everything was good for a later pick up the bus just couldn't come. I asked if they had any other buses or solutions. They wouldn't help, they would explain why then bus couldn't come now. Horrible to deal with, didn't care and was extremely rude. DO NOT USE!

Wow, are these guys patient, friendly, and helpful. And they have beautiful vehicles. It comfortably sat 5 plus size/fuller figured gals and 3 above average sized guys. I went with the Mercedes sprinter for our 1 hour drive to our reception. It was a pretty smooth trip. The air conditioning worked very nicely and kept us all cool in our wedding attire.

The lights were a cool affect in our "party bus" and they have draw the shades to give you more of a party feel. We forgot to bring alcohol, but they had water bottles available to us.

I had a great experience for my daughters sweet 16. The was on time the driver Mona had a great attitude. If you rent from Aex Limo request Mona. I recommend them to all my friends.

Excellent limousine service, the driver arrived early in the beautiful Cadillac Escalade limousine and knew his way around and the service was absolutely stress free and perfect. Beautiful Party Bus was immaculate inside and out. It arrived on time and driver John was an absolute gentleman. The whole service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.

We had reserved a Hummer limo for my quinceanera and promised so many things by Ricky, Who started of nice but then charged us for random things and didn't let us know. Well the day of my quinceanera came and they showed up with THE WRONG LIMO which also arrived with nothing of what they had promised which was Decoration the color of my dress, a champagne toast, snacks, and drinks the only thing that came was a couple waters and sodas, as for the decorations there was ONE flower inside.

This company completely ruined my very big day and i would definitely not recommend using this unprofessional company. as for what they replied we were never told about the fee to make sure i received the hummer and for the extra time was due to the driver being slow, barely going the speed limit which also caused me to have 5 minutes for photos. this company doesn't care to satisfy you they just want your money.

We had a great 4th of July weekend in Chicago with the help of AEX Limo three days in a row. Very satisfied with the transportation service you guys provided. We will rent again from you when visiting Windy City next time.

Hi everyone! If you want to spend a good time in a limo keep away from this company! I rented for my wedding limo from this company and they provided to be a very bad car, everyone in the car was wet because inside was more hot then outside, very bad music and lights, and the owner didn't care about, he just said is hot inside because outside is hot and is traffic, but when traffic was clear nothing changed inside. We spent 950$ for 4 hours to stay in sauna! Everyone was very disappointed and the most important day in my life was broken by this guy, don't believe in his lies!

Excellent service, and very nice company to deal with, do your home work, is hard to find a company with great service and great price. Highly recommended, we consider to use it again.

When I call this limousine service the guy was so nice at the beginning and even call me multiple times to give me different prices and everything at the end I end up getting their service because the guy (Rick) was really nice to me but at the end he was very rude and didn't care of what I had to say but since I already had paid for my service he didn't even care please I know this limo service is somewhat cheap but it's not even worth it VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND THE DRIVER WAS VERY RUDE AS WELL WE WERE TOLD THE LIMO WAS GOING TO BE NICELY DECORATED AND ALL I GOT WAS A FEW PLASTIC WITH THE COLOR OF MY DAUGHTERS DRESS AND THATS ALL I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AND MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WONT EITHER

We rented a bus for our wedding and let me tell you how presently surprised we were to finally find a limo company with such an impecable service. from the booking process that was so easy and clearly explained to the really good deal we got for the rental compared to other quotes we had. so happy we ran into this company that I'll definitely recommend to all of my friends as I will also use for my future special occasions Alex the driver was so friendly and went out of his way to make this experience memorable not to mention my husbands grandmother who's 86 years old loves him cause he made it so easy for her to come in and out of the limo. The limo was set up with everything and it was so clean we thought it was brand new. Definitely top notch service and company thank you guys so much

I've used AEX Limo on four occasions so far and each time I have been very pleased with their service. The drivers are super professional and friendly, the limos are very clean, and they are always on time in fact they always show up earlier. I have rented a Party Bus with my friends to celebrate Prom in Chicago area. The price offered was affordable, and the limousine fleet was very large. I have celebrated with friends all night, it was a lot of fun in party bus. The amenities were excellent, as in the best club. Everything was very clean, both inside and outside. Our driver Monica was amazing. She was the nicest person to work with. She was punctual, polite, and just wonderful. She made us all feel comfortable and explained everything about the limo. The limo itself was amazing, a Cadillac Escalade for my wedding was the last thing I had expected. Thanks to my parents I arrived at the church with such beauty.

The services offered by this company are very unprofessional, I rented a limo with some friends for a night out ... it was a nightmare experience ... limo and our driver came late, I dint't like the music and no cold drinks in the bar..one of the worst experiences i had.

AEX Limo Service provided to best service to my parents 20 year anniversary, I had told AEX Limo Service over the phone about my parents and this being a surprise, everything was so smooth, the limousine was impeccable clean, the bar was full with drinks, inside the limo smelled like an ocean and the driver was great, it was priceless to see my parents happy. Went along to Chicago to have a 50th birthday party as well as the limo was part of the fun. Nick helped with the pre setting up and was really patient with my changes. I felt highly pleased with the plan that we settled on. Our limo turned up punctional, the driver was fantastic a really wonderful combination of skilled and good friend, the best way she maneuvered that limo was totally fantastic.
