Updated 4/30/22 - I am writing again since I just used them a couple days ago and they continue to amaze me at the level of professionalism and attention to detail. I have been a long time customer and I recommend them to all my friends needing luxury transportation. Don't take my word for it, give them a call and talk with their customer service team and see first hand how they handle your event.
I will continue to have them as my limousine transportation provider of choice. Updated 2/10/19 - I have seen recent negative reviews about this company and I wanted to let people know that I have been using this company for many years without any issues. I read the reviews and spoke with the owner and found out what happened and see these same people are writing multiple negative reviews to try and smear this company's good name.
As with any business you will never have 100% satisfaction with customers and I would suggest you speak with the business yourself to see they are good people. I left my initial review from years ago below and I have yet to have an issue with them. I felt obligated to write this updated review since people are trying to make them look bad. I would recommend them 100% without hesitation.

The images I saw on the website were the limos we were able to rent. I got a classic vehicle and I have to say I had the time of my life with my husband and he was blown away by the customer service.

$517 for a 1 hour limo ride after our wedding. "Ok, thats pretty steep but they must be worth the money right?" No, not really. It wasn't a bad experience, just not worth the money. Oh did I say $517? Add a $100 Cleaning/Detailing fee. Not for any reason(there is a separate fee for if you made a mess). The 3rd party booking was sketchy as well.

Vehicles and drivers were awesome and the drivers have great social awareness. always provide pleasant conversation but also know when the passengers want peace and quiet

The company has 24/7 phone support making it very easy to get in touch with them to reserve, discuss your event or make any changes. This company will provide you with top of the line service from pick-up to drop-off. I have used them on multiple occasions for both business and leisure purposes. I have been impressed time and time again by the amount of professionalism, timeliness and quality of the vehicles as well as the drivers. price might be on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. highly recommended

I made an inquiry online and when the guy called me back he was extremely rude. Such a shame - if he wasn't interested or in a bad mood he should have just waited to call me another day. He then proceeded to tell me there where no 15 passenger vehicles available for personal driving, without me asking mind you, when I already have one reserved. with another company!
However we were looking for the vehicle bucket seats. Extra time if you ha omg a bad day just hold off on calling the customer back who was the willing to actually pay but was turned off by your attitude #poorcustomerservice

Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I had one of the best birthdays of my life and I believe that the main reason was the great customer service I received along with having an amazing driver and limo! Warning! Read closely before you use this Vendor. Make sure you read every word in the fine print and require an itemized bill before you sign anything. We spoke with Matt on Feb. 6th and booked a limo for $149 per hour with 20% gratuity and a 15% service fee for 2 hours. This would approximately be $550 which seemed to be high but we were willing to agree to.
The next day we noticed that our card had been charged for $797 instead which was outrageous for 2 hours. Due to the $250 addition that was not discussed we requested to cancel the reservation and get our money back. They were quick to cancel, but pointed out in the fine print that we would not get a refund. This reservation was done four weeks in advance and cancelled within 24 hours of signing of the contract. We are now out $797, and no limo ride for my son's wedding. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Baton Rouge Limo Service is bar none not only the best limo service in the Baton Rouge area, but the nation! It makes me sick to my stomach to think that I’ve contracted other limo services in the past. Every year my family and I travel to Baton Rouge where my grandfather lived and operated a limo service for 30 years. Each year our experience got worse and worse, whether it was being left at the airport for hours or getting a lift in a rusted clunker.
It never lived up to my grandfathers standard. That is until we found Baton Rouge Limo Service. Not only have they promptly and professionally picked my family up at the airport every year, they have went above and beyond to make us feel truly like their own family. The representative that I’ve dealt with each year (Matt) arranged for a tribute to my grandfather to be featured in the limo and has done so every year since our first!
The owner cancelled his own personal plans to introduce himself to us this year and send his personal condolences on the fourth anniversary of our dear grandfathers death. It brought my grandmother to tears. Any time you are just heading to Baton Rouge, catching a game at LSU or grazing the beautiful Botanic Gardens and need a lift in a sweet ride to make you feel special, reach out to these guys.

DO NOT USE BATON ROUGE LIMO RENTAL! Well guys, I was officially scammed out of $1398.00 dollars. This company told me over the phone I would pay $896 for a party bus this Saturday. I sent them my card to book, and they charged my card 1,398! Fraud from EFCU contacted me immediately and I called this company back to ask them why they did that. and was it an error.
They said they would call back that they weren't in front of the computer. Never did. So we called again. Same thing, he didn't have the info. So I cut my card off, told them not to send it through and give him his money, we were cancelling and not dealing with a company that does this. Well now I'm in a 60 day dispute between them and my bank and had to book another bus for $850 with another company.
Share this and do NOT use this company! Ever! They have been known to scam people before. I just wish I would have known prior. When I get my $1398.00 back, I may spend it all promoting this post so everyone in the state of Louisiana sees this and never uses them. They have screwed over the last person!

In traveled to Baton Rouge 3 months ago for my best friend's bachelor party. Since I was I was the best man, I was responsible for planning the bachelor party. It was a given fact that we were going to rent a limo, but the question was from where? I searched on google and found this company. I couldn't have made a better decision. This company took care of us and set us up with an awesome limo.
This limo was decked out with all the latest features. Our chauffeur was extremely friendly and knew all the places to have a good time. We will definitely be renting from here again in the future when we visit again. Thank you for an awesome experience!

My brother was coming into town and wanted to take our Mother to lunch, shes handicapped and can't climb into his truck, so we ordered a sedan for lunch on Saturday.....but issues came up and we needed to change the day to Sunday. Baton Rouge Limo was so understanding and accommodating. Carl was amazing.....helping with Moms wheel chair in the rain ....I will defiantly be calling on them often...
