Aggressive and reckless driving with poor customer service. Their driver can swerve into your lane while driving right next to you, push you over into the shoulder while mouthing off to you and they will still blame you. Gross unprofessionalism and zero standards.

Skyhawk provides exceptional service. They are prompt and reliable with a good fleet of luxury vehicles, the owners are honest and good people. They are my preferred Limousine service in the DMV area.

I honestly would not recommend this company. From what I have seen on other reviews they are going to try to excuse themselves. They required payment 2 days in advance if paying through zelle. When the driver showed up 20 mins LATE, first thing he said was that they needed a $300+ payment before we would go anywhere. That was the first red flag. So the driver wasted about 10 mins of our time, then once he picked us up from our "stop", he drove about 10-15 minutes, pulled over 20 mins before our time was over, and said we had to pay for another hour to bring us back to our final destination.

I made the arrangement with Adam but "Ray" was the person of contact. Ray was rude and very unprofessional. When I asked Ray for Adams number he said "look for it, you should have it." This is just a scam to see how they can get more money. I forgot my wallet on the van and turns out they're saying "nothing was found." I tried to make an arrangement to pay for 1/2 an hour which was the time "needed" to arrive to our final destination and Ray refused.

Not sure if Ray is an owner or a contractor but I am surprised he has a business. He was disrespectful and said he was going to show up and kick us off the bus personally unless we paid for an hour. If thinking about booking, book somewhere else unless you are prepared to hand out money.

This business is unorganized, unprofessional, and only cares about extorting you for more money. We had the misfortune of dealing with this business because the original company we wanted to work sourced our deal out to Skyhawk. The driver showed up late and then waisted 10-15 minutes discussing our payment, which had been paid in full two days prior.

On our ride back home, Ray instructed our driver to pull over and not drive until we paid for another hour. The driver pulled over when we still had 25 minutes left of our 4-hour arrangement. The van sat on side of the road as our time ran out and we got no where in our talks with Ray. He was continuously aggressive and threatening over the phone.

We were left stranded 40 minutes away from our homes. Bottom line, stay far away from this "business." Also, here are some pictures that I took of the van on that day to prove that we did use this service.

I truly do not know why you would use any other limo service in the DMV area. I have nothing but incredible things to say about our experience with this company. Our driver was right on time and was sooo professional throughout the whole night. Wherever we wanted to go, And took us there safe. Started on U street, toured the monuments and ended up at MGM!

There is NO competition with the prices they have to offer, we had 8 friends in the stretch hummer for a surprise party and the limo experience was the best part of the night. Communication was amazing with the company, they answered every question I had. We will always plans to use them every time we need limos. THANK YOU SKYHAWK

I hesitate to write negative reviews as I realize how powerful they can be for the success/demise of a small business. However, this negative review is justified and a warning to others. I booked through Mark at Skyhawk Limo an airport ride to include 6 family members and 4-5 pieces of luggage. The pick up time was scheduled for 4:45 am. We needed to leave very early (4:45am) on a Tuesday to fly out of Ronald Reagan.

I paid upfront and was told all was processed. By 4:55am, on the day of our flight, there was no driver. I called mark who told me a driver would be at my home in 15-20 minutes. I then received a call from the driver who sounded groggy and stated he'd be 30 minutes. We are 25 minutes from the airport. Not acceptable. We were flying 4 adults and two small children internationally for the holiday. And, with the Covid restrictions I knew it would add time to our check-in.

I told Mark since we had to drive ourselves with no other timely option he ethically should be responsible for our daily parking fee (24.00 per day) we would be gone 6 days. We have been home now for 10 days and I haven't heard anything from him or any Skyhawk rep. Be careful as this company is not reliable. Beth D'Agostino

I booked this service in December, 2021, for an early (4:45am) trip to the airport. There would be 4 adults and 2 children with 6 bags of luggage. Given it was an international flight (and Covid restrictions) we figured we needed to get there with extra time for our 7:00 am flight. I began to panic when no one called or showed up by 5:00am. I called the manager, Mark, on his cell and it seemed obvious I woke him.

He said he'd have a driver there in 20 minutes. "Not going to work" for us. I told him, as the airport is a 25 minute trip. We frantically "threw" everyone and all the bags in our SUV and raced to the airport. 2 family members had the kids strapped in with them. Not safe but I had no other option. We were forced to pay a daily parking rate of 24.00/day (6 days total) as there was no time for a shuttle from long-term parking.

