Sabra Limo Service Seattle

I was a customer of Sabra for over 4 years. In my most rent trip, I was overcharged by over 30%. Albert does not want to help customers, not even loyal ones. He only wants to surprise customers with surcharges and extra fees. If he would do that to a customer who gave him thousands of dollars, what will he do to you? Save your money and go with businesses that are ethical and appreciative of your money.

Booked a sprinter van several months in advance for a round trip from the airport to the cruise terminal for a party of 12. I called because we got to Seattle early and was ready at 10:30, and was informed my pick up time was 11 am but he would tell him to get there earlier if possible. He finally showed up at 11:20, but as our cruise check in time was 11:30-12:00 we figured it would still be ok as we were told it was a 20-30 minute drive.

After 20 min of riding and no longer seeing water, my husband asked the driver "we are going to the cruise terminal, right?", the driver looked shocked and said "Now?" He had some address way up on some Hill, and the opposite direction of the cruise port! He said he was given the wrong address, and that it happens all the time! We finally got to the cruise terminal way past our check in time (but was sure charged the full amount for the trip).

When we returned, we had already prebooked Sabra so had no choice but to use them again, but we made sure and told the driver before we left that we were going straight to the airport (which apparently wasn't the address he had AGAIN!) If you use this company, confirm your address several times or no telling where you will end up.

My son wasn't sure he was going to have a date for the senior prom and the day before the prom he asked me if it was possible to get a limo. I told my son not to expect anything this late notice. I called and we were lucky enough to get the last one available for that night. The process of registering and paying online was super easy and efficient.

I wasn't sure what to expect but WOW was I impressed! The driver was early, dressed immaculately, provided same level service to a young high school senior and his girlfriend, as he would provide a movie star! The limo was incredible and so was the entire experience. You guys made his special night perfect and if I ever need your services again, I'll come back to you. Thank you and I will recommend you to everyone.

Booked a reservation to be picked up from hotel at 9am. Driver didn't show up. Called office and was told 10 more minutes. I waited and still no driver. called again and was told a few more minutes. I said my reservation was for 9am. not 9:05 and certainly not 9:26 when I called and told the guy to just cancel. For $200 I don't expect to be stuck in a hotel lobby or standing on a sidewalk waiting for my ride and I was only traveling 3 miles to cruise terminal. worst experience ever!

Then I stated about a meet and greet and guy on phone States driver won't come in lobby. He charged me an additional $25 for a meet and greet for a driver that doesn't come to lobby! I would never recommend this service.

Albert and his team 100% exceeded my expectations. My wife was literally stranded at the airport on a frantic Friday evening. Sabra Limo saved the day and got her home safely for me. I am extremely grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Very pleased with the Round Trip Airport service. Requested a quote & booked online about 9 days in advance. Mehmet was our driver both stages of our trip. Prompt, courteous, helpful with drop-off & pickup a few days later. We requested the Lincoln MKT which was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable & had lots of storage space for our luggage & my father's large-wheeled walker/mobility device. I have used this company three times now. They are always reliable, professional, and very clean. The price can be better than Uber at times. Highly recommend Lawrence as a driver, but I have only had good experiences with every employee

I've been using Sabra for years and they never disappoint. The drivers are always professional, on-time, and of higher quality than ride share services. Lawrence was our driver today for a complicated move with lots of baggage and he was just lovely and helpful. Albert, the guy who books the reservations, is so nice. Lawrence deserves nothing less than a 10 star rating! He played a valuable role in making our Wedding Day (12/23/2021) so memorable! He picked us up promptly at 11am, showed us how to use the music and the heater and at 8pm returned us to our home. You can tell that Lawrence truly loves his job with his kindness and professionalism. We would highly recommend using Sabra and if you do, request Lawrence as your driver!

ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST COMPANY! Beware! Believe the bad reviews! Booked a round trip pickup to and from the airport through Expedia and these people picked me up everything went smooth when we got picked up from the airport and then we were dropped off at the hotel and they demanded I pay them cash? I told them I payed through Expedia the driver gets the dispatch on the phone and the dispatch tells me Expedia never paid them so I need to pay they were at my hotel lobby demanding me to pay on Christmas Day to top it off! Noone I could call that day so I just payed them and he assured me this is a round trip price and sends me an invoice that it was paid I thought ok this is all Expedias fault and I will dispute with them come a weekday, but then my pickup day came and this company was no where to be found! They pocketed my cash and probably more from the third party company! Do not trust these people!

