Driver took the wrong direction to and from are destination. I paid this Company a good amount of money and we had a long trip with no entertainment in our vehicle. The Company wanted more money from me because I exceeded my time I was willing to work with the company I just didn't feel I should have to pay the full $150 an hour for going over by a few minutes and I felt they could have worked with us because when i booked the limousine I was promised tv, radio, karaoke and everything was shut down when we had it.
The chauffeur tried to fix the radio by blasting our ears for about 10 minutes, I understand the technical problem was not her fault, I just feel the company was gonna cut me a break for the entertainment issue, when I spoke to the boss Eric over the phone and try to explain the situation he became very rude and sarcastic. I have a large wealthy family who was really excited about using this company in the further. When you are fair you will be reward in the long run. Have a nice day:-)

The service was above and beyond my expectations, the drivers are very friendly and professional and the cars were clean, fully stocked and very well maintained. We were even asked if there was something specific we would like in the car. Yes, they do special requests and don't make you feel like your imposing.