I told Mark the company should be "ethical" and reimburse us these fees. As of today, January 12, I haven't heard from anyone in response to this fiasco. I would stay far away from this company particularly if you are traveling to the airport. They don't show up and don't reimburse for their errors.

The most professional limousine service in the DMV area. Clean and safe Limo for our trip and the driver was very accommodating to me and my friends! They had a lot of different vehicles to choose from and the rates were very reasonable considering the competition.

Skyhawk Limousine was absolutely awesome in all around service. They had the best price around for a 4 hour stretch limo ride and Alex, our driver, took care of my daughter (21st birthday) and friends with upmost professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Family owned business, provides many options of transportation, clean vehicles and friendly staff.

The driver Abbas was amazing! He showed up early and was super friendly. Would use this company just to get him as a driver again. The bus was very nice, new and clean. I would have given this a 5 star rating, but taking off one star because the aux cord/Bluetooth sound system didn't work after specifically requesting/asking that the bus had a working sound system to play our own music.

The experience we had with Skyhawk from booking the reservation to the exceptional service with Riz was way beyond our expectations. Riz went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of even to the extent of allowing us to continue to have the limo service past our scheduled time. We booked the limo the same day we needed it and it never seemed at any point that we were an inconvenience.

We celebrated my husbands birthday and Riz made us feel so special the whole night. It was my first experience in a limo and we will certainly be booking with sky hawk and especially with Riz again. Thank you Riz and Sky Hawk for making Friday a memorable night for all of us. Your service is outstanding and we will be recommending you to everyone.

THE BEST! I had contacted them a couple of weeks before my event and they were the only ones that had the stretch limo (brand and color--white Hummer) that I wanted, in this area. Very accommodating, car was clean, driver was punctual and patient. Every staff member I made contact with was very courteous and they genuinely cared about my needs for my event. They will be the only ones I contact for limo in this area! Thank you again!

Excellent service. Drivers are always on time, usually 15 minutes early. The cars are spotless, the drivers are well trained, courteous and professional. So far, it's been three years of satisfaction.

We rented a party bus from Skyhawk Limousine for our wedding in August. I emailed Skyhawk limo for a quote, and they were very responsive and sent back a couple of options. We were deciding between the stretch SUV limo and the party bus. I asked for pictures of the vehicles and was directed to their website. The picture of the party bus, depicted a vehicle that was very spacious, could fit between 20-25 people.

The week of the wedding, I emailed my contact at Skyhawk limo to confirm. I had clearly laid out our timeline in my original email to Skyhawk, when I emailed to confirm they informed me that they had incorrectly completed my pricing, and that the services I requested would be at least $500 more. Since this was two days before the wedding, our budget was maxed out, I talked the guy down to an additional $100, but it was ridiculous that they were trying to charge me more for a mistake on their behalf.

The party bus arrived the day of the wedding to pick up me and my bridesmaids to take us to the venue. The driver was prompt and very friendly, great service on his end. My contact at Skyhawk assured me that the party bus would comfortably fit the 9-13 people that were in my bridal party. Now it fit me and my 6 bridesmaids no problem, but our return trip to the hotel after the wedding the bus barely fit the 13 people it was supposed to.

We had several couples sitting on laps, and we were all incredibly squished. When I contacted Skyhawk limo after the wedding to discuss the issues we had, all they responded with was that the vehicle could legally fit 14 people, I am assuming the only way it could do that would be having two people sit up with the driver and the other 2 on the roof? Overall, I was very displeased with Skyhawk limo, their unwillingness to put their customer first, and inaccurate/confusing vehicle descriptions on their website. I would strongly advise against hiring them for your wedding.

We rented the Escalade SUV Limo for a Holiday Lights Tour around the DMV a week ago! We had a great time and our driver safely got us to all of our destinations. The limo arrived on time, was stocked with glasses and bottled water, and was very clean. We liked that the price was all inclusive and Skyhawk was super responsive to all of our questions before we booked.

