I had great experience with Bergen Limo. Everything was easy with this company. The Lincoln Navigator was really cool, all my friends loved it. Driver Mario was nice and polite. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

We booked the Party Bus for the night out. Bus was very big and so nice inside. My friends and I had so much fun. The driver was funny, and knew his way around NYC. The girls on the phone were very helpful. I will book again.

I would think twice before booking Bergenlimo company. When there is a limo driver there's only supposed to be one driver in the front seat there was other people in the front as well. The passenger looked like she could be his wife. She was watching Netflix. We told the limo guy that the music was not working at all. All we can hear was the bass in the back of the limo so the limo driver didn't know how to work anything.

He told us to call the company because the radio wasn't working to play music. We called the company numerous times and nobody answered and then we called again the representative was VERY RUDE and NASTY on the phone with us There were ants in the limo. The limo driver was driving under the speed limit very slow we almost missed our event. On our way back home the limo driver had headphones on and was on Facebook not really paying attention to the road he swerved couple of times and took a very long time to get home my event was only two hours away I got in a limo at 1:30am to go home I didn't get home until almost seven in the morning and then I had to pay additional money because on our way home he took a detour and missed a few exits. The seats in the back were wet and the limo was not wiped down or sanitized which is also bad due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! this company.

We received a limo that wasn't meant to hold the capacity of people we had told prior to booking. The limo had NO AC. It was 85 degree weather, and the driver kept insisting it would start working. As we began our trip, we asked if we could play music. The driver stated the stereo did not work. We called the limo service number and we were told they would call the driver.

Because everything should be working for the limo. 35 minutes went by. No one called the driver. We made the driver pull over, because they now began to ignore all of our calls. The heat was unbearable, for the money we paid. It was beyond unexcitable. The driver got on the phone with limo company and we spoke to the guy on the phone. He basically said their is nothing he can do.

Completely not helpful. This felt like such a scam to pay so much money and receive such poor service. Make sure if you book with this company, they bring you a functional vehicle. Also the limo did have water for beverages. But they were expired over a year ago. Their were also so many ants all over the roof of the inside of the limo.

Mickey was very helpful with arranging us a limo for our business partners who flew in from switzerland. They absolutely appreciated their professional behavior and services. They went above beyond our expectations and offered very competitive prices. Will be working with them again.

Fantastic. I have used this company for years - always great service. Recently our car got a flat tire on the way to the airport. Within minutes another car came - driven by the company owner- to make sure we did not miss the plane. That is unheard of these days. Would not even consider another limo company.

Not sure about all these bad reviews, but I had an amazing experience with exotic transportation. I hired them to do my wedding, not only were they on time and competitively priced, they were very pleasant to deal with. They gave us a complimentary upgrade on a gorgeous bus. I wouldn't hesitate to give my recommendation to anyone about this company, highly recommended!

Just used exotic transportation for a kids trip to NYC. Driver was great. Bus was in good condition. Definitely I will use the again. Because my oldest son will have prom this year.

It's the second time Im using exotic transportation. First time was for the wedding. And now for the Sweet 16. Both time I asked for the Spanish Driver because my parents does not speak any English and it would be easy to communicate with the driver. So for my request they told me it's not always available. So 1 st time I got a Spanish Driver and was really happy.

But today I got an American driver. He was nice and everything but I think Spanish Driver will work better for me. Besides that everything was great. I will definitely use them again

Actually, I had to meet only one person and then I had to spend 3 days wherever I want. So, unfortunately, I have not friends in this city and that man, who I had to meet, wanted to make my holidays as well as possible.

I should say that he is a businessman and he has been living here for a long period of his life. Well, he wanted to show me all advanteges of a night-life. And he decided to take me into the night restourant on the amazing vehicle. He put me before the fact. The fact was that he had already booked a limousine for all night with a personal driver, of course.

Bergen Limo provided transportation for our new year's eve party. Long story short: everything was just perfect! We booked the limo a week prior to the date, got a very good price for 7 hours of service on a really comfortable black Hummer stretch. The driver - Peter - was prompt with the pickup, knew his way thru Manhattan and drove as smooth as you could possibly imagine. Highly recommend this company.

I had my wedding in May, and I am so grateful to this Limo company that provided me with a vintage car that was so hard to find for a good price. We were complimented with a bottle of champagne, the limo was decorated, also we had a red carpet, I felt like I was in a 1950 movie. All was so romantic. Thank you.

Never Again! I hired a stretch limo for a birthday party (paid $420 in advance), with a scheduled pick-up to get 13 people to a show in Ridgefield Park, NJ. The driver was 20 minutes late and we nearly missed the show. The service charges $120 an hour for making the driver wait. but was unwilling to give the customer the same courtesy. I complained and got no satisfaction at all from the owner, not even a refund of the pre-determined TIP, which I would never have given to the driver. I will not use this service again.
