A RELIABLE TRANSPORT/LIMOUSINE SERVICES

Sister called to get a quote for limousine for prom, quote was $964.80 for 6 hours. A debit card was required to send the "quote." A reservation email was sent instead. Tried multiple times to contact the owner, owner was rude on the phone and dismissive. Owner even hung up on us on the last phone call when we called to ask for a cancellation email to be sent. For sure will not be booking. Would have loved to be talked to like potential customers, but got scared anyway instead. thanks anyways.

We needed two full days of car service over a very busy weekend in Atlanta. Our driver, Mr. Hassar, was fantastic!. His car was clean and he had waters for all the passengers each time. He was always on time and very flexible as our schedule was unpredictable. He even let us extend when everyone wasn't quite ready to leave yet. Overall great experience! We would definitely use Reliable Limousine Services again and recommend them to others.

Wanted to book this limousine service for a photo shoot. The photo shoot is 30 minutes but was willing to book the 3 hour minimum as advised. Was willing to pay the same price as if I was going to rent it out right. Wanted to keep the initiative going to support a "black business" but giving the reviews, you have to be of "lighter skin" to get business from this company. Advised I would get a call back 7 times already and the response I got was, "I've been busy".

I have been communicating with this company for over a month in an attempt to book. A simple, "ma'am we can't do it or we are not interested would have saved us time and stress". Thanks!

I contracted with Reliable Limousine Services for wedding transportation to support my family's transportation needs and to support our wedding departure needs. We were supported with an executive SUV for the family and a new stretch limo for our wedding departure! I can't say enough good things regarding the professionalism, and timeliness of the drivers.

Reliable Limo is one of the best Limo companies to use in Atlanta. They are always so professional and on time. It is a pleasure to use them for transportation. We will always call them when we need a ride.

I placed a reservation for the car at 4pm. We landed at 3:30p about 25 minutes earlier then we were suppose to. Great. I turned my phone on and at 3:35p I receive a call from the company. I answer of course and when I do I am promptly asked where I was by the driver? I stated we just landed and we're still on the plane. The driver then said you didn't put the address.

I asked what he said just to clarify. He repeated himself and I stated I put the full address on form but will provide it once I am off the plane, stating again we had not left the airplane yet. He did not introduce himself, he did not state where he was calling from. Just where was I at? We make our way to baggage claim. I see drivers from other companies with signs looking for their passengers, but I don't see my name anywhere.

I step outside to look around there. I don't see anyone. I call the number back and asked the gentlemen where could I locate him and he said he was inside my bag claim wearing a blue jacket. I walk over there and asked who he was there to pick up- and all he said was the street address I was going. Again doesn't introduce himself, doesn't know the name of the person he is picking up.

And then we walked what seemed like forever to the car. I got the car service cause I thought it would be easier and quicker. Not the case here. Once in the car it was slamming on brakes and accelerating super fast the whole 45 mins to the hotel. I was car sick by the time I got to the hotel. Which he pulled into the wrong one first and had to head to the correct one.

I'm not sure if I would use this service again. The car was clean but that's the best I can say. He driver seemed nice but is lacking any professionalism when speaking with customers.

I have been using Reliable limousine service for years. I live in California and have a second home in Atlanta. It is a pleasure to have Amos as the first person to welcome me back when I land. Called to request a quote, it was twice the price of Uber, and when I told the man I wasn't interested he just hung up. Very rude.
