My name is Arnesa and I was organizing the meeting in Tampa that took place April 20-21 in Tampa. We have hired Barracuda Travels to transport our attendees on April 20-21. We had an exceptional service with your staff. Ms. Debbie is an awesome, fun lady. It was a pleasure working with her and we look forward to working with your company in the near future.

Jamie is an amazing driver; she had a challenging assignment this week and handled it well. The challenge was not contacting Barracuda directly, which we will do next time, for sure!

They were my transportation company for my wedding and did awesome! The driver was safe and on time. They work with us to make this event the best possible and stress free for us.

On 2/25/22 our school participated in college tours from Tampa to Tallahassee. Barracuda travels provided the transportation. The service was great, timely, and accommodating. Used Barracuda for multiple shuttle runs for our daughter's wedding. Needed them to transport the bride and bridesmaids to the wedding and guests between the venue to the local hotel. Both were obviously very important and key to keeping things running smoothly for the day. Barracuda did an excellent job by providing two professional drivers and were quite reliable. I highly recommend them. Steve, the owner, is quite personable and professional.

We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us this past weekend! Our son got married this past weekend in Plant City and they transported the bridal party to the venue, the groomsmen to the venue, and our guests to the venue from our hotel in Brandon at all different times. They were on time always! At the end of the night they returned everyone back to the hotel.

The owner, Steve, noticed the amount of guests we had and made sure he had two buses there at the end of the night. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would ABSOLUTELY use them again! Thank you for everything!

Barracuda Travels has been fabulous. We have a girlfriendsfungroup club where a group of 30 girlfriends go out shopping and eating and having fun. The bus is a huge hit. He picks us up at our clubhouse parking lot in the mornings and drops us off in the afternoons. Don't have to worry about parking or driving and we can just visit and watch the scenery. Steve is an awesome driver and always on time! -- Would highly recommend them!

This was our first experience with Steve, Vivian and the Barracuda team, but I can tell you this, it won't be our last. Prompt, professional and always willing to go the extra mile every time! They provided transportation for the Spirit of Cigar City Krewe both to and from the Gasparilla Parade of Pirates in Tampa. From the moment we reserved the coach and even after the trip was completed, every email and phone call was answered in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier. We used Barracuda Travels for our work conference's excursion to Clearwater Beach. The service was outstanding. Our driver, Tony, was kind, communicative, timely and an excellent driver. He was even nice enough to take a group photo. I'd called several other charter bus companies in the Tampa area, only to be sent to other lines that would ring endlessly, kept on hold for a long time, leaving messages that were never returned, etc. Steve was the first real person to return my call quickly and provide all the information I needed so I knew we'd end up booking with him and I'm so glad we did. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Our tour group had the best experience using Barracuda Travels! From the reservation process to finishing up a week long tour of Florida, everything went smoothly. We had so much fun and the driver, Tony, just added to the fun. He quickly became part of the family. I look forward to using Barracuda Travels next time I’m in the area!

We used Barracuda Travel for a group of 40 heading to Tampa Bay Downs from Manatee County. The driver was prompt, courteous, helpful and entertaining. The coach was clean and accommodating. Steve, the owner, was great to deal with and the value overall was great.

Traveled from Phila with 9 women. I heard about this company from friends that use them every year. We had Tony both coming and going. What a great welcome to Florida. He was like a tour guide during the ride. What a awesome guy, a credit to your company.

The worst. Oversold the Tampa tour from our cruise (Norwegian pearl). Old ladies forced to stand. We had to wait nearly an hour to get on. Avoid these guys out at all possible.

Functions big and small, Steve will take care of your travel needs! Small vans and large charter buses, he can take care of your outing or function. We used Barracuda for our outing to the Rays game - a seamless transaction transporting 58 of my closest friends to the game from our hotel.

Barracuda really made our cruise very easy! We were a party of 18 and we got to and back from the cruise terminal comfortably and timely. The minibus was clean and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating when we were ready to go home earlier than expected. The owner is very courteous, easy to communicate with and a nice guy.

May 22, 2017 - We used Steve with Barracuda Travels for our Round trip Travel from Orlando to Tampa Cruise port, and Steve was on time and very professional with our group! As a Travel Agent it was important to me to not only give the BEST experience to my guest, but also live the experience with them! Steve exceeded our expectations! We booked Barracuda Travels for a company retreat to a baseball game. Our driver, Steve, was fantastic! He texted to let me know when he had arrived for pickup and was very flexible with the group - going the extra mile (literally) to pick up from two different locations and also making a stop for us on the way back. IECA would like to take a moment to thank you and Barracuda Travels for your services during our time in Tampa. Our member independent educational consultants thoroughly enjoyed our Professional Member Retreat, and having bus drivers who were prompt and flexible throughout helped make their overall experience the best it can be. Choosing a company from a distance can leave one wondering if all will go well. You set both the comfort level right from the start and this continued all the way through to each of the bus drivers tasked to chauffer our group.

We gave Steve our itinerary. Taking us to the airport was perfect! Picking us up after our trip was not good. They knew what time approximately to pick us up. Plane was on time. We called when we got our bags and Steve said that the driver was was in cellular parking lot. We waited 15 minutes and called Steve again. He indicated that he miss spoke and driver was in Valrico but would be at the airport in 10 minutes. The driver arrived pretty much on time. Driver was very nice and courteous. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes. We will probably give them another try.

What can I say, Steve was phenomenal and very very kind. He was on time and showed up with a smile and ready to help me with my bags. I will for sure use his company in the future and won't look anywhere else! Thank you so much Steve for taking care of my travels.

Great customer service. They responded to all calls and emails in a timely manner. Prices are competitive. Our driver was punctual and pleasant. We will definitely use them again when we are in the Tampa area for a meeting.

I highly recommend Barracuda Travels. I was the person chosen for a 19 person family cruise reunion to make transportation reservations to get us from our Hotel in Tampa, Fl to our Cruise terminal. I called our Hotel a few months prior to see who they recommended to do the job and they suggested Barracuda Travels and to speak with Steve Meadows. He was fabulous to work with and his prices were VERY affordable.

A month later I also realized that upon our return from our cruise, we needed to get transportation back from the ship terminal to our daughters house, which was 40 minutes away, so I called Steve back to see if he could help me out. He immediately agreed to doing this. We had no trouble reaching him when we got off the ship and he had us to our daughters house soon after. Thank you again Steve for helping out my family making this part of vacation easy! I HIGHLY recommend Barracuda Travel without any hesitation.

We used Barracuda Travels before and after we went on our cruise. They were very friendly and professional. It was so nice to not have to worry about trying to get rides everywhere we needed to go.