Terrible first impression. I called the 24/7 dispatch number and a gentleman answered, the rest of the conversation was a total headache. There must have been a bad signal or something (which is understandable) but i didnt care for his demeanor or attitude. i dont know if he was having a bad day or what. He shouldn't be answering the phones period. Any way, he quoted me $200 for a one way service Magnolia to SeaTac. Yeah right.

Lawrence was our driver this weekend and was excellent from start to finish! He took the time to show us how to hook up the music and use the temperature controls. Thank you Mehmet! You were better than great! Excellent company! My 84 year old mom needed a ride to to the airport and we wanted to make sure she was supported through the entire process. Mehmet arrived early so no stress during the holiday rush and he waited patiently until my mom was ready. He assisted her with her baggage and walker, checking her in curbside and supporting the airline to get her a wheel chair.

He was kind, friendly, super supportive, and very professional. We will definitely request him again. My mom said he was adorable : and he went above and beyond to make the ride a wonderful experience. --You're gonna be lucky if you get him to drive you!

This was my first time using this service, which I got for peace of mind as I went to and from a stressful doctor's visit. It was absolutely wonderful. I rode with Lawrence who was outstanding. From the moment we met, he put me at ease with his kind, caring, friendly, and professional manner. He was an excellent driver who kept safety in mind at all times and had a positive frame of mind.

The ride was smooth and COMPLETELY stress free. In fact, the safe and comfortable environment Lawrence created with his professionalism and care even made a very difficult doctor's visit less horrible. I felt relieved to be returning back to this vehicle for my ride home, knowing I would have a safe space and kind person to ride with. If you are looking for transportation that will make your life less stressful, I highly recommend this service, especially with Lawrence as the driver.

Lawrence was the epitome of excellent customer service, he was prompt, and communicated clearly about everything I needed to know to enjoy my experience fully. When traffic got crazy, he let me know and communicated with me before he shifted the route so I wouldn't be concerned about the different path he took to my friend's house. He made sure that the special request was met, he was great about giving me his number so I could communicate when we were heading down from dinner.

He offered to take pictures for my friend and I so we could have even more ways to remember the night. At the end of the evening he made sure I was able to make it safely into my home before he left. I felt like a princess and well cared for on my special night out. Lawrence definitely helped make that happen. 10 stars from my perspective, but the rating stopped at 5.

Just came home from a weekend in Seattle with 15 hockey players and 3 coaches. Sabra Limo was amazing. I can't believe how smoothly everything went with airport pick up and drop off. Our drivers were professional and kind. Mehmet even brought a box full of Dick's hamburgers for my team at pick up because he knew they would be starving after their game on our return to the airport. It was my first time visiting Washington. When Lawrence picked me up, he was a perfect gentleman, put his mask on, and put my luggage away along with opening the car door for me. Lawrence played some cool, jazz music for our trip. I told Lawrence that I didn't get to see Seattle during my time in Washington, and because we had time before my flight, Lawrence offered to take me the long way to the airport so he could show me the Seattle area. Lawrence was born and raised in Seattle and gave me the 101 on basically EVERYTHING.

He even made it a point to stop at certain landmarks so I could take a picture! We had a great chat on the way to the airport and I truly appreciate Lawrence's hospitality. I had the pleasure of riding with Lawrence this past weekend. I was in a group of 10 women and Lawrence was so courteous and professional. He made sure he was dropping us off in safe locations (we were down in SODO, can be sketchy). He was on time picking us up and made sure we were on time to each new destination we visited. Our driver, Lawrence, was awesome. He texted us before our bags came out of baggage claim, and then came around and picked us up as soon as we had our bags and were at the curb. Very polite and courteous - and we shared some good laughs too!

I wish I could give them zero stars, but one will have to do. Every cliché you ever heard about limo service operators is true in this case. This is a bad joke, not a business. I can go on and on about how I was wronged, but I don’t have the time, just trust me on this, they suck.

The pickup was fine. The booster I asked for was accommodated and the driver was on time. However when we were supposed to be picked up to leave for the airport the driver showed up and asked where our booster was and suggested they were not doing boosters because of COVID which is crap because we had one days prior. He simply forgot it and pretended that was the reason.

If that were the reason someone would have called me. Then the owner had the audacity to suggest that I strap my 6 yo child into a regular car with no booster and he said "oh my god" when I suggested how unsafe it was. He said it wasn't illegal in WA state to not have a booster. I was late and because of it we had no opportunity to eat and me, my 6 yo son and husband went 7 hours without eating because airlines are not feeding people on the flights.

