My friend owned a limo company and told me to choose wisely. I called a few companies and Hennessy was without a doubt the best customer service on the phone. I decided to book with them and was extremely happy. Our wedding day was very important because we had a lot of guests from out of town. They handled our airport needs and buses with perfection. Highly recommended! Wedding was on 9/1/2018 in Atlanta.

Extremely comforting to know after a long day of many delays in my travels that a friendly Willie was there waiting for me. Arriving back to Atlanta past normal Marta transportation hours & calling in a last minute request for a middle of the night pick up, Hennessy Transportation was eager to help. Willie was so friendly and told me his only concern was to get me home as quickly and as safely as he could. He definitely did just that. Comfortable, clean, reliable & friendly! We have had the pleasure of using Hennessy Transportation a number of times to and from home to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. From the office person answering the phone to the driver, each trip has gone very smoothly. The driver is always early and wants to ensure the ride is comfortable and accommodating to our mood or tasks that we need to accomplish en route. We highly recommend Hennessy for business or personal trips.

This was out first experience with Hennessy Transportation and it will be our last. We had hired them for 4 different trips for our daughter's wedding. The chauffeur was almost an hour late picking the bride and groom up from the reception, delaying their send off. Our out of town wedding guests were thus delayed getting on the bus provided by Hennessy.
Then Hennessy charged us for the additional hour which was their fault. The town car was supposed to pick up the bride and groom at their hotel the next morning to take them to the airport for the honeymoon--but they never showed up. No apology, nothing. I would not recommend this company.

Thank you, Thank you Hennessy for making our 20th wedding anniversary special! I was so pleased with my first experience with Hennessy that I will most certainly use them next time. I was very impressed with the driver's prompt communication with me, his early arrival at the pick-up point and his continued professionalism and pleasant nature throughout the entire experience. I would most definitely recommend Hennessey Transportation for anyone looking for a great car service. The staff was very accommodating to all of my requests. Both drivers I had arrived early and had the car cooled off and ready to go with some ice cold waters. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a competitive price, great service and experience, I think Hennessy is the place to go.

I absolutely love Hennessy Transportation. I use this company at least twice a month and each time they are truly spot on. With first class service as well as always reliable. I never have to follow up with confirmation because they reach out to me several times before my trip. We have had nothing but amazing experiences with Hennessy Transportation! My husband and I own a business located in Alpharetta, GA and we have used numerous companies and never received the service we were looking for, until we found Hennessy. These guys are truly a pleasure to deal with. They are friendly, the cars are wonderful, the drivers are great and they really give you that feeling that they want your business!!

I spent days shopping for the proper limosuine company for my child's prom and Hennessy was the selection and I am so happy I did so! They were extremely professional on the phone, their reservation process was a breeze and when the limousine arrived it was a gorgeous vehicle accompanied by a very well mannered and good looking driver. My child and her friends couldn't tell me enough how happy they were with the car and the service.
I was very satisfied and felt extremely comfortable with my selection. I have since used them for airport car service and that too went flawlessly. I will recommend Hennessy to anyone I know needing a limousine service!

Hennessy is one TOP NOTCH transportation company. We rented one HUGE Coach Bus to transport our daughter and son-in-law’s guests from the hotel in Alpharetta Ga to Ball Ground Ga for the wedding reception last week (10/21).This company is right on the mark! Beautiful, clean Coach Bus with very professional driver. He was on time and very courteous. We have used this Company many times in the past and will continue touse them in the future! GREAT JOB!
