Our Party Bus Limo was absolutely perfect! Very clean, spacious, great lighting and sound system! Howie, our driver was spot on time the entire evening. He was wonderful, very professional and courteous and made our special evening a safe and very smooth success! Would VERY highly recommend and would use this service in the future without hesitation!

We used Roman Limousine for our daughter's prom party. They sent us the 22 seater party bus. The bus was excellent - really good condition, clean, new and very plush. The booking and payment was hassle free. The driver Howie was really excellent. He arrived on time, counted the kids and texted us when they were dropped off at location. On the way back, he made sure everyone was on board and even checked that none of the kids left anything on board at the end of the trip. All this for a very reasonable price!

We rented a 30 person party bus for 7 hours on a Saturday birthday party. A great price, ~$62/person. The bus driver, Carl, was fantastic! He was beyond helpful, super nice, & flexible with any plan changes. The bus had bottled water on ice ready for us & came with a bottle of champagne! Bluetooth, chargers, light show & all the other fun stuff on the bus.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because communication with the company wasn't great. Whenever I called, they seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about their services and my reservation. That being said, I still recommend the company for anyone looking to rent a party bus. Overall, a good experience!

Roman was the best price, the car was spotless, the driver was so patient since gathering 14 people is a little like herding cats. Will definitely use them again.

Vehicle was exactly as promised, on time (actually a bit early which was nice), and beautifully clean. Driver was professional and helpful. Was great to have this part of the party plan be so easy and stress-free.

This company is TERRIBLE when it comes to contact and customer service they are not responsive and will cancel your reservation last second with no explanation at all, have a better chance going to any other place but then they are horrible.

I highly recommend Roman Limousine. My daughter's sweet 16 was on May 8th and I booked the 14 passenger Cadillac. My mother's birthday and mother's day celebration was on May 9th and I booked the 14 passenger Mercedes.
Carl was my chauffeur for both days. He was very outgoing, professional and had great customer service skills.

We rented with Roman Limousine for a wedding. The driver was so rude. He didn't acknowledge us, didn't say a word to us, and top of that the limo wasn't all it was cracked up to be. We were supposed to get two bottles of champagne but only got one, we had no music and struggled to get a proper connection and had no one to help us out. The driver didn't even open the door and assist us in the limo (really bad driving).

When we arrived at the venue he just opened the door without a word and watched as we struggled to get out of the limo including the bride. No hospitality at all. We are all highly upset especially when we also pre paid for his tip. Definitely would never book again.

Our company outing was a huge success. Renting a party bus a awesome idea. Bowie was on time, limo bus was clean, stocked with iced water and the AC was cold for a 100 degree day. Overall very pleased with the services and would definitely call again soon.

These guys are absolutely the best in the business! We booked their amazing party bus for a girls' night out event. Booking process was so easy from start to finish. Iulian (I believe he is the owner) was so helpful and had fantastic suggestions for our weekend of partying. The driver arrived early, made sure everything was perfect for us and made us all feel safe, really looking out for all the girls, going above and beyond, courteous, professional and polite. We rented two vehicles through Roman Limousine's and they were great to work with. From the first call for reservations to the drop-off, the staff was professional, approachable and accommodating. We rented a Escalade stretch limo (14-16 passenger) and the Mercedes party bus for our guests. The cars were BRAND NEW, fresh and clean. I would use Roman again in the future.

I was on my sister’s bachelorette party in Boston and this limousine service was amazing. The driver was very friendly and courteous and everything was right on time. Highly recommended!

Very pleased, and would easily be a 4.5 Most important factors get a 5 star rating: Timeliness and cleanliness. Our driver arrived on-time, to the proper location and with a clean (and sweet!) limo for our group of 30 or so yr olds heading out for a brewery tour around greater Boston. Not only did our driver arrive on time, but he helped keep us on schedule throughout the day.

A few other factors hang out around a 4 star: Customer service, contract terms/process, flexibility. Julian (the owner?) was responsive to my 101 questions leading up to our event. Withholding that 5th star as it didn't always come across as friendly and seemed like he was just answering to answer (not sure I can blame him). The contract was fair and was able to be modified.

Only quam was the awkward final payment being made upon arrival of the bus driver the day of the event. I would prefer that to be taken care of ahead of time. Suggestion: Ask customer in advance of event if it is OK to charge the final payment using the CC on file the day of the event.

We rented a limousine from Roman Limousine for our big day. The service was great and the driver was on time. Everything went smooth and we couldn't have been happier! Highly recommended!

Very dishonest company. I booked Roman Limousine for an company outing to a co-workers wedding. They were nice enough on the phone. Day of the event the bus arrived to pick up the group and it was disgusting. Cups filled with alcohol still from the last event. Drinks left behind in the cooler bin as well. The emergency hatch above was stained with what could have been blood or vomit, no one could tell for sure.

The whole bus seemed like it needed a Clorox wipe. When I had spoken on the phone with Julian to book the bus he told me we'd even have a bathroom. Day of, the driver of the bus informed one of our group that the bathroom was unusable due to some issues they were having. There were no other options for a group this large last minute so everyone went on the bus. Monday I emailed them regarding our issues.

No response. Tuesday I left a voicemail. By the end of the week I received a call back from Julian. Once I explained the issues he basically called our group liars by saying a bathroom was never agreed upon, the driver of the bus told him there was only one dirty cup left, and blood or vomit wouldn't be able to stick to the emergency exit hatch.

