Hired a driver to pick me up from JFK and then bring me to my place that was approx 1 hour and 15 min. The driver, Gonzalo, was punctual, professional, and courteous. The vehicle, a Lincoln MKT, was clean and in good working order. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future and ask for Gonzalo of possible.

I would highly recommend Limousines of Connecticut. I was looking for a party bus or a limousine for my son's 16th birthday party. I called 10 limousines companies, booking with one. The week before my event, the company I had booked with sent me an email canceling my reservation (I believe they did not want to cater to teenagers and gave me the excuse they double booked).
I was panicked stricken as the invites went out, and my son was looking forward to his first ride on a party bus. It was a Saturday night and I contacted four additional companies to be told they did not have any availability. I felt discouraged. I came across Limousines of Connecticut's website and after reviewing the gallery of pictures and watching the videos I said, "there is no way this company will have any availability because I've contacted companies with less impressive fleets and was either quoted a ridiculous amount of money or told they could not accommodate my date and time." My entire life changed when I spoke with Alyssa.
She was super professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I went from reserving a mediocre party bus from the previous company to a Hummer Limo! The booking process was effortless and Alyssa's response time was super quick. It is rare to work with a company where your high expectations are not only met but exceeded! My positive experience began the moment Allyssa answered the phone. She was polite and courteous. We booked a 20 seat Limousine. The vehicle was clean and it was evident that it was well maintained. The driver Tim was absolutely amazing. He displayed professionalism in both his attire and conduct. He took the time to tell my daughter "happy birthday". Additionally he explained the features in the Limo. I am so grateful to this company because they made my daughter's birthday extra special. I will definitely be using their service again.

We were so happy with Limousines of Connecticut's services for our daughter's Sweet 16 trip to NYC. The Hummer limo was beautiful outside and inside. The driver, Tim, showed up exactly on time, was so nice and totally professional. He was an excellent driver and he made the drop-off/pick-ups so easy. Hi everyone - here I am with a wedding update. I found a company I recommend no one ever uses. Please tell all of your family and friends. Limousines of Connecticut is the worst company and offers nothing to uphold satisfactory customer service. This is the quote I received - they refuse to honor it because it was a mistake on their end. She asked me if I wanted to continue to book at a much higher price.
After I refused and asked why she wouldn't honor the price I received, she proceeded to say she didn't have to offer me service at all. The worst customer service I've experienced so far. So long story short - don't use this company and also wedding planning is awful.

Never was about the cost. You can blah blah all you want. Your company left us stranded in NC super bowl weekend with no large suvs to rent. Go out if you way NOT. Take some customers service courses. I was given a guarantee your company would pick us up. I have owner my own business for 32 years. Shame on you

I recently got married at the end of July and one of my biggest worries was the limo arriving promptly to keep the rest of the day on schedule. Our limo driver's name was Karen and I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about her. She arrived a half an hour early and was extremely kind, professional and provided a tremendous service for our wedding.
I could not be more grateful for everything she did that day. She went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure that everyone was satisfied. I sincerely would love for her to receive acknowledgement from the company for the outstanding service she provided for us on our wedding day. Thank you to the company for hiring this woman and thank you to Karen for helping to make our special day truly seamless!!!!

DO NOT USE! We rented a limo for a high school prom. The car they sent must have been through a war. It had many dents, scratches, and cheap body work. The engine was also making a weird noise. Needless to say we were concerned for our student's safety but thankfully nothing went wrong, The worst thing about this company is that they don't reply to emails or their "contact us" option on the website. That to me says they really don't care about their customers. We paid a lot of $$ for this company, the least they could do is reply to an email or call us back.

Bad. They were 35 minutes LATE picking us up for our wedding and we had to arrange another way to get the bride and her father to the church. AC barely worked. The music aux cord did not work in the limo as promised. The driver also had no GPS. The inside of the 20 passenger stretch escalate had a cat pee smell as well. TERRIBLE experience on our wedding day.

When I decided to book this company, my thinking was I didn't want to drive my family so late at night and why not leave it to a professional. In this case, the "professional" could barely stay awake for the entire 2 hour plus drive. Granted it was at night, but why would they not assign somebody who works nights, or at least somebody with the facilities to take a nap before the shift, not during it!
We had to pull over for coffee and it got to the point where after asking "are you okay?" several times during the trip, we were ready to take over and drive ourselves! Ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

Well, Yesterday on 24th november once the life smiled to me by help of Limousines Of Connecticut. My little sister had birthday party yesterday. Unfortunately I had forgotten it. Great customer service, terrifying ride. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this is for your own safety. From the booking process, to the pick up, the service was amazing. Limousines of CT was extremely helping with booking my car service too and from JFK for very early morning pick up times. Our driver was on time and courteous. Now for the terrifying part.
Our tires were COMPLETELY bald. I'm talking about zero traction, metal parts of the rim showing. Any time we weren't driving in a straight line, our car was being jerked all over the place. When we changed lanes are car would swerve. We drove through wet parts of the highway and I could feel no control over the vehicle and our driver had to slow down.
There is no excuse for this when your business is to SAFELY transport customers to and from their destinations. The scariest part of this trip is that we had the same car both ways.

We found this company through this website and made the call. We were surprised how friendly everyone was and are definitely pleased with the service. We booked - so far - 4 reservations, 3 town car sedans and 1 stretch limousine. Everything and everytime was done correctly, on time and affordably. Katie from customer service gave us a great deal on our 4th which we really appreciated. Bottom line: for your ct limousine needs, this is definitely the company to call.

We hired limousines of Connecticut to take us to the airport back in august. For such a short notice these guys did come through. The chauffeur was friendly and the vehicle was in a great clean condition. I referred them to a friend of mine who hired their stretch limo for an anniversary. Great company and cars.