The reason I am giving our experience only 3 stars is because we were told the limo fit up to 20 adults, we asked this question specifically a couple of times, and were told there would be plenty of room for our group. We had 16 adults and 1 child, so 17 people in total. Unfortunately, the limo didn't seat anywhere near 20 people. We had 3 people that had to sit on the floor of the limo for the entire 5 hours we were driving around looking at lights.

The limo really only comfortably sat 14-15 people. We are all small people, so I don't think it was a size thing. It wasn't a big deal as our group just made it work and didn't let it ruin our time, but we felt a little misled by the capacity of the limo. Skyhawk Customer Service reached out the following day for feedback and I mentioned the capacity issue, I said while we made it work and still had a great time, they may want to consider my feedback for future bookings of other groups as it could be much more bothersome to others than it was to us. I never received a response. I was a little surprised I never heard back from them apologizing for the issue and/or thanking me for my feedback.

We hired Skyhawk Limousine for my mother-in-law's birthday. We wanted to take her on a wine tour of Virginia and we couldn't have asked for a better company to provide the limo service. Our driver, Martin, was right on time. He was very professional and attentive. I thought we would have issues with the limo driving up some of the steep vineyards driveways, but Martin had no issues taking them on.

After getting settled in the vineyards, we realized we had forgotten a couple of things in the vehicle. We texted our driver and he was back within a couple of minutes. The interior of the limo was very clean and we had plenty of room. We'll definitely use this company again for any limo needs!

I bought their livingsocial deal for $246 for three hours. Additional hours were quoted at $95 an hour. I sent them my itinerary for a brewery/distillery tour around DC for my birthday - which is what was advertised for on the livingsocial deal. My itinerary was very specific and I asked for the extra time I needed. Looking at the confirmation they sent the first time they hadn't scheduled for all the hours I had sent them in my intinerary, so I had them modify it. Looking at the second confirmation they still had missed one hour, but I figured that it would be fine as I have rented limos before and going over just required the extra payment for that hour.

And they couldn't seem to get it right anyway. It is also said "estimated" drop off time, so I figured this should be fine. The day comes and the driver arrived mostly on time and the limo was ok, except that it still had someone's balled up receipt and bottle opener in the seat - ok, fine. It got bad after our first stop - he literally dropped us at our first location and only then, after picking us up did the driver tell us that the credit card I used for the limo payment didn't work and that he wouldn't be able to run another card - that we had to pay him in cash ($320 after the deal I already bought).

Since I didn't have my debit card, my sister actually got the cash out and gave it to him - he made us stop right away at a nearby ATM to get the cash before going further. No receipt. He specifically said to us that the drop off time would be 5pm, which is actually what I originally had wanted and said to them in the first place. My guests all knew the itinerary as well, so we said yeah that is fine.

Perhaps he mis-spoke, but all of us heard drop off at 5pm - and when 4pm came around he said we went over our time. Even at the last stop he said we would need to be back in time to have 45 minutes to get home - and we all understood and we're back at 4:15 in order to get back home by 5pm. At that point we all argued with him and he acted like we were crazy in hearing him specifically say 5pm drop off.

We ended up getting out of the limo then and taking an uber back home. Communication is not their strong suit, and neither is their practice of waiting until the middle of your limo use to tell you that your original credit card payment didn't work. If I'm going to pay more than $100 an hour (with tip and extra fuel charges on top of the fare) on what is supposed to be a deal, then I expect way more than this - next time I'll just uber around in an SUV for all my friends and save a bunch of money. Especially when their limos are starting to show their wear.

Excellent service, had a lovely driver called Bilal. He arrived 30mins early and was very friendly and attentive. Driving was smooth and stressfree. Would highly recommend this company. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you very much

Clean newer cars. They always have water. You can expect them to show 10 minutes prior to expected time.

We used Skyhawk Limousine to go from Washington D.C. to Cambridge, MD and a few days later, from Cambridge to Reagan Airport. and we couldn't be any happier. They arrived on time both times. They were extremely professional and the vehicle was brand new. The drivers were very courteous and patient despite having a bit of a rowdy group. The prices were also the best I found. I highly highly recommend.

I rented a car from this company, they overcharged my credit card. When I call them back they were so rude and did not refund money.