Outstanding service. In the middle of this coronavirus the MKX SUV was spacious and spotless with hand sanitizer in the back for passengers. I didn't get the drivers name but she was fantastic. From now on Sabra is my ride to and from SEATAC (and if I ever need a limo for other occasions).

I booked the car service for an international flight earlier in the week and the day before my pick up they raised the price via a new invoice sent directly to my email, with a difference of over $50. I responded in email, with the expectation the original price (still at over $100) would still be honored and when i asked for an owner to call me, they did not. A person named Albert called; he was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I should've read the other reviews first. Lesson learned!

Communications was very easy, the drivers prompt and very attentive to our needs. Most of all the price was appropriate for the value. Definitely highly recommended the next time you need airport transport.

Please review their contract. They can change vehicles, cancel your reservation due to weather and not give you a refund. They have good google reviews but not so good on yelp. We reserved a stretch Escalade for a company Christmas party and I had to negotiate the contract as there were too many loop holes for them to give my less than what I paid for or charge way more than they agreed to.

After going back and forth and redlining a third of their contract we came to terms. I now know why they write these one sided terms. They called the day of the scheduled pick up to ask if I was still interested to which I responded "of course". They tried to tell me that they never received my signed contract and wanted me to sign a new one "without my redline". Informed them I already signed and sent it back and have proof it was sent.

They then informed me that the Escalade was broken down but would send the Hummer instead. At this point it was too late to try and find another service so I reluctantly agreed. I will say the driver was on time, pleasant and a good driver. However, the Hummer smelled like a dog kennel and the heat didn't work which was very disappointing as several of the passengers were ladies in dresses.

Once everyone was back to their destination and my wife and I were dropped off I confirmed with the driver that the gratuity was included in the charge. I specifically confirmed this on the contract. He told me that it wasn't so I felt obligated to give him a separate tip. I would not recommend these guys. I'm guessing the majority of their high ratings on Google are for standard town car rides to and from the airport. I can tell you from personal experience that they're not good on the luxury limo service side.

Picked up at 4:30 AM dark in an over 55 mobile home park where the sequence of home numbers makes no sense, I had hope that the dispatcher, Albert, who input my instructions perfectly would get me my ride on time. My driver called me once into this gated community to tell me he would assist me with my luggage and to wait inside. My driver was groomed, the vehicle was spotless, enjoyable conversation, temperature inside car was my choice and I arrived at SeaTac in luxury.

Driver was more than 20 minutes late for an airport run. it was a mini SUV of some sort. the brakes sounded like the metal was just grinding. he took the long way there and then wanted to drop me in arrivals with 2 bags and a laptop case and a purse. not worthy of stars. I called to complain and cancel return trip. they still charged me for the return. and never apologized even.

We arranged for private car service through Sabra Limo to pick us up at our hotel near SeaTac Airport and take us to the cruise port for an Alaska cruise. We were very pleased with the service. The car was on time and the ride was nice--beautiful, clean car and courteous driver. There were four of us, which made other shuttle services more expensive, and we had lots of luggage that was handled well at pickup and dropoff.

I also liked that the quote included the car fee and tip--all inclusive and handled ahead of time. We couldn't have been happier with the start to our trip with this service.

The drivers are on time, even early, and are friendly and professional. I am so pleased to feel safe, secure and comfortable riding in a clean leather-seated sedan with an excellent, considerate driver. My travels to Sea-Tac from Sammamish have now become a pleasurable and trouble-free part of my journey.

I rented a 14 passenger Lincoln Navigator Luxury Stretched SUV and expected this to arrive and be a luxury limo. They had a 22 person stretched Hummer and in that you would generally think I'd be giving 5 stars for getting something bigger for the same cost. Sadly this one was ran down and smelled of mildew. The side glass was shattered and there was rust all over the bottom.

The A/C didn't work and the step bars to get in were bent. Normally I'd give this a one star but the driver was nice and the got us to our hotel without a hitch. When I asked them where the nice Navigator was that I ordered he told me the didn't have a Navigator in their fleet. Photo below from my reservation clearly shows what I ordered.

I NEVER write reviews, but the service was so HORRIBLE that I have to write one. First off, we needed a town car last minute to pick us up from a private airport so we could attend a concert. ONLY needing a driver for the hours of arrival to the time we needed to fly back (Literally 5 hours). The dispatcher didn't even have proper communication skills, nor did he sound very educated or thrilled with his job.

