It was 5 am the morning of our DC half marathon, and 3 other companies either no-showed or wouldn't commit to dispatch - BUT the owner of Rim Limo left dispatch to come pick us up and was determined to get us as close to the start line as possible. Not only that, but he called later in the evening to find out if we were able to pick up our packets and how the run had gone. And to verify our generous tip. With so many unreliable taxi companies around DC, RIM IS THE WAY TO GO!