Used them twice this month and both times they was an issue with the price. First time a person talked to me and send me a contract, a week later I get a "modified" contract which was approximately $70 more. I ask about it and their explanation was the first contract was incorrectly written. I send the multiple emails back and forth about this showing how the pricing was exactly as discussed, they refused and wanted to hold me to the magically "modified" rate, finally they write back and grudgingly say "We will uphold the first contract but the employee has been let go for the error"? WOW.

Since they finally upheld their original contract, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I went back to them two weeks later, we signed a contract for a 6 hour van rental, they arrived on time, but took over 30mins to get the video and TV working, somethign I specifically asked for and had written in my contract. Even with the delay we returned from our trip at the designated time, the driver proceeded to sit outside my driveway for another 15 mins and they charged me an additional hour for that 15 mins, claiming we arrived back late.

They did not take a signature from me for end time. This was for my kids birthday party group and I have multiple text messages I sent to parents telling them we were back and to come pick up their kids before the contract rental time was up. We have been going back and forth on this but they take your credit card up front and do not take any signatures at the end. Beware.

And if that is not enough, the driver made a fuss about the van being dirty and how he cleaned it for us, but we did not eat a thing on the bus, nor play anything. Everyone sat down and watched movies. I will never use them again and have filed a complaint with the BBB. First time I have ever had to do this with a company but twice in one month seemed too bad.

They try to work with you to match competitor pricing and they are ever so slightly cheaper - $685 for a 6 hour rental vs $725 from other companies (much better reputed ones) but they make it up in this shady manner. I have seen other complaints from users exactly the same on this company.would never recommend, would not reuse even free.

I travel a fair amount and most often use a car service vice a taxi to get from downtown DC where I live to the airport. I received a Groupon from my mother to try this company and it was an odd experience. I booked thinking the company might call to offer a new client a return trip as well and there was no follow up and I had to call them to confirm the booking, needless to say I only used them going one way.

I was heading to vacation and had checked my email when I arrived noticing I was charged over $102.00 for the one way to IAD (they take a CC to hold the spot.) Had to go back and forth with the company several time to get the bill sorted out and I think I was still overcharged, but they wore me out with going back and forth. There were added fees that were not clear. Would not use again, but the driver was nice enough and was on time.

Customer service is an important aspect of any Yelp review and in this case it is the core of my issue with Skyhawk Limousine. I had been checking multiple car services to book for my 10 year wedding anniversary. I saw them listed on Yelp and called them for their rates. Attempt #1 - connected me to a gentlemen with a loose grasp of English who simply answered "Limo." I explained that I was looking for package rates and he said he'd transfer me.

After 5 minutes of auto-loops between sections of their phone system it hung up on me. Attempt #2 - I was put directly into their phone system without any human interaction. Auto-loop hell and. disconnected again. Attempt #3 - same as before. How does a company expect to do business when they can't even answer the phone? Don't let the automated system's female with an English accent fool you into thinking this place is sophisticated. I was sorely disappointed by their utter disregard for new business.

I have been using Skyhawk for 8years and they are totally reliable, fast, professional and competitively priced. They pick up your luggage at your doorstep, offer amenities, clean cars and well dressed pro drivers. I never have to worry about if they are going to show up because they are there 5-10m early. Rates are competitive to a cab so why slum it;

My wife and I were all set for an 8 day trip to Florida. Rather than pay the daily parking rate at DCA, we tried Skyhawk Limo luxury sedan service as Skyhawk's price was less than the parking fee at DCA. The driver arrived at our house on time and installed our child's car seat. He also loaded two heavy suitcases in the trunk. Before we knew it, we were at the airport.

Our return flight was just as nice. Before we knew it, we were home and ready to unpack. Skyhawk took all the hassle out of airport travel and charged a reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Skyhawk Limousine provides very good service to me and my team for local DC based travels (airport, train station and local offices). They are always on time, have clean vehicles, very courteous team, very good customer service and correct invoicing. I personally enjoy their service.

I have been using Skyhawk Limousine for over 5 years. What started out as corporate transportation to and from airports & train stations has expanded to include concerts, weddings and nights out. Bilal and everyone on his team are extremely professional, courteous (taking my bag to the door even!!) and EXTREMELY dependable. Although Skyhawk's service is well above the others in the area... their rates are very competitive with other limos and even when compared to taxi/cabs they are cheaper!!! Skyhawk is the only choice for me and my colleagues at work.
