PS LIMO SERVICE

Had an amazing experience using the party limo for my daughter's 13th birthday. The driver was sooo nice and took great care of us. We drove all around downtown. The price was good for 4 hours and it was perfect for our small party. I recommend and will, definitely, be using them again.

I have used PS Limo Service for airport transportation from SeaTac to our Renton home several times. Emil and his team are on time and professional every time I ride with them. It's nice to know that you can get into a clean town car or Sprinter van after getting off a crowded airplane. I can wait to use his limousine services for a night on the town in Seattle. I highly recommend PS Limo Service!

I had an early morning flight to catch to LA. It was the first time that I had ever flown with my 4 year old daughter. Saying that my anxiety was through the roof would be an understatement. The name of our driver was Emil. He was professional, on time (even early), very helpful with our luggage, and catered to my daughter by playing a kids movie on his TV display in the back. Drove as if he was born to do the job. Got us there safely and on time.

When we arrived at the airport. He generously helped get our bags onto a cart. I went to pay him along with a tip for his services. He handed me back half of it and told me to use that towards our trip to Disneyland! A blessing! I recommend these guys on every level.

We booked them for transporting our guests from point-to-point. The entire process was quite delightful. Emil helped us in figuring out the correct combination of vehicles we would need and was extremely patient in answering all the questions. I would highly recommend their services.

My work company hired PS Limo Service for our celebration night out. Our driver Emile was awesome! We were kind of a wild group of 12 girls and Emile took care of us like a BOSS! We felt so well taken care of and was very accommodating to our requests. Not to mention, a co-worker and I left our wallets in the limo and he was in constant communication with me the next day to help me retrieve it. You can tell Emile genuinely cares about the people he drives for. I would highly recommend him and this company if you ever need this kind of service!

Great customer service and quality rides. Driver Travis was awesome. Would highly recommend compared to other party bus/limo service companies.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value PS limo service DID NOT SHOW UP. I scheduled a trip to the airport. I received a confirmation. Over 30 minutes pass after the pickup window. THEY NEVER SHOW UP. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Do not trust them with your time they will screw you over. It's a shame that I have to give them even one star. I'm really upset

I've ordered my wedding limo from Seattle limousine and they stood me up on my wedding day and I was terrified, but after calling Emil the owner of PS Limo Service my wedding day became a day to remember again like it should be on such a short notice. There is a reason this company is the third best in Seattle and not the first. They owner is rude and unorganized. No one should rent from this company EVER.

Emil, Was amazing, we were celebrating our son's 21st birthday and were in Ballard at a Mexican restaurant, when we went to leave I had my purse and wallet stole from where we were sitting, long story short had to cancel my credit cards that I would be using to pay for the limo service it took forever to get it all straightened out and Emil worked with us.

He was very patience and understanding with everything. Would highly recommend this limo service to every one and anyone. Thanks Emil for everything my son and his friends had an amazing time. not to say the limo we originally were scheduled to use was under repair and Emil was nice enough to up grade our limo with no extra charge.

I recently used this company for my senior prom, we had a large group of 20 high schoolers. I scheduled with the company to pick us up originally at 4 pm however two weeks in advance we realized we would not be ready until 5pm so I emailed Emil asking if we could push our time back an hour. He responded quickly saying of course, we can have the limo anytime we want.

Unfortunately on the day of prom I received a phone call from Emil saying the limo could no longer come at 5pm and needed to be at my house at 4pm due to over booking. I explained to him that I had only collected enough money from my group for 6 hours and wouldn’t have enough to pay for the hour he needed add. He explained that it was the company’s fault and we would not be charged.

However at the end of the night the driver forced us to pay for the extra hour. After multiple emails and calls with Emil we only received have of the money back for the hour. As high school students we do not have unlimited money and we all worked very hard to pay for this, I feel as though the company scammed us. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

We had a very memorable experience with their limo service. The chauffeur was very considerate and polite and on time as well. We took a 10 seater lincoln towncar stretch limo which was neat and well maintained. Thanks to PS Limo service. We will take it again on our next special occasion!

