We booked the Sprinter van for our family for an evening of touring the memorials. The DCAcar team was very helpful and accommodating for our customizations and organizing a good pickup location. Andre was our driver and he was the best gift of all. We had my mom who is older and a baby with a car seat and stroller. Andre was so careful with mom and they chatted when she decided to stay in the van a couple of times.

Every time we stopped he got the stroller back out. He made sure the car seat was installed and anchored safely in the van before we left. He is local from DC his whole life and knew how to get us to a good drop off point despite the crowds. He was fun and kind and we are grateful. Thank you to the whole team. It was well worth it!

I booked DCAcar service round trip for Dulles airport to Washington DC. I paid extra for the meet and greet, Brian texted me to introduce himself, told me the baggage carousel number and what exit door number to meet him at. Three friends and I used DCA Car Service for airport transport for a golf trip. With all our big bags we used the Sprinter Van. We were meet early on both ends of the trip by Andre. He was great with communication and we never had to worry. Andre got all of us and our gear to Dulles and home from DCA in a super clean van with a quick and efficient manner. We couldn't be happier with DCA Car Service, especially Andre.

I made a reservation for a private transfer in a large vehicle about a week in advance of my arrival to Dulles International. I had one other person in my party, several bags, and two pets (cats). DCA Car was very communicative from the beginning and on the day of my arrival. Our driver, Andre, was waiting for me in the arrivals area, even though my flight was 30 minutes early. Andre was very courteous and professional, and really just an overall nice person. We enjoyed chatting with him. The car was immaculately clean and the ride smooth. Excellent service - recommended!

We were not expecting the 5 Star service we received from this car service. Everyone is blaming poor service on COVID but you couldn't tell it from these two drivers! Ismael picked us up promptly from the chaotic airport and Levi made sure we got back in time. Kudos! Will definitely use them again when we are in the area.

DCAcar is the best service provider for pick up and drop offs from BWI to College Park. I have used them over 4 times now for my daughter and every service was on point. My daughter flew out last night and her flight was delayed out of LAX. I sent an email to the company at 0230 hrs their time and they replied quick. Scheduled a car to pick up my elderly mom at the airport and drop her off at home about 60 miles from DCA. The driver was great, met her exactly where he said and helped her in the house with her luggage. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent car service. Had to make a last minute request to pick up someone from the airport and they were able to fulfill. Person on the phone was courteous and explained the pickup up process well. I was a first time car service user. Car arrived on time and correspondence between driver and passenger was quick and efficient. Car was clean, driver wore a mask, and the drive was comfortable. I had such a smooth experience with this car company. Flying from the west coast solo with an infant during covid meant lots of logistics and stuff on the flight, so hiring a car, certainly a splurge, was one I'm thankful I could take. Dodzi was waiting for me in baggage claim. After I got my bags, we walked to where his big car was parked. He loaded the trunk while I installed the car seat. He skillfully drove in a big rain storm from BWI into DC. With tax and tip was $188.

Fantastic service for a round trip from Prince George's County to DCA. We had three people, bags and a folding wheelchair for a 4:30 am pickup - driver was early, friendly, helpful with the bags and very solicitous and kind to my 92-year-old mother. (Wish I'd gotten his name; sorry!) The return was just two people, at 12:20 am; the driver, Mark, was early, found us easily, and was helpful and friendly.

He had added hand sanitizer to his back seat in light of the (then new) coronavirus. DCAcar's prices were better than other quotes and booking was a breeze. They will be my go-to car service company from now on. Many thanks.

I clearly have been missing out on the nice, on time, professional rides to and from the airport. No smoke smells, no crazy music, no answering personal phone calls while the passenger is in the car, no stained vehicle (vehicles were EXTREMELY clean), etc. Due to the chaos in my life, I forgot to find a ride to the airport. Then I remembered what time my flight left (way early). Thankfully, I was able to book my ride within 24 hours to the airport.

My flight was extremely early the next morning which meant that the driver would have to be here at some godforsaken hour. It didn't matter. the driver was on time, extremely professional, communicated effectively and got me to the airport, and all of my bags (four total), on time. Returning from the airport, the driver was also on-time, courteous, and extremely professional. I can highly recommend DCACar for your transportation needs within the Maryland, Virginia, and DC area.

We did not use this car service on our trip to DC and Virginia over Christmas and New Years. Did give them four stars for customer service. We made airline reservations and had a red eye into Ronald Reagan. When we went to rent a car, the rental location would be closed when we arrived from the west coast at 1 am. So made reservations with DCAcar to pick us up at 1 am and take us to our hotel in Springfield, VA.

Then pick us up in the am at the hotel and drive us back to the car rental. We were able to, after much work with the airline get in to Ronald Reagan earlier. We cancelled our reservations with DCAcar with no problems. They we quick to respond to emails and answer question we had. Friendly customer service on the phone as well.

DCAcar was my first time hiring a car service from BWI instead of super shuttle, and they were well worth it. Super shuttle had 0 rides available when my morning flight got in, and DCAcar had reasonable prices for a direct private ride at the exact time I needed. Their driver was very prompt, extremely courteous and his car was impeccably clean and very comfortable.

We had a nice but not intrusive conversation over the length of the ride and he took an alternate route and got me home just a little bit sooner - exactly what you want after an exhausting red eye flight. The ride was excellent and I would absolutely use their service again.

Just wanted to share with you our experience with your wonderful driver, Dodzi. Not only was he kind, courteous and very informative as this was out first time to Washington DC. But when we checked into our hotel and went to charge my cell phone, I found it missing. It was in my jacket pocket when we got into our car. We immediately called Dodzi, he located it in the back seat.

He turned around and drove 20 minutes to return it to us. Not only did he go above and beyond but when we offered a generous tip for doing so, he refused it. This was my first time using DCAcar. I wanted another option to getting to the airport than what I normally use. So I googled and their website came up. I put my information in for a quote and saw that the price was reasonable and gave it a shot. So glad I did! My driver arrived before my pickup time to Reagan and was so professional. He helped with bags, opened and closed my door and we even had a little small talk.

For my pickup from the airport, my driver texted and left a voicemail for me to let him know when I was ready for pickup. I went to baggage claim which took sometime and called once I got outside. My driver arrived in no time and as he got closer called and blinked his lights to make him easily identifiable. There was also a sign in the car with my name. Will definitely use again. This is our second experience with DCAcar, the first time to and from National, the second time to and from Dulles. In both instances, the driver picked us up at home by first notifying us by cell phone that they were on the way, and arriving early. They helped us with our bags, were professionally dressed, courteous, and had bottled water waiting for us.

The airport pickup was also very well done. Our flight arrived late on the second trip, but the driver was waiting for us at luggage claim and all the great attributes applied on the trip home. The cost of this service may seem high at first glance, but when you take into account the cost of parking at the airports and the inconvenience of dragging luggage from the parking lots, this service is well worth it. We will be using them for each trip now and highly recommend them.

We used DCAcar to get to/from the airport while in DC for a family trip. It was my wife and I along with our 5 kids so we didn't want to rely on a taxi or the metro. The service was outstanding. Our flight got in very late, around midnight, and the driver texted me as soon as we landed. We sat on the curb and waited probably 2 minutes before he pulled up, with my name in the windshield.

He helped load all the luggage and helped with the kids in the car. On the return trip the driver arrived 15 minutes early and was very friendly. He also helped with the luggage and with the kids getting in/out of the car. My family was thoroughly impressed and appreciated the service. I would definitely use them again!