He insisted the bus was clean. He said we didn't qualify for a refund, so I stated we wanted half back. He laughed at me and said no way. I asked what he would be willing to do to compensate us for the situation and he said nothing. He said he didn't care if I left a bad review or contacted the BBB. If you don't want to leave your party bus feeling like you have to get your clothes dry cleaned and that you've sat in someone else's sweat, I suggest using a different company.

Such a great company. Loved using Roman Limousine for a special night out on the town (happened to be visiting). So professional, very responsive, made sure we were safe and had fun. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Quite literally tried to rob me. I placed a reservation for a party bus over the phone on Monday. They accepted a $200 deposit. On Tuesday I called and said I no longer needed the bus (found a much better deal elsewhere). The man on the phone told me I would be charged the deposit, to which I replied that they never told me it was non-refundable. They told me "we take our policies very seriously, and we have a no refund policy." I would be fine with this, had they made me aware of the policy in any way prior to booking.

I told them I would just dispute the charge with my credit card company because this was absolutely wrong and we ended the conversation. Shortly thereafter I saw an email. a receipt from these guys for $938. They charged me for the bus that I did not use. I decided I should figure out what their policies are. On the website if you click around for 10 minutes you might eventually find their contract, which states all of their "policies, " including one where if you cancel within X number of days you have to pay full price. That's fine -- but I didn't sign one of these contracts and was not made aware of their policies.

I called back the next morning, absolutely frustrated. I explained that I was never told the deposit was non-refundable, that I never signed a contract, and that I wanted a refund. The person I spoke with threatened that we could "settle this in court, " asked me why I wanted to hurt his business by making a reservation and then cancelling it (as if that was my intention.?), said that he "didn't like the tone I was using" (but honestly, what tone would you be using if this happened to you?) and then when I said I would be leaving yelp, tripadvisor, and BBB reviews about this fiasco, along with disputing all charges with my credit card, the man on the phone said they didn't have time for this and would refund me. Did all of this need to happen? NO, it did not. Stay far away from these guys.

Shopped around and found the best price through this company. Rented the party bus for my wedding party. The bus was fantastic, however the customer service with this company is non-existent. The bill and terms and conditions were not clear or easy to read. Nowhere on the bill did it clearly list a date due for final payment. As with many other wedding vendors, we had a check the day of for the remaining balance.

Rather than attempting to help the situation the driver told us not one person would step foot on his bus. This company also had my credit card information since I paid the deposit with it. However the company never reached out to me with an issue. Once payment was rectified, and we were allowed in the bus, the driver's choice of conversation with us was unprofessional, and put a damper on our big day. It's worth it to pay a little more for a more reputable company. This company does nothing to retain customers.

Used these cats for a group of me and the boys going to a concert and the bus was insane. Great ride, driver was the man, and a really dope bus. Pretty good pricing, I have had a better price in the past from a company close by with a similar bus but they no longer had the bus, but not too bad of a deal.

My company rented this party bus for a corporate outing and it was a terrible experience! The driver did not pull in to where we asked so when we thought he was 20 minutes late, he was really just sitting on the wrong side of the building even though we were calling and received no answer to ask where he was. The worst part was that when we got onto the bus, the entire thing reeked like body odor.

There were also about 100 fruit flies in the bus which was disgusting. We also had 27 people and could barely fit in the fleet for 26-30 people. Needless to say, will never rent or recommend them.

I reserved a party bus a month in advance. When they arrived, I noticed that the audio didn't work on the bus. I pointed it out ( they make you pay for any damage) and told the Asian driver that we would set up and play our own music. He then took a good look at my troop and decided he didnt want to drive us anymore! He cancelled and refused to give me my deposit.

After they cancelled on me for no reason. I had already paid my deposit and had the remaining cash on hand. These people ruined my event! Raggedy, racist, broke down azz business! Never again!

We rented a party bus to transport 15 guests to the cruise terminal for our destination wedding. Everything from our first interaction, through payment, and the actual transportation was amazing. Our driver was early, friendly and helpful, both at pick-up and return. The bus was clean and spacious, we were allowed to bring our own food and drinks. everything was awesome!

Our driver was super friendly and upbeat the entire evening and was responsive to all our requests, including a random stop at 7-11. He was familiar with all the Boston area bars we wanted to visit and got us to all our destinations safely, even in heavy traffic.

This is definitely a high end limousine company, with new vehicles on display I was surprised to get royal treatment having Leo our chauffeur for the night.
Leo showed up 35 min prior to our scheduled pick up, with vehicle fully stocked with ice and water in a new 2016 Party Bus. We was the first customers in this new party bus, delivered weeks before our party.

Driver had a mobile terminal where I swiped my card at the pick up, got everyone on board and the rest is history. Truth to be told is that I had to sign a limo agreement upon booking a reservation and no other company has offered any brings like that, and after reading all terms and conditions, I put my mind at ease knowing that we will be in good hands. Rented the party bus for a birthday this weekend. It was brand-new to the fleet, and so nice! Driver Leo was very professional and fun, got us everywhere we wanted to go and home safe. What a great time! Would definitely recommend this service and use them again for our events.

After a few stressful months at work, my work friends work and I scheduled a night out on the town and hired Roman Limo to chauffeur us around. Our driver was extremely friendly and courteous and brought us safely to multiple destinations in Boston, even in heavy traffic. We were especially psyched that he was cool with making an impromptu stop at 7-11 when we just had to have some Doritos!

Everything went smoothly from the booking to the end of the night. We were also very satisfied with the rates. We shopped around and Roman definitely has the best prices. Highly recommend. One of my friends was so pleased with the service that she's using Roman for her wedding in November.