The guy overall sounded like he hated his job. Now, the driver was even worse. Not only did he look like he walked out of a club after staying up for 24 hours, but he was a HORRIBLE driver. He talked on his phone WHILE driving, and he didn't follow the instructions we were giving him. The unfortunate thing is there is NOT ONE GOOD THING to say about this company.

I want you guys to know, you really need to step up your game. A complete 360 from how you're running your business now. The way you dispatch, the way your driver looks and acts, drives, and not to mention town car etiquette. You drove 3 very important people. A senator, a governor, and a civil rights activist. Immensely disappointed with this company. If you're reading this -DO NOT BOTHER.

Do not use their service unless you are willing to have your bill be twice what you anticipated. I did an online search, got a quote, set up confirmation for use, got the email reservation listing the cost due at $0.00, I foolishly assumed because it meant the total was due at the time of service, used the service, and got billed for more than twice the quote.

When I called in to ask, the guy was very argumentative, telling me I would have never gotten a quote for that price, "You would never get a car for that rate." Well I'm sorry, I've never booked a car or limo before, I did not know what to expect when booking, so forgive me for not questioning the rates. He would not even work with me to figure out the confusion with the online quote and booking, nor was he willing to even refund a portion of my bill.

I had the original email listing the quote but he wouldn't listen. He was very dismissive and acted like I had to just deal with it. Avoid their company by all means possible!

I'm giving a rating of 2 instead of 1 because the driver/owner was very friendly and the drive from Pier 91 to the airport was nice. However, we were supposed to be picked up at 9:30am and he arrived at 10:20am (our flight boarded at 11:40am). We called and called, always told he was a few minutes away. We would have preferred to be told the truth instead of waiting and watching for so long.

He told us he had a driver call in sick which is why he picked us up himself. However, we were with my 80 year old grandparents at a pick up line by the cruise terminal. There were no restrooms close by and due to his telling us he was "almost there" for 50 minutes they did not leave to use the restroom which made for an uncomfortable 30 minute drive to the airport.

On a positive note, we also used this service to be picked up from the airport upon our arrival in Seattle and this was a 5 star experience. The driver was right on time and the drive was pleasant.

I traveled to Seattle and I rented a Sabra limo because I didn't know the city and had plenty of meetings. First, I gave them all my details of the trip, where I need to be, and when, and even though many companies boast with great coordination, I always end up telling the drivers again where I need to be and when to pick me up. This wasn't the case with Sabra.

They greeted me at the airport, helped me with the luggage, and took me to the hotel. Car was really nice and had a luxurious feel to it. definitely a newer model. I called to book again, but they said that they already booked drivers for all the times I sent them, and that the driver is already o his way to pick me up. Great! I had some extra time between two meetings and the driver suggest I visit some of Seattle's landmarks. That is why whenever Im in Seattle, I will use them for sure.

We had a group of teenage girls in downtown Seattle that we wanted to get home safely during a 16th birthday event. The girls were so excited to ride in a limo. Imagine our delight when the limo that pulled up was cardinal red. The driver was courteous, very professional and early. He navigated traffic beautifully and accommodated our needs. I appreciate how well he dealt with 8 excited teenage girls. This was my first experience renting a limo and I was very pleased.

Sabra Limo service in Seattle has proved that they are the best limo and airport transportation so far.

We had a nice, clean SUV and the service was great from Sea-Tac to cruise port. They worked with us on adjusting our pick up time when we got off of the ship earlier than expected.

Wonderful, punctual service! Our driver met us at Hyatt Olive 8 and took us to Smith Cove for our Alaska cruise. We've used other car services in Seattle, but Sabra Limo will be out go to from now on. Our driver was so friendly. It was a short but pleasant drive. I even changed my time and Geno was so accommodating.

I arranged for a car to pick me up from the airport and take me to Tacoma. My driver was promt, professional and very nice. I would recommend this company to any one needing transportation.

It takes effort to be genuinely warm and welcoming at 2a.m., but our driver, Ardell, managed it with panache. He chatted with sleepy kids while we made our last checks of the luggage; he got us all safe and comfortable very quickly; and he even did a u-turn back to our home when we realized we'd accidentally brought the house phone with us. Service above and beyond, and all greatly appreciated as a good start to a family adventure. Thank you!
