Denver Party Bus Company

I rented a stretch Escalade limo for my birthday 1-22-2021. Our driver Nikki was very nice and catered to all our needs. Prices are much lower then other companies and the quality of our limo was great. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I don't think that's accurate. I called to confirm details multiple times and my expectations were met completely.

This is the second time renting from this company. First time was a party bus last year and that went perfect with no issues. Some people may have had a bad experience with this company but in my two times I have not had anything negative to say. And the prices are great.

My husband and I ordered a limousine for our 3rd anniversary it was a very special day for us and when the limo arrived to our house it was beyond filthy with food on the floor and seats, fingermarks all over the windows and stereo and was not disinfected which was a covid HAZARD! What really put the icing on the cake and made me realise how disgusting of a company Denver limo was when I brought this to the attention of the woman who set my appointment she was extremely rude only refunded me a smidge of my money And she had the audacity to lie to the Better Business Bureau when I reported her to them. If you are planning on ordering a limo for a special day stay as far as you can away from this place.

I booked a party bus for my wedding 4 months in advance. 48 hours before my wedding day, they called and told me there was a mechanical issue with the bus and had to cancel. They initially told me they would find me a replacement and pay for it, but once I followed up on that, they never returned my calls or messages. Couldn't recommend this company less

Avoid Denver Limo at all costs as they have terrible limos, terrible drivers, and beyond terrible customer service. Denver Limo provided our wedding shuttle. They did manage to get the bridal party to the venue, despite legitimate fear on the ride there. The ride to our venue, including the bride in her gown and a 5-month-old baby, was terrible. We were getting launched into the air the entire ride for any slight bump the driver went over (at an absurd speed, mind you).

Many people found other ways of transportation home from the venue due to the unsafe state of the transportation we were given, but not all were able to find other means. It appears the unstable ride in the afternoon was from suspension problems as during the pickup later the shuttle broke down. A new shuttle was provided for those left that could not locate other rides during the over an hour wait from the end of our reception.

During this hour, the wedding party (including the bride in white) was left to sit on a rock wall as the venue was cleaned and closed. The driver offered to shuttle us around downtown for a bar crawl, which we declined. This was a clear sign he knew he and his company were in the wrong. After 5 months of attempting to have a reasonable conversation with Denver Limo, we have yet to receive so much as an apology from this atrocious company.

No apology, no refund, not even a single percentage point of a refund for ruining someone's wedding night. Stay as far away from Denver Limo as you can, unless of course you'd like to spend your wedding night sitting on a rock wall.

Denver Limo company agreed to a contract that we both took time to plan. The night of our event, the driver neglected to complete any request after 12:30am (paid for service until 2:00am AND TIPPED 20 PERCENT), as he went to Aurora on his own accord, which wasn't anywhere in our contract as you can see in the screen shots. When I called to reconcile the situation, the manager was really nasty and rude to me, and told me they reviewed the case and aren't refunding a dime, or offering any consolation or compensation.

They never even bothered to call me and say that despite my attempted email communication. My cousin ended up having to buy an Uber at 2:30 in the morning from Aurora as you can also see in my screenshot. STAY FAR AWAY if you like being treated like a human being.

Rented a party bus to cart around our wedding party and everything was perfect. Our driver, Alex, was friendly and drove safely. He arrived perfectly on time and we got everywhere we were going exactly when we wanted to be there. The bus was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend this company!

We arrived in Denver for a special getaway. Steve texted before we even landed. And greeted us with the biggest smile. He was the kindest and most professional chauffeur. We felt like royalty! The limousine was beautiful!

We had such a great time. Our driver Scott picked us up on time and was very friendly. The bus was in great shape, clean, spacious, and we were provided with water and ice. We had a 30 passenger bus that took us to black hawk. The price was the most reasonable I found for the awesome service we received! Would definitely rent from Denver Limo Inc again!