Great service. I use them for airport transportation weekly for my work and had rent a stretch limo from them for my daughters prom last weekend. They exceeded all my expectations once again. Kids were very happy so as I am, as always great work PS Limo Service.

This company is so beyond ridicules, unprofessional to the extreme and very rude. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. I recently rented a limo from this company for a Bachelorette party we had in Seattle. While calling around I found that Emilo (owner) was helpful. I decided to use his service based on availability (it was also prom in Seattle this weekend) and a decent price.
Emilo stated he needed my Credit card information to reserve the Limo but I would not be charged until we were done for the night.

I asked why they don't take a deposit and he simply stated its not their business model. The driver of the Limo was not friendly at all, I was told I could go anywhere I wanted within the amount of TIME I had the limo for but once I got it the driver stated he was restricted as to where we could go. I was called multiple times by the owner while we were out at dinner and at the bars.

I felt very rushed by the driver who was texting me constantly asking if we were done. I finally told the driver, look I paid for 6 hours and I will let you know where and when we want to go. After that I hoped I could enjoy the night... once we returned home I was called 8 times by Emilo asking why my card was declined. I told him most likely because its a large amount and its 3 am in a town I am not from.

He then started accusing me of trying to rip him off, trying to not pay, asking for special treatment and not listening to anything I had to say. I was trying to trouble shoot with him as to another way we could get him paid, even tried multiple cards. He continued to call me and told me hes been burnt in the past and wasn't going to let it go until the next day.

He wanted me to send a picture of my personal ID and payment card to him via email. Once I refused that (because it is not needed he all ready has my card number) I asked him noumerous time to change his tone with me and to listen and not cut me off while I was specking and I could not get a word in edge wise. I finally spoke up and told him that if he dosnt change his tone toward me that I was going to hang up and would call back in the morning once I clear it with my Card Company.

He then told me not to talk to him like that, hung up on me and he showed up to my rental home!!! It was 4am and he proceeded to ask again and again for my card number and tried a total of 8 times to run my card and another card with no results. After stating that it is very rude and unprofessional numerous time and asking him to change his tone and langue toward me he.

He finally listened and left my home. The payment went through he next morning after we confirmed the transaction with our Credit Card company as we tried to explain the fraud protection policy every card has. He was still very rude and never apologized once. HORRIBLE COMPANY, OWNER, LIMO and DRIVERS!!!!!

Our other regular driver canceled the limo we had ordered weeks before my sons senior prom and literally less than a week before the big day. Everything was booked out, but I ended up getting an SUV from PS. He was very nice, worked around a few neurotic teens, their schedules, etc. Kids were happy. Such is life.

PS Limo Service of Seattle is NOT a service to use if you want quality customer service. They did the bait and switch on which car was to arrive and what was actually used and showed up. We used them for a larger party service and they got lost in downtown Seattle, we missed the entertainment at our party due to driver pulling over because they didn't know where they were?!

We did not feel safe. They did not provide professional customer service at all plus the driver showed up in t-shirt and jeans! After voicing my concerns to Emil, I was brushed off and told I was wrong. Funny because there were several of us on this trip and all had the same experience. I would never recommend PS Limo Service to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Most reliable service ever! Excellent manners. Had two different drivers today, Emil and Armen, like having two friends driving you. Five stars is not enough. Thank You SOOOOO MUCH! Will definitely use in the future!

I've been using PS Limo for 3 years for work travel and they are the best. Emil has a well appointed fleet of cars and is always on time. One of my favorite things is how they track my flights so I don't have to worry if the plane is late. Awesome company, and Emil rocks!

I love this service they are always on time and cars are always very clean. The drivers are very courteous and friendly, I think tis the best limo service in Seattle. I would recomend this company to anybody that is doing any travelling.
