In Style Limo

I rarely write reviews for any business (good or bad!) but this business warrants a great review. I booked this company for my son’s prom and from start to finish, they were EXCELLENT. One of my main concerns with anyone driving my kids around is the ability to be reached quickly. Johnny replied back in a timely manner regarding every single detail start to finish. Answered every question/concern I had while booking and communicated with professionalism.

In Style Limo out of League City exceeded my expectations. I gave specific instructions and not only were every single one of them met, they were all exceeded. The driver, Mark M. was not only on time, but more than 45 minutes early to our meeting place. (Punctuality is also another concern of mine.) We only got there that early to take pictures prior and he said for us to take our time and come to the limo when they were done with pictures.

He asked who the parent in charge was and gave me a business card with his direct cell phone number on it and asked who the teenager in charge would be (my son) and gave Jordan the exact same information. He assured me that he would take great care of them. Told Jordan to shoot him a text when they were ready to be picked up from the steakhouse since he didn’t want to take up too much restaurant parking while waiting on them.

He shuttled them all around Galveston stopping everywhere they asked and got them back safely to the Civic Center a minute before my requested drop off time. ☺️ The price was inclusive of all fees. Other companies start the timer when they leave their facility and end it when they return to their office. Meaning you’re paying extra for their travel time to even pick you up. Some require a mandatory gratuity, etc. This price was inclusive of mileage, hours, gratuity. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again next year.

I rented a limo for just a night out to relax and let loose. When I initially reached out for a quote they were prompt, and HIGHLY responsive. They answered all of my questions and there were many as this was my first time utilizing a service like this. They were patient, great rates compared to competitors, and the driver was simply amazing! She was professional, yet had a charming and comedic personality. Nothing could've enhanced the night more than how amazing she was. I will definitely utilize their services again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

First time using the company and I have zero complaints. We went to an Astros game in style! Mark knew exactly where we needed to be. Great communication. Very laid back. Will definitely use again.

Highly recommend in style limo to everyone. Johnny was prompt and helpful with the reservation and Mark, the chauffeur was courteous, professional, helpful and punctual. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and because of Johnny and Mark it is the most memorable celebration ever. Thank you in style limo!

Y'ALL. I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We rented a limo for our friend's bachelorette party to take us to dinner and nearby bars. Mark was LITERALLY THE BEST! He showed up prior to the time stated and was in the best mood with a smile on his face ready to ensure the night was special for our future bride-to-be. He was quick to respond and pick us up from one location to the next.

Mark went above and beyond for us! We all had jackets as it was a little chilly that night but quickly began to warm up in the bar. We asked Mark to come around so we could place our jackets in the car and he came inside the building and personally took our jackets for us so we wouldn't have to walk outside in the cold. Poor Mark, we ended up asking this favor 3 total times and each time he was so quick to accommodate our request. He was such a gentleman and I definitely recommend personally requesting him for your rental!

We used In Style Limo for our Company Party in December 2014 and we were so impressed! We were suppose to have a regular stretch limo for 8-10 but it got stuck in traffic so they sent a larger limo (I believe Excursion) room for 14 limo that was very nice. Soda and water bar that is complimentary. Mike was our driver and he was very nice. He picked us up on time and when we were ready to leave our party he was just a text away. We enjoyed being spoiled for the evening. Thanks Mike!

Pros: I spent hours and hours looking for a limo with good (REAL) reviews that wasn't unreasonably priced for my senior prom. In Style Limo seemed to be the only limo company in the Houston area to meet those standards. I'm always scared of limos for important (limo-worthy) events, thinking they'll be late, trashy, etc. I talked to Johnny several times on the phone (answered every time I called) and he was very nice and helpful.

He was also our limo driver and showed up perfectly on time and was actually the first limo in line at prom to pick us up right at the door. He knows the area very well and arrived at our destinations right on time. Con: The 14-16 person limo fit 10 people on the way up very comfortably and 12 people on the way home very snugly. I couldn't really imagine actually fitting 14-16 people in there.

We used In Style Limo for our staff Christmas party and couldn't have been more pleased. Our driver arrived early in a beautiful stretch Hummer stocked with complimentary soft drinks and water. He was very accommodating and professional as he delivered us to and from our destinations. All in all, a great experience at a very fair price.

We hired In Style for our friends birthday. Our driver Mark was so nice and accommodating to all of us! The limo was awesome! We had the best time! Thank you!
