Used this service while on a business trip to Hawaii during this COVID era. Upon arrival the Honolulu Airport does require you to fill out paper work and go through a bunch of procedures before you are able to exit to the baggage claim. I was met by a Platinum Greeter who assisted me with my bags to the chauffeur. The vehicle was equipped with all the safety precautions.
There was a sneeze guard between the driver and myself. Mask was required before entering and the chauffeur offered me hand sanitizer. Although newspaper and water were not out, the chauffeur did have them in the back in requested. I was impressed with the safety protocols that this company has gone through. They sanitize and "fog" the vehicles and also offer cashless tipping (see picture) utilizing Venmo.
This does come in handy as it minimizes any risk of transferring germs. Thank you again. I had called many companies and many didn't answer the phone or even respond back to my emails.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was traveling from Aulani to the Honolulu airport. The young man who drove refused to wear a mask and told me the COVID-19 pandemic wasn't real. He repeatedly told me that the pandemic was based on "pseudoscience." He also spent the ENTIRE drive pestering my husband and I about our religion. We were even very vocal about being extra cautious of the pandemic and he basically just laughed at us.
He badgered us about religion to such a point that both my husband and I honestly thought we were going to end up at a religious cult instead of the airport. This was THE WORST and scariest experience of my life.

Thank you for being open during this Covid times. My family was a little hesitant about using taxi's or shuttles as the cleanliness is an issue. I believe most visitors will be using private in the months coming. Luxury car with good service. I was surprised that car was given so quickly in time in Airport. The staff is very polite and sociable. My parents had wedding anniversary, I couldn't amaze how to surprise them. I decided to get vacation for all our family in Honolulu Hawaii. And i wanted to make good surprise for my parents. Very very nice long, black stretch limousine to take a ride back to the Honolulu airport! Limo is very nice on the inside. Clean. Lots and lots of room. Lighting is great. A little surprised to see Red Solo cups and no drinks available. The driver, who is extremely friendly (didn't get his name unfortunately) offered us bottled water from his cooler in the front seat. Overall very nice! Great way to end a fantastic vacation! Total cost including tip was right at $200. Mahalo Platinum Limousine!!!
